all_about_420 The little power lady made a huge developmental leap in the fifth week. By mid-week, the plant was topped and shaped with targeted LST to optimize light penetration. Particularly impressive: just four days after these interventions, the latest picture already shows a completely closed canopy again. The beauty has recovered from training in record time, which undoubtedly speaks to the enormous vitality of this Fast Flowering genetics from Traphouse Genetics. The structure is now perfectly prepared to make the most of the upcoming veg weeks.

all_about_420 The beauty has long since overcome the strains of training and presents itself in the sixth week with impressive vitality. The foliage has grown so dense that you can hardly see through it – the Fast Buds genetics are showing their full power here. I'm now preparing my lovely lady with a major defoliation for the next step to improve air circulation and clear the light paths for the upcoming flower clusters. Once the desired size is reached, I will switch to the 12/12 cycle to unleash this lady's full potential.

all_about_420 The lady is showing her absolute best side in the seventh week. After the major defoliation, the new growth has gained massive momentum. Thanks to consistent training, the shoot tips are now perfectly level, creating a wonderfully even plane for the upcoming flowering. The side branches have reached excellent strength, and the Fast Buds genetics are bursting with vitality. Now that the foundation is absolutely stable and the desired structure has been achieved, the next step is to release the brake and switch to the 12/12 light cycle.

all_about_420 The fast Power Lady has successfully entered the generative phase after the lighting was switched to the 12/12 rhythm. With the onset of the first stretch, there was also an important upgrade in the nutrition plan: the nutrient supply has been completely switched to Advanced Nutrients. From now on, the full system is running to provide the beauty with the optimal combination of base nutrients and stimulants for explosive flower formation. The Fast Buds genetics are responding excellently to the new feed, showing a rich, healthy green and already starting to stretch the shoots vigorously for the upcoming bud levels.

all_about_420 The fast girl is making a solid sprint in the second week of flowering. The hormonal shift after the light change is in full swing: The internodes are stretching noticeably, and the tips are brightening up characteristically, while the first fine flower formations (Pre-Flower) are developing. Switching to the full program from Advanced Nutrients is clearly paying off. The green gem shows no deficiencies, is bursting with energy, and builds a wonderfully even, stable framework thanks to the previous training to easily support the future weight of the buds. The Fast Buds genetics are proving absolute performance here. The leaf color and vitality are really spot on. Let's keep it cool and see how the first real bud structures develop next week!

all_about_420 The Purple Lemonade is shining in its third flowering week with great resin and bud development. Since the plant has remained quite compact overall, the knife was used very carefully this time: A minimal lollipopping in the lowest area and a very subtle defoliation are more than enough to ensure air circulation in the inner core without unnecessarily robbing the genetics of energy. The shoot tips have largely stopped their stretch and are now fully focused on bud production. The full system from Advanced Nutrients is working perfectly – the foliage shows a rich, healthy green, and the Fast Buds genetics provide an optimal foundation for the coming weeks.

all_about_420 We're making great strides toward the final stretch of the intense flowering phase. In the current pictures, a fascinating visual development is evident: a fine, dark pigmentation is appearing on the densely packed bud structures, highlighting the beautiful color characteristics of this Fast Buds genetics. But the absolute highlight of this week is the beginning of extremely sticky resin production. The sugar leaves are increasingly covered with a sparkling carpet of the finest trichomes, already hinting at how potent the flowers will be. The complete system from Advanced Nutrients continues to work perfectly, nourishing the dense canopy without any signs of deficiency, while the buds are gaining mass vigorously.

all_about_420 This little gem is showing enormous dynamics in biomass growth during the fifth week of flowering. Special attention is currently on the massive swelling of the individual flower clusters: The main and side branches are visibly growing wider, while the calyxes are swelling up and the dense bud structures are getting more compact. At the same time, the frosty trichome carpet is spreading further over the flower bracts, providing a sparkling finish. The nutrient supply through the full Advanced Nutrients System is paying off completely – the foliage is perfectly juicy, showing no blockages, and providing the Fast Buds genetics with the necessary energy to pump the flowers to the max.

all_about_420 The lady is unstoppable as she rounds the final stretch in the sixth week of flowering. The visual changes are all about advanced ripeness: the formerly pure white stigmas (pistils) are now clearly starting to turn brown and amber from the tips and retract. At the same time, the trichome density on the plump flower calyxes and surrounding sugar leaves has reached its temporary peak; the sticky resin carpet looks almost like a solid layer of frost under the light. Thanks to the unchanged Advanced Nutrients setup, the Fast Buds genetics remain completely stable, the buds continue to gain firmness, and the aromatic intensity is noticeably increasing.

all_about_420 The PL surprises in the seventh week of the generative phase with a remarkable performance. Originally, the expectations for this Fast Flowering variety from Fast Buds were that it would be nearing the end around the seventh week. However, a look through the magnifying glass and a close inspection of the stigmas and trichomes reveal a completely different, pleasant picture: The gem still needs a good one to two weeks to fully reach its potential. While the flower calyxes are swelling massively and the stigmas are changing color, the trichome heads clearly signal that there is still plenty of room for improvement. This extra time will greatly benefit the density and final potency of the buds. The Advanced Nutrients setup continues unchanged to allow this great genetics to achieve a perfect finish.

all_about_420 The colorful lady has undergone a spectacular visual metamorphosis in the absolute final sprint. The flower clusters have turned a deep dark purple, perfectly showcasing the genetic traits of Fast Buds. However, this week, the main focus is clearly on the ripeness status: The sticky trichome layer is catching up completely and shows a highly developed and extremely homogeneous picture under the magnifying glass. The resin heads have now almost entirely matured to a milky white, and the first amber trichomes can unmistakably be selected on the plump flower calyxes. As an absolute highlight, the view through the magnifying glass reveals that the coloration is so intense that many trichomes not only shimmer milky to amber but even exhibit fascinating red and purple nuances in the resin heads. The stigmas have also almost completely turned orange-brown. Thanks to the precise care in the Mars Hydro setup, the plant is absolutely stable and is perfectly preparing for the upcoming harvest cut next week.

all_about_420 The enchanting Purple Lady has successfully completed her life cycle in the middle of the ninth flowering week. The shots taken two to three days before the cut show a perfectly matured plant: The flower structure is rock-hard, extremely compact, and completely covered with a sticky, shimmering layer of resin that reaches all the way to the tips of the sugar leaves. The autumn color play has reached its peak, and the aromatic intensity in the Mars Hydro setup is phenomenal. Since all ripening signals – from the amber and colorful trichomes to the fully brown-retracted stigmas – were at an absolute peak, the Fast Buds genetics were harvested as planned. A thoroughly successful run with a visually spectacular result.

Week 16. Harvest
3mo ago
Happy Harvest Day!
Rated
8/10
Rated
Overall conclusion: Purple Lemonade FF (FastBuds) 1. The Vegetative Phase: Strong Foundation & Full Performance The first 7 weeks were all about perfect structural development. The Fast Flowering genetics from FastBuds showed enormous vitality from day 1. After germination and the initial establishment phase, the move to the 15-liter final pot with Light Mix took place in week 4. The vital beauty responded phenomenally to the targeted manipulations: Topping and the subsequent Low Stress Training (LST) were handled without any significant delays. Thanks to the quick recovery rate and targeted defoliation at the end of the veg phase, a perfectly homogeneous, stable framework was formed, providing the optimal basis for the generative phase in the Mars Hydro setup. 2. The Flowering Phase: Color Explosion & System Change With the flip to the 12/12 light cycle, the nutrient supply was completely switched to the full system from Advanced Nutrients. The stretch in the first two weeks of flowering was absolutely controlled. Since the green gem remained relatively compact overall, only minimal lollipopping was performed in week 3. From week 4, the genetically induced, spectacular optical metamorphosis began: The massively swelling flower clusters turned deep dark purple. Contrary to the original expectation that the Fast Flowering variety could be ready in 7 weeks, the precise control showed that it needed the full 9 weeks. This additional time did wonders for the firmness and density of the resinous buds, allowing for harvest at the absolute peak of ripeness by the middle of the ninth week. 3. Overall Conclusion & Grower Summary All in all, this run went super well, and the overall result is absolutely impressive. The plant delivered all the way to the end. From a personal perspective and based on years of grower experience, the pure trichome development at the end was a little bit lacking to be called an extreme "frost monster" – however, the beauty more than made up for this with its killer firmness, extremely compact bud structure, and phenomenal purple color play. The genetics delivered flawless performance in the Mars Hydro setup.

all_about_420 On harvest day, the Purple Lemonade impressively showcases what the Fast Buds genetics have to offer. The plant stands with perfect structure: The colas are massive, rock-hard swollen, and almost bend under the weight of the resinous flower mass. The autumn fade has taken hold perfectly, while the deep, purple contrasts in the buds, combined with the extremely dense, white trichome carpet, create a killer bag appeal. All stigmas have completely turned brown – the absolute maximum of ripeness and potency has been reached. With this flawless appearance, the plant heads straight to the drying line. An absolutely legendary finale!
