DogDoctorOfficial ⭐ GMO Cookies: A Tale From the 12/12 Frontier
Welcome to the beginning of our GMO Cookies journey — a Zamnesia creation stepping into the 12/12 seed run with mystery, character, and creativity.
⸻
🌼 Germination Summary
Seed Source — Zamnesia Seeds
Seed Count for This Report
3 seedlings selected for documentation
(More were germinated; only the standout ones were chosen for this diary.)
⸻
Starting Method (Observational Log)
All seeds began in the CannaKan germination system for visual monitoring.
Around the 36-hour mark, early root activity became visible — matching the general timing of the other autos in this project.
Seedlings were then placed into:
• PRO-MIX soil
• Some beneath small humidity domes
• All inside the shared environmental conditions of the main 8×8 tent
⸻
Emergence
Within 2–3 days, the GMO Cookies seedlings surfaced with steady, healthy vigor.
Their emergence synced smoothly with the rest of the autoflower lineup, joining the unified starting rhythm of the 12/12 Frontier experiment.
⸻
🌡️ Environmental Context (Shared Tent Conditions)
These are observational notes consistent across all genetics in the run:
• Relative Humidity: approx. 60–65%
• Day Temperature: ~26–28°C
• Night Temperature: ~20–21°C
• Humidifier: active continuously
• Light misting: to support ambient moisture
• Heater: helping stabilize nighttime warmth
• Lighting:
• Future of Grow — Air Grow Pro III HyperRED
• Lumiflora UE150 under-canopy LEDs (to be introduced later)
• Controllers: TrollMaster (previous collaboration)
• Medium: PRO-MIX soil for GMO Cookies
• Tent Prep: completely sanitized before the project began
All GMO Cookies seedlings share the same controlled conditions as part of this documented observational experiment.
⸻
🌈 Educational Notes for This Genetic

I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back.
It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal.
You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art.

DogDoctorOfficial GMO Cookies — Week 1 Report
Folder #5 | 12/12 From Seed
Medium & Setup
GMO Cookies is growing in PRO-MIX soil, planted directly in bags, under the same exact conditions as the rest of the run.
No exceptions, no special treatment — same environment, same light cycle, same airflow, same philosophy.
• Light cycle: 12/12 from seed
• Medium: PRO-MIX
• Feeding: Plagron recipe (early-stage, light and balanced)
• Watering: Gentle, consistent moisture — no saturation, no stress
⸻
Seedling Development & Observations
Week one shows a strong and expressive start.
Macro photography reveals a beautiful detail:
• The seed shell is still partially attached to one of the cotyledons (the first embryonic leaves — not true leaves yet).
• This is a completely natural stage and a great visual indicator of a healthy, recently emerged seedling.
The plant is now transitioning toward the second pair of true leaves:
• One leaf is longer and more stretched
• The other is rounder and slightly more compact
• Both show similar structure and texture, expressing early genetic personality
Growth is steady, upright, and confident, with no signs of stress. Stem posture and leaf color indicate a plant that is well-adjusted to its environment.
⸻
Overall Health
• Color: vibrant and clean
• Structure: balanced and stable
• Response to medium: excellent
• Response to light cycle: positive
Everything points to a very smooth early establishment phase.
⸻
What to Expect
• Continued leaf expansion over the coming days
• Full release of the cotyledons as energy shifts to true vegetative growth
• Increasing symmetry as the second node develops
• GMO Cookies beginning to express its characteristic vigor
What Not to Expect (Yet)
• No explosive vertical growth at this stage
• No feeding intensity increase
• No need for intervention — patience is key
⸻
Final Notes
GMO Cookies is settling in beautifully.
Strong emergence, clean structure, and healthy early development all suggest a solid foundation moving forward.
Week one is about observation — and this plant is already giving us plenty to enjoy.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 2 (12/12 from Seed)
Folder #5 | Grow Bags | PRO-MIX
Week two is now complete, and this girl is developing beautifully and very consistently.
All plants in this run are growing extremely similar, which is always a great sign at this stage. Structure, color, and pace are aligned across the board. By the end of the week, they are pushing into their third to fourth pair of true leaves, with healthy spacing and no signs of stress.
Leaf color is vibrant, growth is balanced, and everything points toward a solid foundation being built below the surface.
⸻
🌱 Medium & Roots — PRO-MIX + Mycorrhizae
These plants are growing in PRO-MIX inside grow bags, and this medium deserves a short explanation.
PRO-MIX comes pre-inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi, which play a major role early on:
• They form a symbiotic relationship with the roots
• Increase nutrient and water uptake
• Improve root surface area
• Help plants handle stress and environmental swings better
At this stage, while top growth looks calm and controlled, a lot of the real work is happening underground. Strong roots now mean easier transitions later, especially when stretch and flower demand kick in.
⸻
💡 Light Cycle & Environment
All plants are running 12/12 from seed, no exceptions.
Current environment (Week 2):
• Temperature: stable and warm, optimized for early development
• Humidity: kept slightly higher to support root and leaf expansion
• PPFD: elevated for this stage on purpose
The higher PPFD is intentional. These plants are healthy, rooted, and responding well, so we allow them to work a little harder. This encourages:
• Stronger stems
• Faster metabolic rhythm
• Better preparation for the upcoming transition phase
No stress signals, no clawing, no fading — so we stay the course.
⸻
✂️ Training
No training at this stage.
No topping, no bending, no interference.
Right now, the goal is symmetry, rhythm, and consistency. We let the plant show us her natural structure before making any decisions later on.
⸻
Genetics Talk — GMO Cookies
This is the one that has me genuinely curious.
GMO Cookies is known for that deep garlic / savory punch, layered over the classic cookies backbone. It’s not a “loud early” plant — this is usually a cultivar that reveals itself later, once structure and resin production begin to speak.
Right now, we’re not expecting aromas or explosive growth — and that’s exactly how it should be.
⸻
🔮 What to Expect Next Week
Expect:
• Faster node stacking
• Thicker stems
• Increased leaf size
• Continued uniformity across plants
Do NOT expect yet:
• Strong smells
• Stretch explosion
• Flower expression
Next week is still about building the engine, not revving it.
⸻
🌿 Final Thoughts
This GMO Cookies run is doing exactly what it should be doing — nothing more, nothing less.
Healthy, controlled, consistent growth is always the goal, and this folder is on point.
Very excited to see how this one expresses herself as we move forward.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 3 VEG Report
(12/12 from seed | Autoflower behaving in sync with photoperiods)
General Overview
Week 3 of vegetative growth comes to a close with GMO Cookies performing exceptionally well. Just like the other autoflowers in the room, she continues to behave in a way that closely mirrors the photoperiod plants — steady, structured, and rhythmically aligned with the rest of the genetics in the tent.
Despite the diversity of cultivars running side by side, all plants are maintaining very similar height, pace, and development, each expressing itself slightly differently but moving forward together. This consistency speaks volumes about both the genetics and the stability of the environment.
Growth & Structure
• Vegetative stage: Ongoing
• Flowering signs: None observed
• Node count: 6 nodes
• Growth habit: Compact, controlled, well-balanced
• Leaf expression:
• Lush, deep green
• Broad, healthy leaflets
• Excellent turgor and texture
Growth this week can only be described as spectacular. Internodal spacing remains tight, structure is clean, and the plant shows no signs of stress, deficiency, or imbalance.
Autoflower vs Photoperiod Behavior
Even though GMO Cookies is an autoflower and has been run 12/12 from seed, she continues to challenge expectations. At this point, it’s still difficult to clearly distinguish behavioral differences between autos and photoperiods in this room.
Everything is moving:
• At the same rhythm
• At the same pace
• Under the same conditions
This reinforces an important observation: environmental consistency often outweighs genetic labels, especially early on.
⸻
📸 Photo Session & Documentation
This week, GMO Cookies was briefly removed for a dedicated photo session using an improvised studio setup.
Photography setup highlights:
• Sony A6700 camera
• iPad used as a remote control and live viewer
• Controlled backlighting for leaf detail and depth
• Full camera control (aperture, ISO, settings) without touching the camera
This approach eliminates camera shake and allows for precise adjustments on the fly — crucial for capturing clean, sharp images, especially when documenting fine leaf texture and color. Since these images are being shared publicly, it felt important to be transparent about the process behind them.
⸻
Environment — Room Conditions (Week 3)
• Photoperiod: 12/12 from seed
• Day temperature: ~26 °C
• Night temperature: ~18 °C
• Relative Humidity: 60–65%
• Airflow: Gentle, constant, non-stressful
• Solution temperature: ~21 °C
• Substrate temperature: ~21 °C
Everything remains stable and dialed in, allowing the plants to focus fully on root and vegetative development.
⸻
💡 Lighting
• PPFD: ~600–700 (adjusted to plant size)
• Plants continue to grow into the light naturally, with no stretch or light stress observed.
• Incremental increases are proving effective and well-tolerated.
⸻
💧 Watering & Nutrition
• pH: 6.0
• EC: 1.0
Nutrient program:
• Plagron Terra Grow
• Power Roots
• Pure Zym
• Sugar Royal
Foliar:
• Vita Race
• Applied selectively and intentionally, not on a rigid schedule
This combination continues to support strong root activity, clean metabolism, and vibrant vegetative growth.
⸻
🔍 What to Expect / What Not to Expect (Week 4)
What to expect:
• Continued vegetative expansion
• Further node stacking
• Increasing leaf mass and photosynthetic capacity
What not to expect (yet):
• No flowering initiation
• No sudden stretch
• No need to push inputs or change rhythm
Patience remains key. The plant is clearly still building its foundation.
⸻
Final Thoughts
Week 3 confirms that GMO Cookies is happy, stable, and well-adapted to this setup. There is no rush, no force, and no correction needed — just observation and consistency.
Same rhythm.
Same environment.
Same respect for the process.

📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens
All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more.
Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 5 (12/12 From Seed)
Late Veg / Pre-Flower Transition
General Vibe
The girls are feeling amazing this week — calmly exploding, super elegant, and bushing up beautifully. Structure is compact yet full, with a very balanced expression across the canopy. No rush, no stress — just plants doing plant things.
Training & Structure
We’re continuing with very gentle LST — mostly bending and positioning leaves rather than aggressive branch work. The goal is simple:
• Open light pathways
• Encourage lateral growth
• Let the plants decide their final shape
They’re responding incredibly well: tight internodes, bushy profiles, and strong posture. You can clearly see the progression in the photos from the beginning to the end of the week.
Growth Stage Observation
By the end of this week, we’re starting to see early pre-flower signs. Nothing dramatic yet, but the transition is clearly beginning.
➡️ Next week’s update should start showing more defined flower development.
⸻
💧 Nutrition & Water Strategy
This week we introduced CalMag Pro — not because the plants are asking for it, but as a proactive step heading into flower.
Why now?
• We’re using collected rainwater + dehumidifier water, which is extremely soft
• Before stacking base nutrients and supplements, we need to build a proper mineral foundation
• This ensures stability and availability later, especially during stretch and early flower demand
This is preparation, not correction.
Autopot Zone
We’re running two feeding zones in the tent (6 plants total), which is why you’ll see different measurements in the diary photos:
• Autopot zone: mineral-based recipe only
• EC: 2.29
• pH: 6.0
• (Organics don’t play well with Autopots — keeping it clean and stable)
• Solution temperature: ~22–23°C across both zones
• Slightly warmer on purpose to support root activity during colder weather
⸻
🌡️ Environment
• Humidity: ~58%
• Temperature: ~21°C
Outside conditions have been tough this week (4–5°C with 90–98% humidity), so honestly, we’re happy with how stable the room is holding. More importantly, the plants are reacting calmly and positively, which always matters more than chasing textbook numbers.
CO₂ remains unchanged at ~666 ppm — steady and sufficient for this stage. We’ll reassess during flower.
⸻
💡 Lighting & PPFD
• Top light: 100%
• PPFD: ~700–850 (depending on plant size)
The girls are praying to the light — no pushing, no forcing. We let them grow how they want to grow.
Under-Canopy Lighting (LumiFlora)
By the end of this week, we’re turning on the under-canopy lighting for the first time.
Why now?
• Plants have grown past the fixtures
• It’s time for them to start recognizing photons from all directions
• This prepares lower growth for the coming stretch and flower set
We’re starting very gently at ~30% power, then increasing slowly based on plant response. No shock, no rush — just layered light introduced with intention.
Huge thanks to LumiFlora for supporting this phase with under-canopy lighting.
⸻
🔁 Quick Recap (For Newcomers)
• 12/12 from seed
• Gentle, observation-first approach
• No aggressive training or forcing
• Focus on structure, balance, and plant response
• Slow, intentional buildup heading into flower
You can jump in right here and be fully up to speed.
⸻
What to Expect Next Week
Expect:
• Clearer pre-flowers
• Stretch beginning to express
• Training adjustments as structure reveals itself
Don’t expect:
• Heavy defoliation
• Sudden pushes or drastic changes
• Forcing the plants into anything they’re not ready for
We observe, adapt, and respond — always.
⸻
🙏 Thanks
Massive thanks to everyone following along, sharing energy, and supporting the diary — and welcome to everyone new joining the journey.
As always:
Growers helping growers.
Trust the plant.
Trust the process.
Much love 🌱

Week 5 Veg/pre-flower | 8×8 Tent | Master Conditions
🌍 External Environment (Context) • Outside temperature: ~5 °C
• Outside RH: 92–96% (very high humidity)
• Strong seasonal pressure influencing internal stability
⸻
🌡️ Internal Tent Conditions
• Tent temperature: ~21.8 °C
(noted drop due to cold external temps)
• Tent RH: ~58%
→ Very good considering outside conditions
⸻
💨 Airflow & Circulation
• Primary airflow: Bottom → top → wall return
• Pattern: Full-room vortex circulation
• Additional fans: Central airflow to break blind spots and mix layers
• Goal: No stagnant pockets, uniform VPD across canopy
⸻
💧 Water Source & Rationale
• Water: Dehumidifier water + rainwater
• Base EC: force
• Systems designed to support plant intelligence, not override it

DogDoctorOfficial Grow Update — GMO Cookies
Week 6 from seed | 12/12 from seed
Marked as: Week 1 Flower
Quick recap for anyone just joining
This is a 12/12 from seed run, meaning plants have been grown under a flowering light schedule from day one. Because of that, development doesn’t follow the classic “veg → flip → flower” timeline. Instead, plants express themselves at their own pace, and structure, stretch, and flowering signals appear more organically.
Now, in week 6 from seed, there’s no doubt anymore: this GMO Cookies is in flower.
⸻
Current environment (stable & shared across the room)
• Temperature: ~27.5 °C
• Humidity: ~65%
• CO₂: ~900 ppm
• PPFD: ~600–850
• Smaller plants: ~600–700
• Taller plants: up to ~800–850
Light intensity is intentionally staggered. Plants are allowed to grow into the photons naturally, rather than forcing a flat PPFD across different genetics and sizes. This helps maintain balance and reduces stress during stretch.
⸻
Root zone & watering
• pH: 6.5
• EC: 2.4
• Root / reservoir temperature: ~17 °C
Slightly on the cold side, acknowledged. Still within a manageable range, and plants are responding well.
⸻
Nutrition — why the switch happened
• Switched from Plagron Terra Grow → Terra Bloom
• Following the Plagron feeding schedule
• This was the only intentional change
As plants clearly entered flower, nitrogen-forward feeding (Terra Grow) was no longer appropriate. The switch to Terra Bloom reflects what the plant is now asking for:
👉 support for stretch, branching, and early flower development.
The feeding schedule is being adapted slightly to match uptake speed and plant response, rather than followed blindly. Observation first, bottles second.
⸻
Training & plant behavior
Low stress training is ongoing:
• Leaf bending
• Gentle positioning
• No aggressive topping or hard stress
The response has been excellent.
This GMO Cookies is:
• Stretching evenly
• Branching beautifully
• Forming compact, bushy structures
What you see now are little green bushes, with multiple tops forming naturally. Those “little balls” and dense branching patterns are exactly what we want at this stage — it means the plant is distributing energy well and preparing multiple flowering sites.
Color is strong, healthy green, with no signs of active stress.
⸻
What this means
• Training is working
• Environment is dialed
• Nutrition is aligned with the plant’s phase
• The plant is confident enough to push structure and flower at the same time
This is the kind of growth that doesn’t happen by force — it happens when conditions allow it.
⸻
What to expect next week
• Continued stretch
• Clearer flower formation at branch tips
• More defined structure as internodes space out
What not to expect
• Instant bud stacking
• A frozen structure (she’s still moving)
• Identical behavior to other genetics in the room
Each plant runs its own race.
⸻
Final thoughts & thanks
This 8x8 has been a real roller coaster — emotionally, visually, and educationally — and this GMO Cookies is no exception. Watching her respond, adapt, and thrive has been a pleasure.
Huge thanks to:
• The OGs
• The newcomers
• The lovers and the haters
• The sponsors
• The platform
• And the community that makes these diaries worth writing
It’s truly an honor to share these grows openly.
Week 6 from seed.

DogDoctorOfficial Structured Defoliation & Light Redistribution
GMO Cookies — Week 7 From Seed (12/12 From Seed)
( Week 2 Flower, kind a because this run is 12/12 from seed, developmental phases overlap. While we are in Week 7 from seed, flower morphology places these plants approximately in Week 2–3 of true flower formation.)
⸻
🔁 Quick Recap — How We Got Here
This run was flipped 12/12 from seed.
No topping.
No high-stress training.
No aggressive manipulation.
Only:
• Strategic leaf bending
• Gentle positioning
• Natural apical development
• Controlled mineral feeding through the AutoPot system
• Occasional top-feed inputs when needed
We let the plants express themselves first.
That decision matters.
Because what you’re seeing now — the uniform tops, the consistent structure, the even canopy rhythm — is the result of restraint early on.
No panic training.
No overcorrection.
Just guidance.
⸻
🌡️ Environment & Feeding — Why We Changed Nothing
This week, deliberately, we changed nothing.
• Day temp: ~28 °C
• RH: ~65%
• EC: 2.4
• pH: 6.5
• Height: ~40–80 cm
• LED lighting (multi-layer + under-canopy support)
Some growers see 28 °C in flower and panic.
But context matters.
Under LED lighting:
• Leaf surface temp runs ~2–4 °C cooler than ambient
• There is no heavy infrared load like under HPS
• Transpiration behaves differently
So if:
• Room = 28 °C
• Leaf ≈ 24–26 °C
• RH = 65%
Leaf-level VPD sits in a comfortable early-flower range.
We do not calculate room VPD in isolation.
We observe plant behavior.
And the plants confirm stability:
• Upright posture
• No tacoing
• No clawing
• Strong internode spacing
• Healthy green without tip burn
We are not chasing numbers.
We are paying attention to them.
That’s different.
⸻
🌿 Feeding Strategy — Why EC 2.4 Is Intentional
These GMO Cookies are evolving fast.
At Week 2 flower, they are:
• Stretching
• Building structural mass
• Initiating bud sites
• Increasing water consumption
EC 2.4 is not a random number.
It matches:
• Growth speed
• AutoPot constant availability
• Mineral shuttle stability
• Transpiration rate under LED
Because AutoPots provide continuous feed, the goal isn’t spikes — it’s consistency.
No dramatic increases.
No sudden drops.
Just stable availability.
That’s why we did not change anything this week.
When plants are stable, changing variables creates instability.
⸻
Defoliation — Controlled Intervention, Not Reaction
This update follows the exact chronological order of the session.
Before defoliation, we observed:
• Mid-canopy density
• Lower airflow restriction
• Interior shading
• Competing secondary growth
The intervention focused on:
• Removing obstructive fan leaves
• Cleaning lower interior branches (lollipopping)
• Improving air channels
• Increasing light penetration
• Prioritizing top flower sites
No stripping.
No shock.
Just structure correction.
⸻
🔥 Under-Canopy Light Marks — Addressed Transparently
Minor leaf surface damage was observed on some lower leaves.
Important distinction:
This is not nutrient burn.
This is not systemic stress.
These were:
• Localized photon exposure spots
• Leaves positioned too close to under-canopy diodes
• Surface-level tissue damage
Cosmetic. Monitored. Adjusted.
Under-canopy lighting increases lower bud potential — but placement must be respected.
This is part of dialing in layered LED systems.
We document it openly.
Because transparency builds trust.
⸻
🌱 Why the Plants Look So Uniform
Three plants.
Very similar rhythm.
Why?
• Stable feeding
• Stable environment
• No high-stress events
• Even canopy exposure
• Gentle early leaf positioning instead of hard training
Consistency early → uniformity later.
This is not luck.
It’s controlled inputs.
⸻
🔮 What to Expect Next Week
You will likely see:
• Stretch slowing down
• Clear bud stacking beginning
• Pistil density increasing
• Water consumption rising
• Slight increase in aroma intensity
You should NOT expect:
• Massive swelling yet
• Heavy frost development
• Final bud density
We are still in structural flower.
GMO builds weight slightly later.
Patience is part of the architecture.
⸻
🧠 The Philosophy Behind This Week
When everything is stable:
Do not interfere.
Many growers change parameters weekly just to feel active.
But cultivation is not about constant movement.
It’s about:
Observation → Understanding → Adjustment only when required.
This week required observation.
Not correction.

DogDoctorOfficial GMO Cookies — Week 8 From Seed
(≈ Week 3 Flower — 12/12 From Seed)
“Served with extra curiosity.”
🌱 Quick Recap (For Everyone Joining Now)
These girls have been running 12/12 from seed from day one.
No traditional vegetative phase. They decided their timing — we followed.
This is not about chasing more harvests per year.
It’s about efficiency, energy management, and less unnecessary labor.
We are now at Week 8 from seed, which we consider early–mid flower transition (Week 3 flowering) based on pistil development and stacking behavior.
⸻
🌡️ Room Conditions
The room is looking strong and stable.
• Temperature: ~28°C
• Humidity: ~70% (slowly reducing)
• PPFD: 800–1300 µmol/m²/s (varies per plant height)
• Airflow: Heavy exchange + vortex + crosswinds
Now let’s explain the why.
We are prioritizing leaf VPD, not just room VPD.
Because of strong airflow and active transpiration, we can run slightly higher humidity at this stage without creating microclimate issues.
Big intake.
Big exhaust.
Vortex movement.
Crosswind fans breaking boundary layers.
This allows us to push intensity safely.
And intensity is where the fun begins.
⸻
💡 Lighting Strategy
We are not just running a top light.
We are using:
• Over-canopy lighting
• Inner canopy lighting
• Under-canopy lighting
Why?
Because photosynthesis doesn’t only happen at the top cola.
Lower sites can remain productive if light penetrates and airflow supports them.
Benefits:
• More uniform energy distribution
• Reduced larf
• Better lower bud development
• Higher nutrient demand (which we are seeing)
This multi-angle light system is part of why we can push EC while still seeing substrate EC remain low.
⸻
Feeding & EC Strategy
Current Irrigation EC: ~2.4
Substrate EC reading: ~0.9
That tells us something important:
The girls are eating.
When runoff/substrate EC remains low despite high input EC, it means uptake is strong and salts are not accumulating.
The moment we see substrate EC climbing?
We reduce feed EC immediately.
End goal:
Final week or so → likely water only.
⸻
Current Nutrient Recipe
• CalMag Pro
• Terra Bloom
• Power Buds
• Green Sensation
• Pure Zym
• Sugar Royal
(No more Vita Race foliar for now.)
⸻
🔬 Why We Switched Additives
We moved from Power Roots → Power Buds + Green Sensation
Power Buds
• Encourages flower initiation
• Supports generative growth
• Helps hormonal shift into flowering mode
Green Sensation
• PK booster
• Adds Magnesium & Iron
• Supports enzyme systems & chlorophyll stability
• Assists in energy transport during early bulking phase
We are now in the stage where roots are established — focus shifts to flowers and energy management.
⸻
⚗️ Order of Mixing (Chemistry Matters)
This is important.
1. CalMag first
Our water is very soft.
We raise EC to ~0.7 using CalMag before adding anything else.
Why?
• Calcium stabilizes solution chemistry.
• Prevents nutrient lockout.
• Reduces risk of precipitation when adding PK later.
• Supports cell wall strength during high transpiration.
2. Base nutrients (Terra Bloom)
3. Additives (Power Buds, Green Sensation, Pure Zym, Sugar Royal)
Mixing order affects solubility and stability.
This is not random.
⸻
🌿 Plant Development
Defoliation was done recently.
Result?
It looks like nothing happened.
The canopy refilled quickly.
Structure is strong.
Stretch is controlled but active.
Stacking is beginning.
They are bigger than expected at this stage, to be honest.
This is where things get interesting.
⸻
🔬 Macro Season Begins
We are entering the phase where microphotography becomes meaningful.
Yes, it’s always interesting.
But now:
• Trichome stalks are forming.
• Resin heads are developing.
• Pistil clusters are stacking.
• Leaf surface gland density increases.
From this week forward, macro and focus stacking will become part of the reports.
Not for hype.
For documentation.
⸻
🔮 What To Expect Next Week
• Continued stacking
• Slight humidity reduction
• Possible EC adjustment depending on substrate readings
• Increased resin production
• Internodal swelling
No drastic changes planned — just observation and precision.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 9 From Seed | Week 4 Flower
We’re now entering Week 4 of flower with our GMO Cookies — and things are moving fast.
Very fast.
From structure to flower formation, these girls are showing intent.
Stacking, stretching, drinking… responding.
Let’s break this week down properly.
---
## 🔬 Macro World — Why We Start Looking Closer Now
This week marks the beginning of something important:
we stop just looking… and start observing.
Macro photography allows us to step into the plant’s reality:
• Trichome heads beginning to form
• Early resin coverage on sugar leaves
• Pistils reaching, searching, multiplying
• Surface textures you don’t see with the naked eye
No stacking here — just single shots.
Finding the focus. Respecting the moment.
Some shots are clean and informative.
Others are more dramatic — shadows, contrast, emotion.
Both matter.
Because growing is not just data…
it’s also perspective.
---
## 🌿 Canopy Work — Opening Space, Not Forcing Control
This week we did a selective defoliation.
Not aggressive.
Not random.
Intentional.
One of the girls pushed hard — dense structure, limited airflow — so we opened her up slightly.
Goal:
• Improve light penetration
• Reduce microclimate buildup
• Allow lower sites to breathe
• Keep energy moving efficiently
We removed more leaves than initially expected —
but always with respect to the plant.
No stress signs after.
They accepted it well.
---
## ⚠️ Leaf Observations — Nothing Concerning
We spotted some burned leaves, mainly:
→ Under-canopy LED exposure
→ Lower zones receiving direct intensity
Important:
• Not spreading
• Not systemic
• New growth remains healthy
Color is strong.
Leaf posture is confident.
Flower sites are developing clean.
This is not a problem — just a note.
---
## 🌱 Current Environment & Feeding
The girls are eating and drinking like champions:
• 💧 ~1.7L per plant / day
• ⚡ EC: 2.4
• pH: 6.5
• 🌡️ Temp: 28°C
• 💨 RH: 60–65%
• 🌬️ CO₂: ~1000 ppm
Everything is aligned with their demand.
They’re not being pushed —
they’re being supported.
---
## 📏 Structure & Growth
• Height: ~150 cm
• Strong vertical development
• Good lateral branching
• Flower sites stacking consistently
This is the phase where structure turns into yield.
And we’re right on time.
---
## 🎥 Studio Sessions & Documentation
As always —
they stepped into the studio.
And honestly… they delivered.
From full plant portraits
to intimate macro moments —
this week gave us a full visual story.
Also introducing officially:
🎬 Mr. Baggy
More coming from him soon.
---
## 🔮 What To Expect Next Week
Week 5 will be decisive.
Expect:
• Increased bud stacking
• Resin production accelerating
• Pistils multiplying rapidly
• Stretch slowing down
• Nutrient demand stabilizing
We’ll keep observing closely — especially through macro.
Because this is where quality is defined.
---
## 🙏 Final Words
To everyone following this journey:
• The OGs
• The silent watchers
• The skeptics
• The supporters
• The new growers finding their way
Thank you.
To the platform.
To the community.
To everyone building this space with us.
This is not just a grow.
It’s a shared process.
From grower… to growers.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 GMO Cookies Auto — Week 10 From Seed (Week 5 Flower)
🔁 Quick Recap — How We Got Here
This run started under a 12/12 from seed approach, pushing these autos into a slightly different rhythm compared to traditional schedules. From early on, the focus was on building a strong, healthy structure without over-intervention — letting the plant express itself while guiding it gently.
Through the vegetative phase, they developed into compact but well-branched plants, with a natural bushy structure. No aggressive training, just light leaf management to maintain airflow and light penetration.
As we transitioned into flower, everything started stacking quickly — and now here we are, mid-flower, with the plants fully committed to production.
⸻
🌿 Week 5 Flower — Current State
This week, they’re looking beautiful, full, and alive.
• Structure: Bushy, dense, well-filled canopy
• Bud development: Stacking nicely across all sites
• Resin: Starting to frost up properly now — visible increase day by day
• Overall health: Strong, stable, and responsive
There are a few minor light stress signs — slight leaf tip burn from the LEDs — but nothing concerning. It’s the kind of stress that comes with pushing intensity, and the plants are clearly handling it well.
And the standout feature right now:
👉 That main cola.
It’s already separating itself from the rest — bigger, more dominant, and showing real potential. Definitely one to watch over the coming weeks.
⸻
🌡️ Environment & Feeding
Dialed and stable — exactly where we want to be:
• 🌡️ Temperature: 26°C
• 💧 Humidity: 60%
• ⚡ EC: 2.0
• pH: 6.5
Instead of chasing generic room VPD charts, the focus remains on leaf VPD and plant response — and honestly, the plants are confirming everything.
The rule stays the same:
Plants speak louder than numbers.
Right now, they’re not just speaking — they’re thriving.
⸻
💡 Light Intensity (PPFD)
Light levels are being pushed into a productive range:
• Average canopy: ~1000 PPFD
• Top colas: up to ~1200 PPFD
• Full room range: ~800–1500 depending on plant height
The variation comes from canopy differences — taller tops naturally receiving more intensity.
And the key point:
👉 They’re handling it comfortably.
No major stress, no slowdown — just steady development and increasing resin production.
⸻
🔮 What to Expect Next
Things are moving fast now — this is where the magic really begins.
Over the next week, we’re expecting:
• 📈 Increased bud swelling and density
• ❄️ Noticeable jump in resin production
• 🌸 Stronger aroma development
• 🏆 That main cola to really define itself
This is the phase where small daily changes start becoming visible differences.
⸻
🤝 Shoutouts & Gratitude
Big love to everyone walking this journey:
• 🌍 The GrowDiaries platform
• 💬 The entire community — here and across all platforms
• The genetics behind this run
• 🤝 The supporters and partners
• 🌱 The new followers joining the ride
• 🐺 And the OGs that have been here since day one
Energy matters — and this one is built on shared passion.
⸻
🧠 Final Thoughts
Everything is flowing naturally right now.
No forcing, no chasing — just reading the plants and moving with them.
There’s something special building here… and we’re right in the middle of it.
Let’s see where it goes 🌿🔥

DogDoctorOfficial GMO Cookies — Week 11 (Flower)
“Served with Extra Curiosity”
This week wasn’t about doing more.
It was about seeing more.
And sometimes… that changes everything.
⸻
🔬 Photo Stacking — What it is & why now
This update goes deeper than usual.
We explored focus stacking (photo stacking) —
a technique where multiple images, each focused at a different depth, are merged into one ultra-detailed image.
* 20–25 frames → standard macro depth
* 80–100+ → high detail
* 200+ frames → extreme resolution, full structure visibility
Why now?
Because this is the phase where:
➡️ Structure is set
➡️ Growth slows down
➡️ Detail becomes everything
There’s less to do…
and more to observe, understand, and appreciate.
We’re no longer just growing.
We’re studying.
⸻
🌱 Quick Recap — How did we get here
12/12 from seed.
No traditional veg phase.
Plants shaped themselves under flowering conditions from day one.
What we see now is the result of:
* Early root establishment
* Stable environment
* Consistent feeding
* Minimal interference
No chasing. No forcing.
Just letting the plant express.
⸻
🌿 The Room — Stability over control
Conditions remain intentionally consistent:
* Temp: ~26°C day / 18°C night
* RH: ~60%
* pH: ~6.5
* EC: ~2.0
* CO₂: ~1000 ppm
Everything is guided by plant feedback (leaf EPD) —
not by rigid charts.
At this stage, stability matters more than perfection.
⸻
💧 Nutrition — Supporting, not pushing
Current feeding:
* Terra Bloom
* Pure Zym
* Sugar Royal
* Power Buds
* Green Sensation
* CalMag Pro
Balanced, consistent, predictable.
We’re not trying to “boost” anymore —
we’re maintaining the conditions for proper finishing.
⸻
❄️ Trichomes — The real story
This is where the stacking work pays off.
With the naked eye, we see frost.
With macro stacking, we see architecture.
* Trichome heads forming and swelling
* Density across sugar leaves and calyxes
* Early signs of maturity variation within the same bud
Not all trichomes develop at the same speed —
and now we can actually see that clearly.
This is where observation becomes knowledge.
⸻
🌸 Bud Development & Stacking
The plants are doing exactly what they should now:
* Vertical growth has stopped
* Bud stacking continues steadily
* Density increasing day by day
No explosive changes —
just refinement and consolidation.
This is the quiet phase…
but it’s one of the most important ones.
⸻
🎥 Studio Work & Branch Sacrifice
We took a branch to the studio for detailed work.
Was it a sacrifice?
Yes.
Was it worth it?
Absolutely.
That branch gave us:
* High-level macro insight
* Controlled lighting shots
* Focus-stacked visuals that reveal what’s usually hidden
Sometimes, giving a little… gives a lot back.
⸻
🧠 Why macro now?
Because this is the phase where:
➡️ Doing less = doing more
➡️ Interference can do more harm than good
➡️ Observation becomes the main tool
Macro photography allows us to:
* Study ripening progression
* Understand resin development
* Train the eye for future harvest timing
It’s not just content.
It’s education.
⸻
🔮 What to expect next week
* Continued trichome swelling
* Increased bud density
* More visible ripening signals (pistil changes, trichome shifts)
* Subtle but important daily progress
We’re entering the decision-making window soon.
⸻
⚠️ What NOT to expect
* No more vertical growth
* No drastic structural changes
* No need for heavy intervention
At this point, less input = better outcome.
⸻
🙏 Final Words
To everyone walking this journey with us:
* The OGs who’ve been here since day one
* The new eyes just discovering the process
* The skeptics — always part of the balance
* The silent supporters
* The platform hosting this space
* The sponsors and partners
* The genetics behind these expressions
And the plants themselves…
This week wasn’t about growing bigger.
It was about seeing deeper.
From grower to growers 🤝🌱

DogDoctorOfficial Week 12 — GMO Cookies
Served with extra curiosity ?
Week 12 from seed marks what we call Week 7 of flower in this 12/12-from-seed run, and at this stage the room is doing exactly what it should: less intervention, more observation, and a whole lot of trust in the process.
By now the heavy lifting is done. Structure is built, flowers are formed, resin production is in full swing, and the focus shifts from pushing growth to guiding the finish. That’s why the room still looks familiar on paper — 26°C days, 18°C nights, 60% RH, steady airflow, same rhythm, same calm environment. No dramatic changes, no chasing numbers, no panic-adjusting because a chart says so. Leaf expression remains relaxed, transpiration is steady, and the plants are still telling us the same thing they have all run: conditions are stable, leave us be.
That consistency is what got us here.
And now we let them finish.
⸻
Less feeding, more finishing
This week marks the real transition into the final stretch.
The bottles have mostly stepped aside, and the focus now is simple: water, enzymes, patience.
At this point the soil still holds more than enough nutrition to carry these plants home. That is one of the biggest advantages of building a living, reusable medium instead of treating soil like an inert substrate. The plant has already been fed. Now the soil gets to do what it was built to do: buffer, break down, recycle, and deliver what remains.
So instead of continuing to push feed late into flower, we’ve shifted almost entirely to enzymes.
This week the mix is simple:
* rainwater
* dehumidifier water
* Pure Zym
* no pH adjustments
Landing naturally around 6.8.
That is perfectly acceptable here, and more importantly, it is consistent.
At this stage we are no longer trying to micromanage every decimal point. We are reading plant response, not chasing bottle charts. The root zone is stable, the soil is active, and the plants are finishing without asking for more.
That matters more than forcing a perfect number onto paper.
⸻
Why enzymes matter now
This is where enzymes earn their place.
Late flower is less about feeding the plant directly and more about helping the soil finish clean.
Enzymes work by breaking down dead root matter, leftover organic residue, and unused nutrient material in the substrate. Instead of allowing that material to sit, stall, or accumulate as waste, enzymes help convert it into simpler compounds the soil biology can either recycle or clear out.
That matters for three reasons right now:
1. Cleaner root zone
The plant is nearing the end of its life cycle. Roots naturally slow, age, and shed. Enzymes help keep that zone cleaner, reducing buildup and preventing the root mass from becoming stagnant.
2. More efficient nutrient recycling
There is still food in this soil. Enzymes help unlock what remains, allowing the plant to access residual nutrition already present in the medium instead of continuing to push fresh inputs.
3. Better soil for reuse
This matters beyond harvest. Because this soil is being reused, enzymes help start that cleanup process now — breaking down residual organics and preparing the medium to be re-amended instead of discarded.
This is not just feeding the end of this run.
It is preparing the beginning of the next one in the veggie world outside.
⸻
Drinking less… but still drinking well
Water uptake has eased slightly this week, now sitting around 1.5L per plant every 24 hours.
That small drop is exactly what we expect here.
They are drinking a little less now because the plant is no longer prioritizing rapid structural expansion. Stretch is done. Leaf production has slowed. Vertical growth is over. The plant is no longer spending energy building framework.
Now it is ripening.
That shift changes demand.
Water use naturally tapers as metabolic priorities move away from expansion and toward maturation. Less new biomass is being built, so total uptake softens.
But they are still drinking well — and that matters.
Because while structural growth has slowed, flower metabolism has not.
The plant is still:
* moving water
* stacking density
* swelling calyxes
* pushing resin
* regulating temperature
* transporting stored energy into the flowers
That still takes water.
So yes, they are drinking less.
But 1.5L per day, in late flower, with this amount of biomass and this level of flower production, is still a very healthy sign that the engine is running exactly as it should.
⸻
The room right now
This is one of the most rewarding phases of the cycle.
The room smells louder.
The flowers feel heavier.
The frost gets thicker by the day.
The color starts to shift.
And every plant begins speaking its final language.
This is where the run stops being about control and becomes about presence.
There is less to do now.
But more to notice.
This stage is hand-watering, lifting pots, checking weight, scanning leaves, watching posture, tracking fade, peeking into bracts, checking trichomes, noticing who is ahead, who is slower, who is swelling, who is darkening.
This is where the work becomes quiet.
And this part matters just as much as everything that came before it.
⸻
Bulk, frost, and the final swell
This week the flowers are doing what good late flowers should do:
they are swelling.
Not stretching.
Not throwing chaos.
Swelling.
The buds are putting on that final weight now — denser, tighter, heavier by the day. Calyxes are stacking over calyxes, the flower surface is thickening, and what looked finished a week ago suddenly looks like it still has more to give.
That late swell is where so much of the final weight comes from.
And GMO is showing exactly why it earned its reputation.
The flowers are broad, greasy, and dense.
The frost is no longer just visible — it is layered.
Trichome coverage has moved past sparkle and into texture.
You can see it sitting on the flower surface like sugar pulled too thick.
This is where the plant starts looking less like it is flowering and more like it is preserving itself in resin.
⸻
What you are seeing now: pistils, calyxes, and ripening
This is the point where flower development becomes easier to read once you know what is changing.
Those bright white hairs (pistils) that dominated earlier flower are beginning to darken, curl, and recede.
That is normal.
Early on, pistils emerge fresh and white as part of active flower development. Their job is simple: reach outward while the flower builds.
Now that the flower is mature, many of those pistils have done their job.
So they begin to:
* oxidize
* darken
* curl inward
* shift from white to orange, amber, or brown
That is not decline.
That is ripening.
At the same time, the calyxes beneath them begin swelling.
This is the part many growers miss.
As the pistils age and pull inward, the calyxes underneath begin to enlarge and firm up — becoming fuller, rounder, tighter, and more pronounced. That swelling is where density comes from. It is one of the clearest signs the flower is still building real mass even when fresh white hairs begin slowing down.
So while the pistils look older, the flower itself is still maturing.
That is exactly what we want.
⸻
And then there are the trichomes
This is where the real finish happens.
Trichomes are not just “frost.”
They are the plant’s chemical armor.
These resin glands are where cannabinoids, terpenes, and much of the plant’s aromatic complexity are produced and stored. What looks like sparkle is actually the plant concentrating its chemistry onto the flower surface.
And late flower is when that chemistry peaks.
Right now they are thickening, clouding, and maturing.
This is the stage where clear heads begin turning cloudy, volatile terpene content is peaking, and the plant begins shifting from active production into final ripening.
That is why this stage matters so much.
This is not just visual maturity.
This is chemical maturity.
⸻
Special guest in the garden ?
This week’s inspection team also included one highly unqualified but deeply committed assistant.
A tiny toy fly has been making rounds through the canopy, checking trichome density, inspecting pistil posture, and offering absolutely no useful advice whatsoever.
Morale has improved.
Yield projections remain unchanged.
The inspection reports were biased, but adorable.
We’ll allow it.
⸻
Looking ahead to Week 13
Next week will be about watching the finish tighten.
Expect:
* more visible fade
* stronger senescence expression
* slower water uptake
* deeper aroma
* continued calyx swell
* more pistil recession
* trichomes pushing further cloudy
This is where patience matters most.
Not every plant will finish on the same day.
Not every top will mature at the same speed.
And not every signal arrives all at once.
Next week is not about deciding harvest.
It is about learning how close harvest is becoming.
And that is a very different thing.
⸻
Final thoughts
Week 12 is one of those weeks that reminds you why the slow parts matter.
The feeding.
The restraint.
The consistency.
The observation.
The trust.
Now it shows back in the flowers.
To everyone following along — the longtime growers, the silent lurkers, the curious beginners, the sharp-eyed critics, the day-ones, the new faces, the supporters, the skeptics, the genetics, the breeders, the platform, and everyone spending even a minute here with this run:
Thank you.
To those who watch closely, cheer loudly, question honestly, and keep showing up week after week — respect.
To the OGs who have been here since the first awkward updates and to the new eyes just arriving now: welcome.
And to these plants, for doing what they do best with quiet precision and no ego at all—
all love.

DogDoctorOfficial # GMO Cookies Served with Extra Curiosity 🙂 — Week 13 | 12/12 From Seed
Week 13 from seed.
Or, if you prefer to count it like we do around here, around week 8 flower on this 12/12 from seed experiment.
And honestly?
This is one of those weeks where the room starts speaking for itself.
Before anything else, a quick recap for everyone just joining the journey:
This entire run was done under a 12/12 light cycle directly from seed. No traditional vegetative stage, no long recovery periods, no massive training sessions trying to force the plants into shape. Just letting the plant express itself naturally under flowering light conditions from the beginning, while guiding rather than controlling the process.
The idea was never maximum yield at all costs.
The idea was curiosity.
Curiosity about morphology.
Curiosity about structure.
Curiosity about behavior.
Curiosity about what happens when we step back a little and simply observe.
And now, at week 13, the room is changing fast.
The funny thing is that if we looked only at the environmental numbers, some people would probably panic immediately. Conditions are not exactly “by the book.” But the plants clearly did not read the same books, because they are reacting beautifully. That’s another reminder that context matters more than perfection, and observation matters more than blindly chasing charts.
At this stage, we are basically doing almost nothing besides enzymes and patience.
No feedings anymore.
Just Pure Zym.
Letting the plant finish the story herself.
And you can see it everywhere now.
The hairs are changing color.
The trichome heads are maturing.
The leaves are fading into yellows and lighter greens.
The buds are swelling, getting heavier, denser, louder.
This is no longer the “building” phase.
This is the “finishing” phase.
And honestly, it’s beautiful to watch.
This week was also special because we took her into the studio for a proper photo session. We slowed down, shared some medicine, observed the details, looked at the flowers under different lights, different angles, different moods. Some plants stop feeling like “projects” near the end and start feeling more like personalities, and this GMO definitely has that energy.
Not harvested yet though.
Close. Very close.
But not yet.
This is one of those important weeks where observation matters more than action. There’s a temptation near the finish line to interfere too much, but right now the plant is telling us clearly to simply watch, smell, learn, and wait a little longer.
The fade happening across the room feels completely aligned with the moment:
- minimal feeding,
- end-of-life expression,
- natural senescence,
- energy redistribution,
- and final ripening.
Nothing feels forced.
Nothing feels rushed.
And that’s probably the best part of this entire run.
Now the big question becomes:
Will the next report be the harvest report?
Honestly… maybe. 😄
We are extremely close now, but we still want to let the plant tell us when she’s truly ready instead of harvesting according to impatience or calendar numbers alone. The next few days will be mostly observation:
- trichome development,
- flower density,
- aroma evolution,
- overall plant posture,
- and that final “feeling” growers know when a plant is almost done speaking.
As always, huge love to everyone following this strange and beautiful little experiment.
To Zamnesia for the genetics.
To Plagron for the support.
To GrowDiaries for giving growers a place to document these journeys.
To the community.
To the curious ones.
To the skeptical ones.
To the longtime followers and OGs.
To the people discovering the diary today.
To the silent viewers.
To the supporters.
To the critics.
To everyone.
Seriously — thank you.
At the end of the day, this was never just about growing flowers.
It was about sharing the process, the observations, the mistakes, the experiments, the learning, the calm moments, and the curiosity behind all of it.
Wishing everyone healthy plants, peaceful minds, good harvests, and a little extra curiosity on their own journeys too. 🌱

Week 14 — Harvest Report | Fresh Frozen Experiment
And here we are.
Week 14.
Harvest week.
And honestly… the room looked absolutely unreal.
Before we even touched the scissors, before a single branch was cut, before the freezer bags started filling up, there was already this feeling in the room that these girls had become something special.
Massive structures.
Heavy flowers.
Long spears.
Dense tops.
Colors everywhere.
Deep greens.
Fading yellows.
Lime tones.
Hints of gold.
Dark shadows between swollen calyxes.
And then the smell…
Oh man.
The smell.
This is one of those cultivars that genuinely makes the room feel less like a grow room and more like walking into a kitchen where someone is preparing something loud, greasy, savory, and unforgettable. The GMO side of these genetics speaks immediately and unapologetically.
Garlic.
Onion.
Savory funk.
That unmistakable “food terpene” profile that GMO became legendary for.
But underneath all that aggression, there is still sweetness hiding in there too. Cookie dough warmth. Earthiness. Creamy backend notes. A weird balance between offensive and delicious that only certain genetics can truly achieve.
And honestly?
We loved it.
But before diving fully into this week, let’s do what we always do and quickly recap the journey, because by now many people arrive only at the final reports and never see the earlier stages of the diary.
So first of all:
yes… once again we divided the harvest into multiple reports 😄
And honestly, we know it starts becoming a cliché at this point.
But there is simply too much here:
* too many photos,
* too many details,
* too many observations,
* too many experiments,
* too much resin,
* and too much love for the plant itself
to throw everything into one rushed update.
This run deserved time.
From seed until now, this GMO Cookies run was grown under a 12/12 from seed cycle using the F.O.G. LED setup, inside the Mammoth Elite tent environment, with careful environmental management throughout the run. The girls received multiple rounds of LST, selective defoliation, and continuous observation to maintain airflow and light penetration while still allowing the plants to express themselves naturally.
And express themselves they absolutely did.
These plants developed huge vascular systems and incredibly thick stems by the end of flower. Once harvest began and we started cutting branches down, the insides looked almost like miniature tree trunks. Thick water highways running through the center, dense supportive tissue everywhere, strong skeletal structures carrying massive tops from beginning to end.
You could physically feel how much water and energy these plants had been moving daily.
Some stems genuinely felt more like wood than plant tissue.
And that strength translated directly into the flowers themselves:
dense,
heavy,
greasy,
stacked,
and extremely aromatic.
Now here comes the part that will probably make some people cry a little 😄
Because normally, growers harvest and dry most of their flower for smoking… while only freezing smaller amounts for hash washing later.
We did the exact opposite here.
Most of these girls went directly into the freezer.
And yes…
intentionally.
Why?
Because this plant was screaming hash potential from the beginning.
The resin texture,
the greasy leaf rub,
the finger stickiness,
the way trichomes smeared across gloves,
the density of the heads,
the aroma intensity…
everything about this cultivar felt like it was asking to become fresh frozen.
So after removing fan leaves and preparing the flowers carefully, we separated the majority of the buds specifically for freezing.
Not whole plants.
Not stems.
Not unnecessary material.
Just flowers.
Pure bud material prepared for future washing.
Final fresh frozen numbers landed around:
755.5 grams total including bags,
which leaves us somewhere roughly around the 700–730g range of actual fresh frozen flower material once packaging weight is removed.
And honestly…
that is incredibly exciting.
For anyone unfamiliar with fresh frozen:
this means the flowers are frozen immediately after harvest instead of being dried first.
The goal here is preservation.
Fresh frozen material helps preserve volatile terpenes, delicate aromatic compounds, and resin characteristics that can partially disappear during traditional drying and curing.
Later, this material can be processed into:
* ice water hash,
* bubble hash,
* live hash,
* live rosin,
* or other solventless extractions.
And despite some people debating whether water itself should technically count as a “solvent,” the reality is that this process remains one of the cleanest and most beautiful extraction methods in cannabis culture.
Ice.
Water.
Movement.
Separation through resin density.
That’s it.
And based on what we already felt from simply handling these plants?
This could become something truly beautiful later on.
Even during harvest, the resin behavior was already honestly ridiculous.
The gloves became sticky almost immediately.
Fingers started collecting greasy residue after only small amounts of handling.
The scissors became coated quickly.
And the texture of that resin…
dark,
oily,
greasy,
almost greasy-food-like in character,
which feels incredibly fitting for a GMO cultivar.
This is the type of resin that makes hash makers smile instantly.
Now of course, we did not freeze absolutely everything.
We intentionally kept select flowers aside for traditional drying and curing because we want to compare the expressions later:
* cured flower terpene profile,
* versus fresh frozen hash expression,
* versus eventual solventless extraction results.
That comparison itself is part of the experiment.
And honestly, that is one of the beautiful things about growing:
sometimes the harvest is not the end of the project.
Sometimes harvest is simply the beginning of several new ones.
The flowers we kept for drying are currently hanging under controlled conditions while the frozen material quietly waits for its transformation later on.
And yes…
there will absolutely be future reports about the washing process.
About the ice water extraction.
About the resin quality.
About the yields.
About the terpene preservation.
About the final hash itself.
But for now?
This week belongs to the harvest.
To the skeletons.
To the colors.
To the smells.
To the giant branches hanging in silence.
To the freezer bags packed full of greasy flowers.
To the excitement of possibility.
And honestly… to experimentation too.
Because growing is not only about repeating safe formulas forever.
Sometimes it is also about curiosity.
Trying things.
Learning.
Observing.
Comparing.
Taking risks.
Seeing what happens.
And this entire harvest feels driven by exactly that spirit.
We also brought these girls into the studio before harvest because honestly they deserved their final photoshoot.
And wow.
They looked incredible.
Some shots leaned cinematic and dark.
Others focused on vivid greens and flower structure.
Some highlighted the towering spear-like colas.
Others focused on greasy closeups and texture.
And under the studio lights, the resin coverage became even more obvious.
The flowers looked almost wet in certain angles.
Sticky.
Alive.
Heavy.
Exactly the kind of flower that instantly tells you:
“This is not going to stay clean for long once trimming starts.” 😄
Which brings us to next week.
Next week will likely focus on:
* drying,
* trimming,
* resin collection,
* finger hash,
* scissor hash,
* handling techniques,
* curing preparation,
* and possibly the beginning of the washing process if time allows.
If not, the washing report will arrive later as its own chapter.
And honestly?
That feels right.
Because this run deserves patience.
Now before ending this report, as always:
Thank you.
To Zamnesia.
To Plagron.
To F.O.G.
To the gear.
To the platform.
To the community.
To the growers sharing knowledge every day.
To the silent supporters.
To the curious people discovering the diary for the first time.
To the macro lovers.
To the hash makers.
To the flower lovers.
To the skeptics 😄

This plant may already be harvested…
but honestly?
This story still feels far from over. 🌱

Drying & Trimming Report | Garlic, Gold & Preservation
And once again… yes 😄
We are dividing the reports.
At this point it almost became tradition.
But honestly, there is simply no realistic way to fit:
* harvest,
* drying,
* trimming,
* curing,
* smoke review,
* fresh frozen,
* washing,
* strain review,
* extraction plans,
* terpene analysis,
* and all the small details we love documenting…
into one single update without turning everything into chaos.
So first of all:
thank you for the patience.
Everything from seed until harvest was already documented in the previous reports, but for the people arriving only now, let’s quickly recap how we got here.
This GMO Cookies run was grown under a 12/12 from seed cycle using the F.O.G. LED setup, with environmental management focused on healthy plant development, airflow, structure, and resin production. Throughout flower the girls received selective defoliation, LST, continuous observation, and careful feeding while expressing one of the loudest terpene profiles we have had in the room in a while.
And now?
Now the plants have moved beyond harvest and entered one of the most important phases of all:
preservation.
Because growing beautiful flowers means very little if drying and trimming are rushed afterward.
So this report belongs to:
* drying,
* trimming,
* handling,
* preserving terpenes,
* collecting resin,
* and slowly preparing the medicine for cure.
The branches that were selected for drying spent approximately:
* 10 days drying,
* around 60% humidity,
* temperatures between 18–20°C,
with the first couple of days running slightly drier in order to help remove excess surface moisture before stabilizing the environment more carefully.
And honestly?
The aromas coming from these flowers during drying were absolutely ridiculous.
Now, to be completely honest and transparent:
these were not the densest flowers from the tent.
Visually they actually looked denser while still wet than they ended up feeling after drying.
But what they lacked slightly in density…
they completely compensated for in aroma, terpene expression, flavor potential, resin behavior, and overall personality.
And honestly, that trade-off is something many growers happily accept.
Because this GMO profile is LOUD.
Like…
walk-into-a-kitchen loud.
Real GMO lovers will understand this instantly.
Every trimming session felt like sitting next to a chef smashing fresh garlic cloves directly beside us.
Savory.
Greasy.
Funky.
Sharp.
Warm.
Almost oily-smelling.
And hidden underneath all that madness:
sweetness,
cookie notes,
earthiness,
and weird creamy undertones slowly revealing themselves as the flowers cured further.
This is not a shy cultivar.
Not even close.
Once the drying process finished, it was finally time to trim.
So:
gloves on.
Trim station ready.
Trim bin prepared.
Scissors cleaned.
Glass jars nearby.
Grove Bags prepared.
And of course…
little self-medication beforehand 😄
Because trimming sessions and cannabis culture somehow always belonged together naturally.
The branches were broken down carefully by hand, one by one, and every flower was trimmed individually with patience instead of speed.
As always, we used pointed curved trimming scissors.
And honestly, they are fantastic for this type of flower structure.
Especially with fluffier or more open flowers, curved pointed scissors allow you to:
* enter tighter spaces,
* remove excess leaf material precisely,
* preserve flower structure,
* avoid crushing calyxes,
* and maintain a more natural-looking final product.
Straight scissors work perfectly fine too of course, but for this type of trimming, curved points genuinely feel more comfortable and surgical.
And with GMO?
You quickly realize precision matters.
Because these flowers become sticky almost immediately.
The scissors start collecting resin.
The gloves become greasy.
Finger hash starts forming naturally.
And suddenly trimming stops being just “work” and starts becoming part of the experience itself.
The first dried branches gave us:
137.1 grams.
After trimming and weighing, the flowers were carefully transferred into Grove Bags, with smaller amounts also resting inside glass jars for comparison and monitoring during cure.
Then we moved onto the flowers dried on the drying rack.
Again:
not the densest plant from the tent.
And honestly, we believe temperatures played a role there.
This cultivar appeared slightly more sensitive to higher temperatures than some of the others around her. Our personal feeling is that she continued pulling significant water during flower development, which likely contributed to the final structure remaining slightly more open once dry weight settled.
But despite that?
The quality remained absolutely beautiful.
Sometimes growers become overly obsessed with density alone.
But density is not everything.
Aromatic expression,
resin quality,
effect,
smoothness,
flavor,
and terpene complexity matter just as much — sometimes even more.
And this GMO absolutely shines there.
The second drying batch landed at:
224.2 grams.
Again carefully bagged for preservation.
And speaking of preservation:
we decided to use Grove Bags for most of the flower storage.
Why?
Because preserving terpenes matters deeply to us.
Especially with a cultivar this expressive.
The idea behind Grove Bags is maintaining stable curing conditions while reducing the constant need to burp jars manually. They help regulate humidity exchange while still allowing the flowers to continue stabilizing naturally over time.
Of course, glass jars still remain legendary and we still use them too.
Honestly?
Both methods have their place.
And later during cure and smoke review, we will probably compare the differences more deeply.
But for now, the priority is simple:
protect the terpenes.
Protect the medicine.
Protect the work.
Now let’s talk about something we personally love a lot:
the “gold.”
Or what many people simply call:
kief.
During trimming, tiny trichome heads naturally separated and fell through the trim bin screen.
And honestly… watching that happen never gets old.
At one point we jokingly started “playing the drums” Moroccan style across the trim bin while working, moving material gently across the screen and collecting the resin heads gathering underneath.
And the result?
Beautiful golden powder.
Tiny greasy trichome heads.
Pure aromatic dust from the plant itself.
Eventually we pressed part of it together gently using finger warmth and pressure, creating a tiny mini temple ball.
Small.
Dark.
Sticky.
Greasy.
Beautiful.
The type of resin that already tells you:
“This plant is going to wash beautifully later.”
And yes…
that curiosity is still alive and stronger than ever.
Because despite everything already documented here, we still have:
more than 700 grams of fresh frozen flower material waiting patiently inside the freezer.
That future report is still coming.
And honestly?
We are incredibly excited for it.
But there is no rush.
That material is preserved safely and waiting for the right moment to become:
* ice water hash,
* solventless resin,
* or whatever expression this GMO decides to offer us later.
For now, this chapter belongs to drying, trimming, preservation, and preparation.
Before ending this report, one more important thing:
cleaning.
Once trimming was finished and the room slowly emptied, it was time to clean everything thoroughly and prepare the environment for future runs.
And honestly, this part matters far more than many growers realize.
Between runs we strongly believe in:
* deep cleaning,
* sanitizing surfaces,
* cleaning fans,
* sterilizing tools,
* removing plant residue,
* using UVC if available,
* using ionizers or environmental tools carefully,
* and resetting the room properly.
Because prevention is always easier than fighting problems later.
A clean room protects future harvests.
And after a run like this?
The room deserved a respectful reset.
Now next week?
Next week we finally move deeper into:
* curing,
* smoke review,
* terpene evolution,
* flavor,
* effects,
* smoothness,
* strain review,
* and our true thoughts about GMO Cookies after spending months with this cultivar from seed until cure.
And honestly…
we cannot wait.
Before ending, as always:
Thank you.

This GMO Cookies run truly was served with extra curiosity.
And honestly?
That curiosity still hasn’t disappeared yet. 🌱

Strain Review | 10/10 Without Hesitation
Overall Rating: 10/10
And honestly?
I know some people will immediately look at the flowers and say:
“but they are not rock hard.”
And to that I simply say:
fair enough.
Because yes — structurally this cultivar ended slightly fluffier than originally expected.
But after spending months with this plant from seed to cure, after smoking her properly cured, after watching the resin behavior, after experiencing the terpene profile daily, after trimming her, drying her, grinding her, smoking her, studying her…
I genuinely believe the slight fluffiness came far more from environmental stress during late flower than from the genetics themselves.
The temperatures near the end of flower simply became slightly too high for what this specific cultivar truly wanted.
And honestly?
That part is on me.
Not on her.
Because absolutely everything else about this cultivar screams quality.
And that is why she still fully deserves a 10/10 from me personally.
Not breeder hype.
Not marketing.
Not because the name says GMO.
Not because it is trendy.
Simply because:
this medicine genuinely impressed me from beginning until end.
Seed to Harvest Experience
This cultivar had personality immediately.
Strong aroma early.
Aggressive resin production.
Beautiful branching.
Healthy growth.
Fantastic trichome development.
And one thing became obvious very quickly:
this plant LOVES expressing terpenes.
The room slowly transformed during flower into what honestly felt like:
* garlic,
* pepper,
* onion,
* grease,
* earth,
* warm spice,
* savory funk,
* and hidden sweetness underneath everything.
Not fruity candy terps.
Not dessert terps.
Real GMO funk.
The type that instantly fills a room and makes people either fall in love immediately…
or walk away confused
And honestly?
That is exactly why I love it.
Because this cultivar has identity.
It knows exactly what it wants to be.
🧄 Aroma & Flavor — 10/10
Absolutely outstanding.
This is one of those cultivars where simply opening the bag becomes an experience by itself.
After cure, the garlic became even louder somehow.
Every single week:
louder,
deeper,
more pungent,
more savory.
The sweetness remains hidden in the background, but the garlic absolutely dominates the profile.
And when grinding the flower?
Oh man…
That is where the real insanity starts.
The grinder releases:
* garlic,
* black pepper,
* grease,
* earthy funk,
* spicy warmth,
* slight cookie sweetness,
* and this almost “fried kitchen” aroma that GMO lovers understand immediately.
It genuinely smells like someone cooking garlic in butter inside a restaurant kitchen.
And the smoke follows the aroma beautifully.
Heavy savory funk on inhale.
Spicy greasy notes on exhale.
Long-lasting flavor coating the mouth afterward.
No harshness.
No chemical taste.
No strange hay notes.
Just loud funky terpene madness.
Effects — 10/10
This is heavy medicine.
Strong body effect.
Deep relaxation.
Warm muscular release.
Slow calming sensation.
Perfect for:
* evenings,
* stress,
* anxiety,
* overthinking,
* sleep preparation,
* appetite stimulation,
* pain relief,
* or simply ending the day peacefully.
This is NOT personally the cultivar I would choose for:
* productivity,
* gym sessions,
* daytime focus,
* or hyper-social activities.
This one says:
“the work is done now.”
And honestly?
Sometimes that is exactly what we need.
The body becomes heavier slowly.
The shoulders relax.
The breathing slows down.
The mind softens instead of racing.
No paranoia.
No anxiety.
No uncomfortable head pressure.
No racing heartbeat.
Just:
deep,
warm,
sedative comfort.
And yes…
this thing absolutely activates the munchies
The garlic savory profile mixed with the body relaxation almost makes eating feel mandatory afterward.
Resin Production — 10/10
Outstanding.
Everything became greasy:
* fingers,
* scissors,
* gloves,
* trim bin,
* jars,
* literally everything.
Even tiny amounts of collected trim-bin sift already produced:
* dark oily resin,
* greasy texture,
* sticky temple balls,
* and incredible aroma concentration.
And honestly?
That alone tells me the future fresh frozen wash probably has massive potential.
This cultivar clearly wants to become hash.
You can feel it.
The trichome heads are abundant, greasy, aromatic, and expressive.
Exactly what many solventless lovers search for.
Cure Quality — 10/10
After around 1.5–2 months curing:
this flower became absolutely beautiful.
The aroma deepened.
The smoke softened.
The flavors matured.
And visually?
Amazing.
Grinding reveals:
* purples,
* greens,
* silver frost,
* orange hairs,
* greasy resin,
* sparkling trichomes everywhere.
Even the joints burn beautifully:
* slow burn,
* greasy oil rings,
* clean ash,
* flavorful smoke.
Exactly what properly dried and cured flower should provide.
Visual Appeal — 9.5/10
Honestly?
Live plant:
easily 10/10 visually.
After dry:
slightly reduced density because of the environmental conditions late flower.
But still:
beautiful colors,
beautiful frost,
beautiful structure,
beautiful resin coverage.
And the macro photography from this run honestly speaks for itself.
Some flowers looked almost unreal under focus stacking.
Final Thoughts
Would I grow this again?
Without hesitation.
Would I recommend it to GMO lovers?
Absolutely.
Would I preserve cuts next time?
Honestly…
yes
This is one of those cultivars that leaves an impression.
Not because she is perfect.
But because she has character.
And sometimes character matters far more than perfection.
This GMO Cookies felt alive from beginning until end.
Loud.
Greasy.
Savory.
Relaxing.
Curious.
And somehow still unfinished…
because somewhere in the freezer:
more than 700g of fresh frozen material still waits for the final transformation into hash.
So even though this flower chapter closes here…
the story still continues.
And before ending:
Thank you.
To everyone who followed this run.
To everyone sharing knowledge.
To everyone growing with passion.
To everyone preserving this culture with respect.
And to this beautiful funky garlic monster herself:

Curing & Smoke Review | Loud Garlic, Heavy Nights & The Story Continues
And yes… once again 😄
We divided the reports.
At this point I honestly think everyone following this diary already expected it.
But the truth is simple:
there was absolutely no way to properly document this entire journey inside one single update without rushing through details that genuinely deserved time and attention.
So before anything else:
thank you for following this ride with us.
And even though this is technically the “final” smoke review and curing report…
it actually is not the end yet.
Because somewhere inside the freezer still rests:
more than 700 grams of fresh frozen GMO Cookies waiting patiently for washing day.
And when that day comes:
* the ice,
* the bags,
* the machine,
* the resin,
* the separation,
* the drying,
* the pressing,
* the final hash…
all of that will absolutely deserve its own dedicated report too.
So this is not goodbye.
This is simply the end of the flower chapter.
Now for the people arriving only now, let’s quickly recap how we got here.
This entire GMO Cookies run was grown under a 12/12 from seed cycle from beginning until harvest. The plants were raised under the F.O.G. LED setup with environmental management focused on healthy development, airflow, resin production, and structure while allowing the genetics to express themselves naturally with minimal interruption.
From the very beginning, these girls showed personality.
Strong structure.
Aggressive aroma.
Fast resin production.
And one very obvious characteristic:
GARLIC.
Not subtle garlic either.
Real GMO garlic.
The type of smell that instantly transforms the room atmosphere.
During flower the room slowly evolved into this strange combination of:
* savory kitchen aromas,
* spicy funk,
* greasy earthiness,
* warm pepper notes,
* and hidden sweetness underneath.
And even now after curing for somewhere between one and a half to almost two months…
it somehow keeps getting louder.
Louder.
Sharper.
Deeper.
The sweetness is still there, absolutely.
But eventually the garlic takes control over almost everything else.
And honestly?
For GMO lovers…
that is exactly what makes this cultivar beautiful.
This is not candy weed.
This is not fruity tropical smoothie terps.
This is:
funk,
gas,
pepper,
savory grease,
garlic,
earth,
and kitchen madness.
It smells like a chef lost control inside a restaurant.
And people who love GMO genetics will immediately understand exactly what that means 😄
Now, one thing we want to be transparent about:
This flower is not dense.
And honestly?
That part falls mostly on me.
The room temperatures during flower were simply slightly higher than what this specific cultivar truly wanted. Since multiple cultivars shared the room simultaneously, it became impossible to perfectly satisfy every plant equally, and this GMO clearly responded by holding a slightly fluffier structure compared to the others.
But here is the important part:
Density is not everything.
Because what this flower lacks slightly in compactness…
it completely compensates for in:
* aroma,
* terpene intensity,
* resin quality,
* effect,
* flavor,
* smoothness,
* trichome coverage,
* and overall personality.
And honestly?
Sometimes personality matters far more than rock-hard flowers.
Especially when the medicine itself feels this enjoyable.
During cure, the flowers rested primarily inside Grove Bags, with smaller portions also stored inside glass jars for comparison and monitoring.
And surprisingly?
Both methods preserved the flower beautifully.
The terpene expression remained extremely similar between both storage methods, which honestly tells me one important thing:
we hit the drying point correctly.
That slow 10-day drying process around:
* 60% humidity,
* temperatures between 18–20°C,
really helped stabilize the flowers before cure without overdrying them or stripping away the volatile compounds too aggressively.
And once ground up?
This flower becomes absolutely gorgeous.
Seriously.
The grinder reveals:
* greens,
* purples,
* silver resin,
* orange hairs,
* greasy trichomes,
* and this sparkling dusty texture that almost looks alive under proper light.
Even visually, this cultivar feels special.
The trichome coverage remained beautiful all the way through cure, and the flower still leaves visible greasy residue almost immediately after handling.
And the smoke itself?
Oh man…
This is heavy medication.
Not racey.
Not anxious.
Not overwhelming mentally.
Just deep.
Warm.
Heavy.
Relaxing.
This is absolutely the type of cultivar I personally recommend for:
* evenings,
* late nights,
* movie sessions,
* gaming,
* music,
* stress release,
* appetite stimulation,
* body relaxation,
* or simply ending the day peacefully.
You feel it strongly in the body.
The muscles soften.
The shoulders drop.
The body becomes heavier.
And slowly the mind follows.
Not in a chaotic way.
Not paranoia.
Not panic.
Not confusion.
Just:
“Okay… the day is over now.”
That type of effect.
And honestly?
I really enjoy that.
The flavor follows the aroma beautifully too.
Garlic dominates the experience heavily, but underneath there are:
* spicy pepper notes,
* savory warmth,
* earthy funk,
* slight sweetness,
* and that strange greasy cookie profile GMO lovers chase so much.
It lingers in the mouth too.
Long after exhaling.
And yes…
the joints absolutely develop beautiful oil rings while burning.
Slow greasy rings forming around the cherry exactly the way many resin lovers appreciate seeing.
The ash burns clean.
The smoke remains surprisingly smooth considering how aggressive the terpene profile actually is.
And the appetite stimulation?
Very real 😄
This thing absolutely activates the kitchen instincts.
Now let’s talk numbers.
The dried and properly prepared flower totals landed at:
* 137.1g + 52.8g from the first dried branches
* 224.2g from the drying rack flowers
bringing the dry flower total to:
414.1 grams of cured GMO Cookies flower ready for consumption.
And beyond that:
there still remains over 700 grams of fresh frozen material waiting for future solventless work.
Which honestly might become one of the most exciting chapters yet.
Because the resin behavior from this cultivar already tells us something special is waiting there.
Even the tiny amounts of hand-collected resin and trim-bin sift already produced:
* dark greasy resin,
* sticky temple balls,
* oily texture,
* and incredible aroma concentration.
So expectations for the future wash are definitely very high.
And before ending this final flower report, I wanted to include a few of the live-plant focus stacks and photographs again too.
Not because they were necessary.
But because honestly…
this plant deserved it.
Some flowers simply leave an impression.
And this GMO Cookies genuinely did.
From seed until cure, this cultivar remained fascinating:
* visually,
* aromatically,
* structurally,
* medicinally,
* and photographically.
Even now looking back at the live flower photographs still feels special.
And before closing this chapter properly:
Thank you.
To Zamnesia.
To F.O.G.
To Plagron.
To Human Pro.
To Mammoth.
To Grove Bags.
To the platform.
To the community.
To the growers.
To the hash makers.
To the curious people following these long reports 😄
To everyone who spent even a few moments here with us throughout this journey.
Cannabis truly is sacred to many of us.
Not only as medicine.
Not only as a hobby.
But as culture,
craft,
ritual,
community,
and connection.
And sharing these moments together honestly means a lot.
So while this may be the final flower report for this GMO Cookies run…
the story still is not fully finished yet.
Because one day soon:
the freezer opens.
The ice melts.
The resin separates.
And this beautiful garlic monster returns one final time in hash form. 🌱

She's looking absolutely elegant! The training is paying off beautifully. I'm really curious about how you managed such a clean transition, any specific tips for the first week of flower? I'd appreciate if you could take a look at my diaries and give me some advice on my setup!
@wolfvb
, Hey Buddy thank you so much for the kind words, I really apprecilove them 🙏
I’m genuinely happy it shows, because the goal here has been simplicity and respect for the plant more than anything else.
Honestly, there’s no secret trick. I mostly follow the plan, pay close attention, and during this transition especially I try to do less rather than more. The first week of flower, I really like to let them settle into the change on their own, minimal intervention, no sudden moves, just keeping the environment steady and clean.
In my experience, when the structure is already there from veg, the plant kind of knows what to do. If we don’t interrupt too much, the transition stays smooth and stress-free, and everything flows naturally from there.
And yes, of course, it would be a pleasure to take a look at your diaries. Thank you for the trust, truly. It’s always an honor to exchange perspectives and learn from each other. I’ll come by and have a look for sure 🙂
Thanks again for the kind energy, growers love and keep enjoying your journey 🌿
