Thacan Worst germination ever. Will likely only yield 2 plants, because one is malformed.

Thacan Will likely discard the left side plant. Using Maxsisun MF2000 and grow box for early propagation. Will transplant in one or two weeks into 3.9 gallon Autopot using coco/perlite and move to 4x4 under the Growers Choice 420.

Thacan Plants were moved to a 4x4 tent at the beginning of week 3, because they were getting too big for the small enclosure; also, to get ready for the Autopot transplant. Then mid week transplanted. As the pictures show the roots were very crowded, indicating that I probably should have transplanted sooner, but I was waiting for the Autopot delivery. Maui is potted in 2 x 3.9 gal pots and Bruce Banner in 2 x 2.2 and 1 x 3.9 gal pot. New media is Coco and Perlite 1:1. Keeping the VPD low is challenge, with big swings in my tent control and cool dry conditions outside tent. Holding temperatures in the low 70s (F) during the day and humidity in the mid 50-62%. Maui and Bruce Banner look excellent. Running light at 210watt to 315watts. Will be switching to Dyna-Gro Foliage-Pro 9-3-6 and continuing Ca-Mg with pH reduced from 6.5 to 5.3 and TDS around 800. Top watering only at this point which is why I haven’t installed the Autopot float system yet. Also topped the Maui mid-week before the transplant and in retrospect probably should have waited another week or two.

Thacan These plants are a bit lighter in color than the Bruce Banner Autos, but looking healthy. Autopot turned on 3 days ago with nutrient switch at the same time. Running 220 watts on light. VPD holding steady at 1.0. Now have a nice branch from last weeks topping. Leaf tucking to expose branches/bud sites.

Thacan Happy with the results so far. Rapid growth this week with much higher water uptake. Lighter colored leaves than the BB auto. Much higher respiration so humidifier is not needed. Running air to root section. Lightly trimmed the lower branches and leaves. Starting new water tank this next week.

Thacan These are beautiful plants. Still running the Growers Choice at 50% power for 210 watts. Running the 2x230 watt Maxsisun on the sides between 10% and 30% power for an additional 100 watts. So total wattage is 330 watts. Reduced light time to 16 hours at the beginning of this week and the plants look better for it. I did very little trimming this week. I don't think I've noted this but the pots are also aerated very slightly since week 3. Cheers!

Thacan The Maui's are growing like weeds and I am raising the lights every day. Their respiration is also impressive; so keeping the humidly down is an issue... and I live in an arid climate. Due to the ventilation required the temperatures are running a bit cool like in the high 60s and the VPD around 0.9, but the Maui seems to like it. The Growers Choice 420 is running 50% most of the time and every few days I run it at 75%. The Maxsisun lights running on the side are at 20% on one side and 50% on the other. The higher wattage side has a Bruce Banner that is otherwise shaded by the larger Mauis and increasing distance to the overhead light.

Thacan The rate of growth on the Maui is astounding for an indoor grow. They got so tall so quickly that I switched to flower today which is a week earlier than planned. I am glad to be in a 6'11" tall tent as I may need it. The Autopot really simplifies watering and I only have to refill every 6-7 days plus the plants obviously love it. I need to get a new trellis this week because the one I have is rubbish. Getting the flowers spread out for best growth is a technique that I am least experienced so I'll be doing research. The Growers Choice is cranked up to full power starting today and the Maxsisuns were removed from the sides for now. I welcome any comments and thanks for checking in.

Thacan Temperatures running cooler and humidity higher this week due to cooler weather. Things will warm up and dry out this week. Light defoliation this week and now using a ScrOG to even out the canopy. ScrOG net is at about 33inches high. The Growers Choice is running max and also adding a Maxsisun running 50% for a total wattage just under 600watts. Plan to use only Dyna-Gro Bloom for remainder of grow. Scheduled harvest 1st week of May and super excited to see the blooms on these 2 plants.

Thacan Buds are everywhere. The tent is nice and full with these two Mauis. They could probably use some pruning, but when everything is looking good I'll just let them go for now. The Maxsisun on the side makes a big difference with really nice growth on that side. Once the Bruce Banners finish up this next week I will move another Maxsisun back to this tent. Flower stretch has been 10" so far and hopefully about done. Water consumption has increased 30% for flowering. One leaf that I found was impressively large (see picture). I'm expecting 8 more weeks of flowering.

Thacan These plants are looking strong and the flower stretch is done. Now its time for the buds to gain weight and these plants still have another 7 weeks to go. I can definitely see better buds on the left side with the added Maxsisun and will be adding another on the right in a day or two. I am up to 4 fans with 2 on the bottom and 2 on the top. Temperatures are running a bit higher with 600+ watts of lights and humidity is down from a couple of weeks ago. I am happy with this grow so far.
