The last two weeks have been going really well so far.
Both seeds germinated extremely fast within 24 hours and showed strong, healthy growth right from the start.
For this run, I decided to germinate the seeds using the paper towel method (kitchen towel), and the results were excellent. Strong taproots developed quickly, and the seedlings transitioned smoothly into the soil.
Now in week 2 of vegetation, the plants look compact, vigorous, and well-balanced. Internode spacing is tight, leaves are healthy green, and growth speed is impressive for this early stage.
Environmental conditions are stable:
Temperatures are right where they should be
Humidity is slightly on the higher side, which is perfect for young plants
pH is dialed in at 6.0
Light distance feels spot on with no signs of stress
No issues so far, no deficiencies, no stress symptoms.
Overall, this has been a very smooth and promising start, and I’m really happy with how fast and strong these Black Mamba girls are developing.
Looking forward to the next phase – if they keep this pace, this grow is going to be a lot of fun. 🌿🐍

Is going strong exactly how it should be 💪
After transplanting into the final pot, the plants once again recovered extremely well. No slowdown, no stress – instead vigorous growth, clean leaf structure, and clearly visible new vitality 🌿✨
The combination of BioTabs Bactrex & Ocratex is doing an excellent job in the root zone. The soil is alive, and the plants respond immediately.
Minor nutrient deficiencies that appeared briefly were brought fully under control with Boom Boom Spray 🚀🍃. Leaf color and turgor bounced back fast.
What stands out:
The Black Mamba was far less affected by the deficiencies than the other genetic. Right now, she looks extremely stable, resilient, and vigorous 🐍💚 exactly what you want at this stage.
Current conditions based on setup & image data:
🌡️ 27 °C day / 23 °C night – stable and optimal
💧 75 % humidity – perfect for vegetative growth
💡 18/6 light cycle, lamp distance around 35 cm (400 PPFD)
📏 Plant height approx. 25 cm
🌱 Final pot: 12 L – plenty of room for strong roots
🚿 about 1 L water per plant / 24 h, pH 6.0
-----------------------------------------
👉 Very healthy development, strong momentum.
If things continue like this, the plants are perfectly set up for a powerful end of veg and a smooth transition into flower 😎🔥
