Sricky Broccoli Seeds. A 90% Indica variety.
A cross between a plant as productive as Sticky Beast and the super aromatic Green Crack.
Inside each seed lives a true survival kit: nutrients, energy, and a genetic map that tells it how to become a strong plant.
And so it was...
We started by soaking the seeds in water, reverse osmosis water. A shot glass filled with water, seeds, and placed in the dark, maintaining a temperature of approximately 20ºC-25ºC.
Temperatures around 20-25°C stimulate metabolism, allowing the seed to awaken from its dormant state and begin absorbing water quickly.
Once the radicles showed, I placed them between some kitchen paper towels well moistened with osmosis water.
Once they were well rooted, I transferred them to Plagroon LightMix substrate. A substrate ready for sowing and transplanting.
When conditions are favorable suitable temperature and healthy water the seed awakens. First, the root appears, seeking stability and nourishment. Then, the stem pushes its way toward the light.

Semillas Sricky Broccoli. Una variedad 90% índica
Un cruce entre una planta tan productiva como la Sticky Beast con la súper aromática Green Crack.
Dentro de cada semilla vive un auténtico kit de supervivencia: nutrientes, energía y un mapa genético que le dice cómo convertirse en una planta fuerte.
Y así fue....
Iniciamos sumergiendo las semillas en agua, agua de osmosis. Un vaso de chupito lleno de agua, semillas y a la oscuridad , manteniendo una temperatura de aproximadamente unos 20ºC -25ºC.
Temperaturas cercanas a 20-25°C estimulan el metabolismo, permitiendo que la semilla se despierte de su estado de latencia y comience a absorber agua rápidamente
Una vez enseñaron las radículas las puse entre servilletas de papel de cocina bien humedecidas con agua de osmosis.
Una vez bien enraizadas las pasé a sustrato LightMix de Plagroon . Un sustrato listo en la siembra y trasplante .
Cuando las condiciones son favorables ,temperatura adecuada y agua saludable la semilla despierta. Primero aparece la raíz, buscando estabilidad y alimento. Después, el tallo se abre paso hacia la luz

gr3g4l This first week I put them in small pots so I can keep a closer eye on them.
Inside the small 50x50x50cm grow tent with Marshidro LEDs, 150W, 18/06h.
The first waterings were with reverse osmosis water only, and towards the end of the week I started using Power Roots, Pure Zym, and Sugar Royal.
The humidity in this tent is very low; I don't have a humidifier installed, so I'm trying to manage it by misting the top and inside, and the walls of the tent, with water three times a day.
At the end of the week, the plants were finally transplanted into 6.5-liter fabric pots. They were then moved to the grow tent with the Lumatek light at 150W, a humidifier, and heaters.
Esta primera semana las puse en unas macetas pequeñas y así lo llevo más controlado.
Dentro del armario pequeño 50x50x50 y con los leds de Marshidro , 150W. 18/06h.
Los primeros riegos con agua de osmosis solamente y a finales empecé con Power Roots, Pure Zym y el Sugar Royal .
En este armario la humedad es muy baja, no le tengo instalado el humidificador y miro de solventarlo pulverizando por encima y por el interior , por las paredes del armario con agua tres veces al dia.

After 19 days, they grew enough to safely cut the apical buds, and I also removed the first node from each plant, leaving only three nodes. A total of 6 branches per plant, which I will let continue growing. Later, before switching them to flowering, I will perform LST.
The plant structure clearly shows its indica dominance, with broad leaves, short turnudal distance, and a good thickness of the main stem.
At the end of the week, seeing that they were starting to get a good size, I increased the power or intensity of the light to 220W. And they will continue like this until I change the photoperiod to 12/12h and increase it to 300W.
Una semana de poda de apicales.
Con 19 dias crecieron lo suficiente como para poder cortar los apicales sin correr ningún peligro y también me deshice del primer nudo de cada planta dejando solamente tres nudos en cada una de ellas.
Total 6 ramas por planta que dejaré que sigan creciendo y más adelante, antes de pasarlas a floracion, les haré un LST .
La estructura de la planta muestra claramente su predominancia índica, hojas anchas , distancia inturnudal corta y un buen grosor del tallo principal.
A finales de semana visto que empezaban a tener buen tamaño aumenté la potencia o intensidad de luz a 220W. y así pasarán hasta que cambie el fotoperiodo a 12/12h. y lo suba a 300W.

gr3g4l A sight and a tremendous mint smell when I went to remove a sprout that had appeared, what a lovely smell.
Broad, healthy leaves
At 25 days old, seven days after the apical pruning, I noticed that the leaves were already hindering the growth of the lower branches, so I opted for defoliation. I removed all the large leaves from the main stem, about six leaves per plant.
I always take advantage of watering day to do any pruning. Plants, like humans, cope better with stress on a full stomach.
Since the plants had already reached a good size, I was able to position them as they would remain until the last day. I'm not one to move them around much; I like them to maintain their position and grow naturally towards the light. Later on, I'll do LST (Low Stress Training).
To avoid excessive stress on a cannabis plant when pruning, the general rule is to remove between 20% and 30% of the total foliage (leaves and branches) in a single session. Pruning more than 50% usually causes significant stress that can stunt growth or delay flowering.
Later, the next day, I decided to put the benders on once I saw it was possible and get it over with.
To avoid risking high EC levels and over-fertilization, I alternate between watering with just water and CalMag, sometimes only every other watering.
Un espectáculo y un tremendo olor a menta cuando fui para quitar un brote que habia salido , que olorcito más rico.
Hojas anchas y bien saludables
A los 25 , pasados 7 dias de la poda de apicales observé que las hojas estaban ya dificultando el crecimiento de las ramas inferiores y obté por la defoliación. Quité todas las hojas grandes del tallo principal, unas 6 hojas por planta.
Aprovecho siempre el dia que me toca regar para hacer cualquier poda. Las plantas al igual que los humanos pasamos mejor el estrés con la barriga bien llena.
Como que las plantas ya habian alcanzado un buen tamaño pude ponerlas en la posición tal como pasarán hasta el último dia. No soy persona de moverlas mucho, me gusta que mantengan la posición y que ellas mismas crezcan orientándose a la luz. Más adelante un LST .
Para evitar el estrés excesivo en una planta de cannabis al podar, la regla general es retirar entre un 20% y un 30% de la masa foliar total (hojas y ramas) en una sola sesión. Superar el 50% de poda suele causar un estrés significativo que puede detener el crecimiento o retrasar la floración.
Más adelante fue al dia siguiente. Una vez vi posible ponerle los dobladores obté por hacerlo y quitármelo ya de encima.
Para no arriesgarme mucho con la Ec y una sobrefertilización voy alternando y de vez en cuando solo riego con agua y CalMag. Suele ser cada dos riegos.

gr3g4l We started the week by measuring their height. Now I'm starting to think about when to switch them to flowering.
Time is limited, so we have to cut back where we can.
I don't have much space, so they don't need to stay much longer.
They'll grow considerably in the next few days, and this might be their last week of vegetative growth. A total of 5 weeks.
Six days after the last pruning, I did another pruning of the lower branches and leaves, and now they are ready to change the photoperiod to 12/12h in a few days.
At 33 days I decided to put a mesh over them so I could fill the space better.
Seeing that numbers 4 and 5 had reached a larger size than the rest, I changed the position of number 3 for number 5.
This week I raised the LEDs, approximately 50 cm or so, increased the wattage to 300W, and added a mesh screen to start a sgrog setup.
Iniciamos la semana midiendo la altura. Llegados a esto ya empiezo a plantearme cuando pasarlas a floración.
El tiempo es limitado y hay que recortar por donde se pueda.
No dispongo de mucho espacio por lo que no necesitan estar mucho más tiempo.
En los próximos dias crecerán notablemente y puede ser esta su última semana de crecimiento. Total 5 semanas.
Pasados 6 dias desde la última poda volví hacerles una nueva poda de ramas y hojas bajeras y así las ya quedan listas para cambiar el fotoperiodo a 12/12h. en pocos dias..
A los 33 dias decidí ponerles una malla y así poder ir llenando mejor el espacio.
Al ver que las números 4 y 5 habian alcanzado un mayor tamaño que el resto cambié de lugar la nº3 por la nº5 .
Esta semana subí los led , apróximadamente unos 50 ctms poco menos, aumenté la potencia a 300W. y puse una malla para empezar con un sgrog

gr3g4l A very quiet week, little work.
It's an indica-dominant variety with short, compact plants and wide branches (a bushy structure), which explains its slow growth.
This week we stopped using the grow fertilizer and started using the bloom fertilizer.
I also got rid of the humidifier; space is limited and I don't give it that much importance in the plant room anyway.
As you can see from the temperature and humidity chart, something went wrong; I forgot to plug in the heaters :-(
As a general rule, throughout the entire cultivation process I alternate waterings, some with nutrients and others with just water and Calmag.
Una semana muy tranquila, poco trabajo.
Es una variedad con dominancia índica y su estructura son plantas bajitas, compactas y con ramas anchas (estructura arbustiva) y por ello su crecimiento lento.
Esta semana dejamos de abonar con grow y empezamos con el bloom.
También me deshice del humidificador, el espacio es limitado y en flora no le doy tampoco tanta importancia.
Como se puede observar en la tabla de temperatura y humedad algo no fue bien, el caso que olvidé enchufar los calefactores :-(
por norma general durante todo el cultivo voy intercalando los riegos, unos con nutrientes y otros solo agua con calmag.

gr3g4l A week of noticeable growth acceleration and the appearance of the first pistils.
The pistils are the female reproductive organs of the plant. At the beginning of flowering, the pistils are white and straight. As maturation progresses, they turn orange, red, or brown and curl. A general rule is to harvest when at least 50–70% of the pistils have changed color, although trichomes are a more accurate indicator.
As the days passed, the substrate became compacted and it was necessary to fill the pots a little with more substrate.A week in which it was very cold and windy outside again, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable environment inside the grow tent. Since the grow tent is outside, I have to deal with this problem.
Una semana de una clara aceleración en el crecimiento y la aparición de los primeros pistilos.
Los pistilos son los órganos reproductores femeninos de la planta. Al principio de la floración, los pistilos son blancos y rectos. A medida que avanza la maduración, se vuelven de color naranja, rojo o marrón y se enroscan. Una regla general es cosechar cuando al menos entre el 50% - 70% de los pistilos han cambiado de color, aunque los tricomas son un indicador más preciso.
Pasados los dias el sustrato se va apelmazando y tocó rellenar un poco las macetas con más sustrato.
Una semana en la que volvió hacer mucho frío y viento en el exterior y me fue complicado mantener un mejor ambiente dentro del armario. Al tener el armario fuera de casa tengo que lidiar con este mal.

gr3g4l A week of remarkable growth and the beginning of bud formation, buds then pom-poms.
At the end of the week, on the 19th, I pruned the lower leaves, buds, and suckers, where they receive the least light. Its structure dictates that I leave them quite clear so that most of the apical buds can enjoy and make better use of the light. But I'll do it little by little. Later I'll remove more leaves.
After 19 days I got rid of the mesh because of the difficulty in putting the plants in and taking them out to prune them.
una semana de notable crecimiento e inicio de formación de los cogollos, botones luego pompones.
A finales . dia 19 una poda de hojas , yemas y chupópteros de las partes bajas, ahí donde menos luz reciben.
Su estructura indica me obliga a dejarlas bastante despejadas y así la mayoría de apicales disfruten y aprovechen mejor la luz. pero voy hacerlo poquito a poco. Más adelante me desharé de más hojas.
A los 19 dias me deshice de la malla por la dificultad para poner y quitar las plantas para hacerles la poda.

Good color, good size, good overall feel.
Size between 60 and 70 cm.
Unfortunately, there's something that needs improvement, like the consistently low humidity, but I'm not keen on using a humidifier during flowering.

Semana en la que se notó bién el inicio de engorde de los cogollos y la aparición de los tricomas.
no habría mucho más que añadir.
Buen color, buen tamaño, buenas sensaciones.
Tamaño entre 60 y 70 ctms.
Desgraciadamente habria algo que mejorar como la baja humedad que suele haber pero meter el humidificador en flora no me hace ninguna gracia.

A couple of weeks ago I removed the rigid metal mesh and replaced it with plastic-coated garden wire, which will help me better support the branches once the buds start to fatten up.
Just a quick reminder: to avoid over-fertilizing, I alternate waterings, sometimes with fertilizer and other times with just water plus CalMag. This is usually every two days.

hace un par de semanas quité la malla metálica rígida y esta le puse un alhambre plastificado de jardin que me servirá para sujetar mejor las ramas una vez empiecen a engordar los cogollos.

gr3g4l This week things seem to be getting interesting; changes are noticeable.
So far, the bud fattening has been progressing slowly, steadily, and I understand that it will become more noticeable as the days go by.
The pistils are still in good condition and growing new ones, as has the number of trichomes.
The smell has also intensified, although I still can't quite describe it.
By the end of the week, some oxidation is starting to appear on a few pistils, but it's not much.
It's been a week of changes, with dry leaves and old leaves starting to appear on the lower parts of the plant.
Esta semana parece que el tema empieza a ponerse interesante, se notan cambios.
Hasta ahora el engorde de los cogollos fue progresando lentamente, sin prisa pero si pausa y entiendo que a medida que pasen los dias se irá notando más.
Los pistilos siguen en buen estado y creciendo de nuevos al igual que aumentó la cantidad de tricomas .
El olor también fue en aumentó aunque sigo sin poder describirlo.
A finales de semana ya se empieza a ver algo de oxidación en algunos pistilos , poca cosa.
Una semana de cambios en los que se empiezan a ver hojas secas, viejas hojas de las partes bajas.

gr3g4l This week the buds continued to fatten, but there was leaf loss and a loss of color. In late flowering, some chlorosis in older leaves can be completely normal because the plant is redistributing nutrients towards the buds.
I generally understand that this week should be the last, but for whatever reason, it could easily take another week or two. The structure and formation of the buds and their pistils still need more time.
I will continue fertilizing for another week and possibly do a root wash the following week.
Semana en la que los cogollos siguieron engordando, perdida de hojas y perdida de color. En floración avanzada, una cierta clorosis en hojas viejas puede ser completamente normal porque la planta redistribuye nutrientes hacia los cogollos.
Por norma general entiendo que esta semana deberia de ser la última pero por lo que fuera le quedan bien bien una o dos semanas más. La estructura y formación de los cogollos y sus pistilos siguen pidiendo más tiempo.
Seguiré abonando una semana más y la siguiente posiblemente el lavado de raices.

It's clear this week won't be their last. For whatever reason, they'll need more days than usual this time.
At 62 days, the vast majority of trichomes were still clear, with a few amber buds—very few—and a slight tendency to develop foxtails; I'd been noticing this trend for a few days.
At 63 days, I lowered the LED wattage to 220W, and regardless, I started the root flush. This consists of several waterings with nutrient-free reverse osmosis water until I decide to harvest.

A los 62 días la gran mayoría de tricomas seguían cristalinos y algunas pocas cabezas de color ámbar, muy pocas y una cierta tendencia en generar foxtails, llevaba ya días viendo la tendencia.
A los 63 bajé la potencia de los led a 220W. y quede como quede empecé con el lavado de raices. Consta de varios riegos con agua de osmosis sin nutriente, hasta que decida cortar.

gr3g4l Last week, and it seems they've perked up a bit.
Root flush with reverse osmosis water, between three and four waterings.
I had to remove part of the apical bud from plant number 5 due to botrytis. Even after adding a dehumidifier last week, it wasn't enough to lower the humidity further. Sometimes it spikes to over 80%.
And that concludes after 70 days. A little longer than expected, but less than it should have been. I understand they could mature and fatten up a bit more, but my fear of botrytis is stronger, so I'm ending the monitoring.
Última semana, y parece que han espabilado un poco.
Lavado de raices con agua de osmosis , entre tres y cuatro riegos.
De la nº5 tuve que deshacerme de parte de un apical por culpa de la botritis, aun habiendo añadido la semana pasada un deshumidificador no fue suficiente para lograr bajar aun más la humedad. en ocasiones se dispara a más del 80%
Y esto termina con 70 dias. Algo más de lo esperado pero menos de lo que deberia. Entiendo que podrían madurar y engordar algo más pero el miedo que le tengo a la botritis es superior asñi que doy por finalizado el seguimiento.

I didn't get a chance to try it, but I'm sure it will be a great companion for long trips; the scent when wet is very refreshing, it smells heavenly.

No pude catarla pero estoy seguro que será una estupenda compañera de largos viajes, el olor en húmedo es muy refrescante, huele a gloria.
