KritischeMasse A new grow is starting. This time, maybe there will be mutants?!
Germination 3/3 but one seedling died after a few days
Strain: Ice Cream Marker (Ice Cream Cake x Permanent Marker)
I trust Terpyz that this is a real breeder and not White Label Seeds
My plan is to root them in 0.5l pots first, then move to 2l and do a bit of training, HST with topping or just LST with tying down. The goal is to reach around 200g since it has to last for the summer.
As for nutrients:
I will use all the leftovers I have. I have so many open bottles... I will mix everything together gradually and use it up. It will mainly be BioBizz and Canna.

KritischeMasse Not much is happening right now, they're growing quite well, but they've stretched a bit. I've only had to water them once so far, the first roots are coming through the bottom of the pot, I think next week they'll go into bigger pots (2l).
I'm still undecided whether to go through with this grow using two plants. I've ordered two more cuttings.
In a few days, I'll have 2x Pina Colada - Beleaf Cut.
Either 4 plants in the 120x60 tent or one of the Ice Cream markers will have to go. In Germany, only 3 plants are legal.. Tough decision.

KritischeMasse Repotted into 9L this week, unfortunately I couldn't get to the grow shop and had to use soil I still had in the garage for the garden. I hope the plants grow well in "normal" garden soil. I mixed in a bit of HMP 4-3-2.5 as well.
I still have three cuttings in the tent, but I'm not doing another grow report for those, 1x Grape Pie Cannarado Genetics and 2x Pina Colada Beleaf Cut.

KritischeMasse Quick update, the ladies are growing just fine. My soil is hard to water and doesn't hold any moisture, unfortunately a total misstep. But I have to push through the grow with it now. Since the water runs straight through when watering, it's currently more of a "drain to waste" method.
I'm giving them another week of veg, next Sunday I'll switch to flowering.
The cuttings are also doing well, still in 2L and will be moved to 11L pots during the week. I won't be training the plants due to space constraints, just letting them grow normally and will thin them out a bit instead.

KritischeMasse I switched to 12/12 today and set the Sanlight to 80%. The plants are growing nicely with medium internode spacing.
Watering is still a pain, the water shoots right through... no matter how slowly I water. So I'm trying the drain to waste method.
The cuttings are really taking off. I had to bend the two Pina Colada to counteract some of the height growth.

KritischeMasse Flowering week 1
Drinking very well, I've watered the Ice Cream markers with 6L each this week, they have large heavy leaves. The nutrient uptake is also going very well.
Sanlight Evo is running at 80%, which would be 212W.
The stretch has started right away and I raise the lamp higher every morning.
Grape Pie cutting is growing nice and bushy and can handle the amount of nutrients.
Pina Colada cutting has few leaves, the nutrient uptake isn't going so well here either. They are quite light green.
The tent is getting fuller, hope I don't have any problems with humidity.

KritischeMasse The flowering is starting to take shape slowly. Unfortunately, the big "Ice Cream Marker" is having issues; while the lower leaves are a nice strong green, the upper ones are getting lighter, kind of half dark/half light green. I hardly think I can correct anything there, so I'll just let them grow and try to avoid stress.
The cuttings are clearly ahead in flowering, especially the initially somewhat sickly Pina Colada, which is now doing well!

KritischeMasse Water and fertilize as usual, but one lady is acting up and getting brown/rust spots on the big leaves. I don't quite understand why, no other plant has these problems.
The stretch is over and I haven't defoliated, the ladies have very few leaves and the humidity is usually around 40% thanks to the winter weather. I'm curious to see if some fat colas will grow.

KritischeMasse Arrangement of the ladies:
Pina Colada, Grape Pie, Pina Colda, Ice Creme Marker
Had to throw out a lady... uh, I mean a male. One ICE Creme Marker showed too many signs that it was male, had to think about it for a long time, but in the end, the plant ended up on the compost.
The Pina Colada are slowly getting fat buds, faster than the Grape Pie and ICE Creme. At this pace, the Pina Colada will be ready sooner.
I haven't changed anything about watering and fertilizing.

KritischeMasse Powdery mildew, I had to dispose of all the plants.
I need to figure out what went wrong first. They were all affected, some even in the buds already..
