PapaTerps Day 1 - seed popped out of its container and dropped into a plain glass of water, placed in a dark cool room.
Day 3 - seed opened, the tap root was exposed, but it isn't big enough to move out of its germination space just yet. I'll leave it in there for another day or two ππ»
Day 5 - I planted her yesterday and she's already poked through the soil, with her starter leaves open and facing the light; she's getting around 200PPFD for now, as she stretches towards the light, this will go up to around 300, until she hits veg ππ»- I've watered her will 100ml of RO tap water, pH'd to 6.3, I've also given her some nutrients.
Day 10 - water with 100ml of water pH'd to 6.3. This lady is coming on a week in the soil now, and she is still very tiny compared to other seedlings I have in the grow tent at the moment, around 1cm in height - yes, this isn't the best season to begin a grow, but this strain is meant to be cold resistant... I will give her more time, but if she doesn't start to pick up the pace, I might have to consider removing her.
Day 14 - fed with another 100ml of RO tap water pH'd to 6.3. she's still quite small, but I'm not in a rush to dump her just yet; she's currently in 1 5L pot, so she won't take up too much space - we'll see how she goes over the next week or so.

Day 16 - she has started to grow her second set of leaves, so I believe she is now in Veg π she's still quite small compared to the other Autoflowers that I'm currently growing, so I'm hoping for a growth spurt in the next few days, otherwise this one won't have a huge yield; but that's okay, I've put her in a 5L pot, so I was never expecting anything beyond 30-40g harvest. Watered with 250ml of RO tap water with defined nutrients, this time the pH came out to 6.3 naturally - usually if the pH is between 6.0 and 6.8, I just let it be.
Day 18 - watered with another 250ml with defined nutrients, water turned out at around 6.2ph so I left it be. She has started to take off and is working on her third set of leaves π

Day 23 - watered with 500ml of RO tap water with nutrients, ph was a little low, so I raised it to 6.3. I've removed her starter leaves, but shes too small and not growing that well, so I don't think I'll be performing any grow techniques on her; I will just let her grow as is and hope for the best π
Notes:
- I've seen some interesting growth patterns before, but this one takes the biscuit - some of her leaves look like they're melting, the nodes are popping up in random spots and she's growing extremely slow - I know Zamnesia are re-sellers essentially, but the genetics of this one are really really poor... I have a Runtz Automatic from Zamnesia, growing at the moment too, and although it looks better, its still also quite small compared to the other "non-zamnesia" seeds, so I don't think I'll be getting seeds from them again...

Day 31 - watered with 500ml of RO tap water with defined nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. This week, I started some low stress training on her, by removing her starter leaves and a couple of her larger fan leaves that were blocking light to lower nodes, and then I pinned down her auxiliary stems to force her to grow in a more favorable format.
Notes:
- Shes already showing maturity, with pistils growing from her nodes, so I expect her to start her transition into flower soon.
- She's still quite small, but she isn't growing those melted looking leaves anymore, so hopefully she'll start to grow "as expected", from this point!

Day 38 - watered with 1L of RO tap water with nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. She looked to have been in flower last week already, and that has been confirmed with pistils appearing all over her and now with her flower, which has started to appear at each node point. To be honest, the only reason I haven't thrown this one out, is because its too late to start another auto for this grow...
Notes:
- She is so tiny compared to the other plants in the tent, so I'd be surprised to see her produce more than 20 grams.
- Her structure is strange, she seems to only be able to produce three stems points per internode, rather than the usual four - scamnesia genetics...

Day 45 - watered with 2L of RO tap water with nutrients, pH'd to 6.3.
Notes:
- good round of defolcation required this week, her internodal spacing isn't the best, so I've had to remove a good amount of leaves to ensure light reaches the flower sites!
- sold growth this week, her flower is growing well, but she is still quite small, so I'm not expecting anything crazy from here.

Day 49 - watered with 1.5L of RO tap water with nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. I lollipopped her this week, removing all nodes under 4 nodes from the soil, I removed these because they are too far below the canopy to mature at an acceptable rate for harvest. I also removed all her fan leaves, which were facing towards the central stem; to improve light penetration.
Notes:
- she's growing well and her transition from Veg to flower is almost complete.

Day 57 - watered with 1.5L of RO tap water with defined nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. Yep, she's growing well - the malformation at the beginning of her life, really gave her a lovely even structure, all her stems are well separated and all of her bud sites are receiving sufficient light πͺπ»

Day 64 - watered with 2 liters of RO tap water with nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. Good progress this week, so stretches no more and is now focusing on bulking, so I'm hoping to have some pictures of big chunky buds for next week π As for her armoa, its there, but its still a bit weak; from what I can smell now, I think it'll be more on the kush side. Looking at her now, I think we should be able to get 50-60 grams at harvest, which is amazing considering the pot size!
All good so far πͺ

Day 70 - watered with 3 liters of RO tap water with nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. Some light defoliation performed on her this week, to improve light penetration to the bud sites, I've also upped to water to 3 liters as she was drying back very quickly, I've also attached the wicks to her pot base, this will allow her to absorb any runoff. She has a lovely soft citrusy scent with undertones of earth, a very complex scent, one I'm very eager to try - and to look at her, I would say she should be ready for harvest in 2 weeks timeπ I will probably only flush her once or twice at the end, as I've been feeding her with organics and I personally haven't noticed a difference with this technique vs two weeks of flushing.

Day 77 - watered with 3 liters of RO tap water without nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. This will be her last watering, as she is now approaching harvest, from now, she will be fed with just plain RO tap water until she is mature enough to be cut down and dried/cured. I'm so impressed with how she turned out, given how awkward she looked in her first few weeks in veg, I also didn't expect as much flower to grow in such a small pot size - I think the 5L pots might been my new "go to" pot size for Autoflowers!!
Really lovely plant, started off a bit awkward with a few malformations, but grew into a beautiful structure, but required a lot of training and defoliation.
Her smell is wonderfully citrusy and her flower is big and colourful! I would highly recommend this to someone who only has a small grow space and is looking for a relatively high yield

Day 80 - harvest day π her flower was far and heavy, 99% of her trichomes are all milky and her flower had taken on a purple hue, so it was time to harvest her ππ» I'm really impressed with how these Autoflowers have performed in the 5L pot, so I will continue to use this pot size for Autoflowers π€π»
She will now be dried for about a week in a dark cool room at 60% humidity, and then she will be cured in a glass jar for about a month before she is used.
I tend to test after the initial dry and again after a weeks cure, just to see how she is; I will update the smoke report at that point ππ»
