Fastbud Auto Mixed Zelt

Gratak In the first week, I make sure the plants have enough water but don't drown; otherwise, there's not much to do yet.

Gratak It's completely normal for each plant to have its own pace; in this case, 2 of the 5 plants have grown a bit slower and the initial leaves were slightly deformed, so I only topped the other 3. As you can see, the subsequent leaves are growing normally again, so there's no reason to worry. In my experience, these plants often end up having the highest yield. I'm hoping that all of them will achieve an equal growth rate. To ensure the lower levels get more light, I worked on the topped plants with LST. If the 2 deformed ones recover and adapt quickly, I'll likely top those as well.

Gratak Through LST and HST, I shape the plants so they grow more evenly. By using hooks, I pull the plants apart so that all the important shoots get enough light. Often, you can also push the covering leaves down, which reduces stress on the plant, which is important for automatics since every day counts. The previously deformed 2 plants are now catching up well. Cherry Cola should be on par with the rest, and Lemon Pie is getting stronger every day.

Gratak The plants are now in the stretching phase. It's important to keep the main stems free using either LST or HST so that all branches grow evenly. However, you shouldn't remove too many leaves, as the stress can affect growth. I've also increased the light ratio from 30% to 60%. The two latecomers have recovered well and are catching up with the rest. The best growth so far has been from Pineapple Express (middle).

Gratak The plant is now starting to flower, so I completely defoliated it today to ensure all the upcoming buds get enough light. The plant may look very thin compared to before, but it will recover in 1-2 days and grow even better. I also removed all the lower leaves based on the 70% to 30% principle; they generally don't get enough light and are hardly worth keeping. If you see that many shoots are overlapping and creating moisture, you should remove the weaker of the two, as mold can develop during bud formation. The sooner, the better, since it's just wasted energy if you have to remove them later anyway.

Gratak Right in the flowering stage, it's now time for a sensible defoliation so that each bud gets enough light. I've also removed some short stems to keep the energy focused on the big buds. When it comes to light, I've turned it up to 80% and raised the lamps.

Gratak Next up is the weekly defoliation. It's important to make sure that the buds aren't covered by leaves for perfect growth. Small side branches that aren't getting enough light or are tangled will be removed, as they can lead to mold, and the wasted energy should go to the main two instead. Even with autos, you shouldn't hold back on this.

Gratak In this phase, regular defoliation and adjusted feeding are essential. One should always ensure that the buds receive the most light and, if necessary, remove side branches that are in the way or receive little to no light. If you want thick buds, you have to thin them out so that mold doesn't become a problem; besides, side buds that don't get light are just energy thieves anyway.

Gratak The buds are all growing nicely, I took the plants out of the tent like every week to get a better look at the whole thing. Everything looks good so far, I definitely need to increase the nutrients, but I've already taken care of that. There was hardly any defoliation needed since I did a good job in advance.

Gratak The main task was to defoliate and remove the leaves that generate moisture so that the buds don't mold. So far, everything looks good and is going according to plan.

Gratak This week, there wasn't much to do besides watering, as the prep work takes care of things and gives the plant time to nicely form the buds. I think in 1-2 weeks, harvest time will begin, but I'll rely on the signs from the plant (amber trichomes) or, with so many different strains, find a healthy middle ground.

Gratak From the trichomes, the entire grow needs about another week. Lemon Pie, on the other hand, has already been harvested today. Normally, I make sure to harvest everything at the same time, but in this case, the ripeness difference was too great. All the buds are doing well, and as you can see in the pictures, they are all nicely covered in frost. Since there are only 4 plants left in the tent, I can rotate them all so that all the buds mature evenly. This grow will be the last in my old tent, as some supports have already broken and the tent has developed holes over the years, making odor filtration practically non-existent. I'm planning to buy the HOMEbox Ambient Q100, as I've read a lot of good things about it and I can set up my equipment better. If anyone has another suggestion, I would be happy to hear it. Gratak As you can already see in the pictures, I harvested during the week. I think it was the necessary middle ground, but I'm very satisfied with the result; now it only matters what the taste is like and what the scale shows. Since this will be the last grow with @Fast_Buds due to extreme dissatisfaction, I still wish you all continued success and big buds. The next grow will definitely take place in the new tent and with a different manufacturer, which I'm really looking forward to, as it can only get better. I'll definitely post the finished buds after drying and curing, and I wish everyone a happy grow and frosty buds!

Gratak All in all, I'm relatively satisfied with how Purple Apricot turned out.

Gratak LSD has always been extremely high-yielding and potent for me so far, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Gratak I don't mind if a strain has genetic defects from time to time, but with 3/3, the batch was definitely not good. Maybe the problem has already been fixed, but I won't find out anymore since I'm so dissatisfied with Fastbud that I've now switched manufacturers.

Gratak I think it's a shame that the batch of Cherry Cola that got caught wasn't good, but if the flavor is always like that, then the strain is definitely good.

Gratak When it comes to yield, Pineapple Express is by far the best plant I've had so far. It was also recognized early on that it was the best out of the 5 seeds, which is why I placed it in the center.
