MUTATION: WHORLED PHYLLOTAXY

Start of 2 Psychofruit Automatic by Cream of the crop on 5/16 I'm pretty excited for this one because I don't see much of it on the webs. BlueberryxSkunk essentially with ruderalis for auto genes. We have Black Gold and Purkle Haze from CotC too, but we'll do those in a different diary. Day "0" - stuck in a damp towel in a plastic bag, on the seeding tray tonight. Tomorrow night we'll check back to see if they're ready for the first and only transplant into cloth pots. Day 1 (5/18) Actual sprout emerged. Day 3 (5/20)- Popped up yesterday, first set of leaves really visible today. Day 5(5/22)- Dark green/black leaves turning bright green. Figured I overwatering a bit. Started Calmag extra and pH sensi balance for bufferage.

Day 8(5/25) Growth, feeding calmag and pH balance because I'd rather be safe.

6/1 Started LST to bring main stem down. Growth looking good. PF1 is a definite mutant. Three leaf sets, mutation called whorled phyllotaxy. Gonna let her go just to see.

6/8 Flower sites started. LST going great. Growth is good. Love seeing the difference between the two sisters.

6/15 Both girls going great. Topped no mutant baby on 6/12. Big growth this week! Mutant has much smaller internodal spacing than sister. I wish I could breed this mutation into a readily available trait, I think it's very cool!

6/22 Great growth, the slowest of the colas and buds to grow. But she's starting to smell kinda berry like if you crush her stem (pinched leaf) Mutant baby is a gorgeous lady, cannot wait to finish. Happy growin' y'all ✌️😎💨

6/29 Switched one led to a 1200 watt bestva elite reflector series. Holy smacks this light is a beast! Upgrading all lights to this one, maybe the 2000 watt.... Anyways, we switched nutrients from Advanced to Humboldts Secrets. Advanced isn't as organic as I'd like and I'm partial to non-chelated fertilizer. But that's just me. Quick shipping and everything came as it should, love the ratios are relatively the same and smaller doses than most advanced nutrients. Onto the plants, the grow was visible all week. At least 2-4 inches on each cola.

7/5 Out of the three Trinity sisters, Psychofruit is taking the longest to flower. Even though she has the biggest, most indica like leaves. 😏 Smells a little of petrol, skunk, and sweet fruit. Mutant baby is like 4 inches shorter than the topped one but they both look like they're gonna produce some good sticks! Been feeding my Flower 2 phase of Humboldts Secrets mix and I gotta say, they're eating up everything I throw at em. Love this stuff already. The two 1200watt LEDs by Bestva are kicking but, almost too much for these girls! Happy growin'y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

7/14 Forgot to water for a few days and came back to super will! Just fed 1 hour before the photos and they already perked right back up. Slowest to flower to so far, by far. Shortest growth too. Suppose it's just genetics. Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

7/22 So I have a sneaky suspicion that this lady is a Photoperiod. After this long in "flowering", and it being an "auto", I don't see much going on in terms of flowers. The other two started at the second time, seeds by the same company,have buds and crystals already. I'm not giving up, but maybe she's just taking her time? We'll see! Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

7/29 Finally showing calyxes and more hairs. We Scrog'd her down because she was a bit too bushy and I'm afraid she's gonna stretch even more. Weird half auto/photo, but if she produces I feel like she'll be a monster. Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

8/5 Howdy y'all! She's producing pistils and calyxes, finally! The smell is very skunk like with a sweet after smell. There was a slight P/K burn due to my belief that she was San auto and needed flowering nutes, but I was wrong and so as the website! Either way she's cruising smooth after a week flush so we'll slowly build nutes back by using 1/4 strength flowering 1 nutrient mix. Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

8/13 Howdy y'all! So this Mutant/Not Auto Psychofruit is starting to show her colors. Short internodal spacing (due to P+K toxicity on my part for not realizing she was not an auto or flowering) but the buds are stacking up like crazy. Should be thick and dense colas. Her smell is mild unless brushed against or bent. Then she releases a sickening sweet/skunky smell like Fermenting wild berries. She's bounced back from her P+K toxicity and recovering while packing weight. On a 1/2 regiment of Flower 1 nutrients by Humboldt Secrets nutrients until she's ready for 1/2 strength flower 2 regiment. Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

8/21 Howdy y'all! So this Mutant gal and her sister are packing on weight. Looks oike she was a little N hungry and a bit of light burn. We clipped any "sucker colas" and got em in some water for cloning due to nice length and being bottom colas. Maybe two or three will make it out of the 7 we cut. She smells like day old blueberries on the ground, kinda musty and sweet. Hoping for the AC unit to get in so I can bring the temp down more for more color. Feeding 1 part veg regiment to 2 parts flower regiment now. Just to keep her going. Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

8/28 Howdy y'all! So this lil weird lady has been packing on the crystals. She may get harvested soon because we need the space but we'll do our long Suffocation method to make sure she pulls out every last bit of love. Crazy how her side braches LOVED Scrog and began becoming their own mini colas. Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨

Besides the cool mutation, we wouldn't reorder these genetics or from the supplier again. These were before we found Seedsman, a much better and more reliable site than SupremeSeeds. Could have left her to go longer but we needed space and (heartless) kinda gave up on her doing 'well'. She smells skunky with hints of blue sweetness. Smokes skunky on the inhale and more 'weed' like on the exhale. All around OK but 🤷
