Hi @raptor65! For sure, these are young plants, the rootmass won't exceed its 4L container for the next 3-4 weeks. I highly recommend airy containers such as AirPots / SmartPots / or DIY geotextile pot. They help the rootmass to breath, they make overwatering impossible, and they also allow you to see how far/fast the roots have spread, and find your perfect transplantation day. Good luck with these beautiful babies, keep us updated and happy growing! ๐Ÿ‘Š

Was wondering if I should hang the whole plant when I harvest or just cut colas off and hang them , the best way ?๐Ÿ˜?? any thoughts on the best drying procedure

the point of air drying is to get a really slow dry because the plant "stays alive" for a quite a while afterwards anyway, the dry and cure is when most of the THC happens . So anything that makes the drying longer is a good, for example if you hang the plant whole the plant has more juices flowing for longer as they retreat into the stem this will make the drying that much longer. Other things you can do to get a good dry is to time your last watering and your chop based on your ambient humidity for example chop after a good watering if it's dry or chop dry if it's humid. Beyond that the most important thing is darkness and air circulation, you dont want mold getting in there. Hope this helps ! ๐Ÿš€

Does anyone have an opinion on stem splitting and does it really work and benefits in doing it ๐Ÿ˜, is it a easy procedure๐Ÿ‘Œ or can you really fk it up ๐Ÿ˜จ???

I have done the stem splitting and it really didn't make any noticable difference from the plant I didn't split the stem on. It isn't worth the risk of opening your plant up to infection in my opinion. The theory is to stress your plant into bigger buds. Looks like you have plenty of nutrients to build those fat buds already. My whole outlook on growing after trying a lot of controversial methods is the simpler you keep it, less chance you are going to screw up. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

Does anyone have any input into the BioTabs line up of organic nuts , they seem to be expensive , but easy to use , thinking to use on my next grow , I would appreciate anything on this product , thanks all , and happy growing , ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ

I know plenty of people who use them, low maintenance and easy to use, you just put them under the soil near the root balls or under the root ball and it grows around it. Every time you water it dissolves a bit and spreads nutrients to your medium, never too much, pretty much all organic. The starter kits on amazon are great as they contain all the other stuff youโ€™d need and last for 5-10 plants

Dude - not sure what youโ€™re stressโ€™n About here with the cal mag concern. Any other photos to explain? Far as I can tell looks like healthy plants in mid flower. Stretchy node spacing but healthy๐Ÿ‘

@raptor65, gotta love breakn our the new snips! Lol. I just realized how close I are to chop. Realistically a cm def. in a few leaves wouldnโ€™t make any difference so opportune that it happened as close to harvest as it did๐Ÿ‘. Best of luck with the weigh dude๐Ÿ‘Š

@TheBudWhisperer,Thanks for your opinion , ya I hope i've figured it out , it's looking better or it's not increasing , only a little over a week to harvest , starting my flush tomorrow ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž, looking forward to that , even went so far as to buy new paring scissors lol๐Ÿ˜‹

I just ordered my first lieter of organic big bud and bud candy today. I was undecided between the organic and non organic but I may end up getting some of the nirvana to add to my shelf. I'm hoping to see results like yours with. Your main cola is massive

@Stick,Thanks stick for dropping in and the advice , will take your advice and keep them in their containers for three to four weeks , I have drilled holes all over and around those plastic buckets for aeration and my next transplant will be in 7 Gallons Planting Grow Bags Aeration Fabric Pots which I have been using on my other grow , which is into week twelve and they are coming right along , forming some real nice buds ๐Ÿ˜‰, thanks again mate for your input , I'm learning as I go ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ
