Greenhouse_Project The seeds from Royal Queen Seeds were placed in distilled water for around 24 hours. After soaking, the shells were slightly open, which showed the first sign of life. I then removed most of the water to encourage stronger root development.Rockwool cubes were pre-soaked in pH-adjusted water (5.5) with no added nutrients. The humidity inside the germination box is kept high to support the taproot formation. Now waiting for them to pop above the surface! 🌱

Greenhouse_Project After the taproot showed strong development in Rockwool, she was carefully transplanted into her 5L fabric pot filled with Plagron Light Mix. No base nutrients were added this week — only gentle watering with BioBizz Root Juice (2.5ml/L) to encourage root expansion and early vitality. The humidity stays high and temperatures remain stable around 25°C. The seedling looks healthy and is now spreading her first true leaves — a promising start for the Purple Queen. 👑💜

Greenhouse_Project The Purple Queen is looking vibrant and healthy. Her growth pattern is compact and dense, with a deep green leaf tone and tight internodal spacing — a good sign that she’s focusing all her early energy on building a strong root foundation. She’s currently about 6cm tall, which is completely normal at this stage. The short height is a clear indicator that root development is still the main priority right now. No signs of stretching or nutrient deficiencies have been observed, and her overall structure is showing early potential for a strong main stem and later branching. The high humidity (~70%) inside the tent is being maintained deliberately to support root zone moisture retention and overall plant vigor during this sensitive early veg stage. Light is currently running 18 hours per day at 50% intensity. The plant responds well to this gentle start — not too intense, not too low — just right for the early phase of vegetative growth. No stress signs from the light, and leaves are happily reaching upward. No additional nutrients have been added yet — the Plagron Light Mix still carries enough starter nutrients, and the Root Juice should be sufficient to assist microbial activity and early root expansion.

Greenhouse_Project Week 3 – First Taste of Fishmix The Purple Queen continues to thrive in her environment. Her leaves are a healthy, deep green — thick and broad with very dense spacing between nodes. The light praying of the upper fan leaves shows she’s loving the conditions and responding perfectly to the current light intensity and environment. Her compact structure is still dominant, which is typical of the Purple Queen genetic line. She’s developing a strong central stem and symmetrical side branches — a great foundation for later training if desired. This week marked her first introduction to BioBizz FishMix at 2ml/L alongside the ongoing 2.5ml/L Root Juice. I noticed no signs of nutrient stress or tip burn — just a boost in overall color vibrancy and leaf turgor. She took the feed very well, which gives me confidence to slowly ramp up nutrient support going forward. Humidity remains elevated around 65–70%, which helps maintain vigor during this leafy phase. Temperatures are stable and optimal, allowing her metabolism to stay consistent without any major fluctuations. No signs of pests, deficiencies, or mold — everything is in balance.

Greenhouse_Project The Queen Gets Her Crown Cut 👑✂️ Week 4 marks a major milestone in this grow — the first topping has been done! The cut was made clean and precise, just above the 3rd node to encourage bushier growth and promote symmetrical side branching. She handled it beautifully — no droop, no stress signs. A true queen. Her structure remains compact and dense, with broad fan leaves and tight internodal spacing. The main stalk is thickening steadily, and side shoots are already beginning to stretch up, ready to take over. To support recovery and maximize leaf health, I introduced Alg·A·Mic as a foliar spray, twice this week. Applied during the dark phase at 1ml/L, it’s keeping the leaf color lush and the plant happy. She responded with even more turgor and shine — zero signs of burn or sensitivity. In addition, I’ve begun spraying Clonex Mist on the growing tips twice per week to assist with early lateral development and rooting energy. The combination of topping + gentle support is setting the stage for explosive growth in the coming weeks

Greenhouse_Project Ready for the Throne: Flip to Flower This week marks a major milestone — the official switch to flower! After strong vegetative development, dense leaf growth, and excellent response to topping + LST, she reached a solid 28cm height. The side branches have caught up beautifully, and the canopy is evened out for maximum light exposure. She’s now showing classic signs of pre-flower: tight internodes, vibrant new growth, and pistil formation just starting to peek out. LST was adjusted gently to open up lower branches. Ties are holding well without stress. The stem is thickening, and side branches are sturdy and upright — a strong structure for heavy bud development ahead. Light cycle was changed to 12/12 to trigger flowering. She's responding well, showing no signs of shock. The foliar support with Alg·A·Mic continues to help maintain lush leaf color and boost early hormonal changes

Greenhouse_Project Flower Mode: Engage! We’ve officially entered bloom week 1, and Purple Queen is showing a strong early stretch — reaching 40cm in height since the flip. Internodes are expanding, and she’s visibly reaching upward every day, eager to form those first flower sites. There were a few small yellow leaves on the lower growth, which I believe came from delayed Grow feeding after the flip — totally manageable and already stabilizing with the adjusted feed. No signs of major deficiencies; her upper canopy is green, healthy, and vibrant. The structure is excellent thanks to prior LST and topping. Multiple main sites are forming evenly across the canopy, and airflow between branches is solid The Queen has entered bloom mode — and she’s hungry for the throne. 👑🌸

Greenhouse_Project The Crown Begins to Build Heading into the second week of flower, the stretch has started to slow, and the structure is well-developed — balanced tops, strong spacing, and no signs of stress. The plant looks healthy overall, with vibrant leaves and an upright posture. The canopy is open and receiving excellent light thanks to your earlier LST. The pistils at the tops are gently stacking — slow but steady floral formation, exactly what we expect from a photoperiod like Purple Queen. This week’s feed includes: 2ml Grow to keep nitrogen stable during the tail end of stretch 2ml BioHeaven to promote enzymatic activity, improve nutrient uptake, and reduce any environmental stress The lower leaf yellowing from last week hasn’t progressed — meaning your feed correction worked. No tip burn, no droop — she’s standing tall and happy

Greenhouse_Project Cleanup & Feeding Adjustment This week was focused on airflow improvement and energy redirection. I removed several of the lower fan leaves to open up the structure and improve light penetration. In addition, I cleaned up the popcorn bud sites at the bottom of the plant — these small, shaded buds would never develop into anything substantial, so removing them helps redirect energy toward the main upper colas. Nutrient feeding remained stable at 3 ml Grow and 2 ml Bloom, supporting both nitrogen needs and early flower development. The plant responded well: healthy growth, strong structure, and consistent bud stacking across the canopy.

Greenhouse_Project Bloom Week 4: Big Bud Test & Phosphorus Lockout? This week I began a small test by introducing 1 ml/L of Advanced Nutrients Big Bud to the feeding mix — keeping the dose intentionally low to monitor how she responds. The idea was to give her a controlled boost of extra phosphorus and potassium as buds continue stacking. However, by mid-week, I noticed clear signs of phosphorus deficiency: purpling on leaf edges, rust-like spots, and older leaves showing stress. Given that I had increased PK and my pH might have drifted, I’m strongly suspecting a lockout, not a lack of phosphorus in the feed itself. To correct the issue, I’m planning a flush in the coming days to reset the medium and restore nutrient uptake. The runoff will be checked to verify pH and EC levels. Despite the deficiency signs, she still looks strong overall — no droop, and the sugar production is intense. Trichomes are now spreading beyond the sugar leaves and onto the outer fan leaves. She's sticky, frosty, and clearly still pushing hard into bloom.

Greenhouse_Project Bloom Week 5 This week marks a wild turning point in the cycle. While officially still in flowering week 5, the Purple Queen is acting like she’s weeks ahead — and it's becoming clear this pheno isn’t following the rulebook. The most notable change is the early yellowing of fan leaves, especially from the middle and lower canopy upwards. At first glance it looked like a typical nitrogen fade, but after flushing with pH 6.4 water (measured at the drain), nutrient lockout seems unlikely. The EC runoff values also stabilized, ruling out salt buildup. That points to a possible underfeeding with BioBizz Grow, especially since the feeding was reduced too early while the plant still needed some N during stretch. Despite the fade, the buds are stacking up beautifully, and the resin production has gone into full overdrive. The once green top colas now earn the nickname “Purple Chaos” – loaded with shimmering trichomes, neon-orange pistils, and dark purple sugar leaves curling around like dragon claws. Microscope inspection revealed a large number of milky trichomes already forming, far earlier than expected. Only a few amber heads are visible, but the sheer density of cloudy heads suggests this girl is rushing through bloom faster than predicted. The aroma has shifted too – from sweet grape to a more gassy berry funk, likely signaling maturity. At this point, she's drinking slightly less than last week but still responding well. I'm keeping an eye on the fade — no signs of major deficiencies spreading, but she'll be watched closely. If ripening continues at this pace, she might be ready for a water-only countdown much sooner than planned

Greenhouse_Project This week was honestly a turning point after a pretty stressful phase in the grow. After dealing with early yellowing, strange discolorations, and overall confusion about deficiencies vs. lockout, I decided to slightly adjust the feeding schedule and closely observe how she reacts. After increasing Grow to 4 ml, the plant clearly showed a better response. Leaf color stabilized noticeably, and the aggressive yellowing slowed down a lot. This strongly suggests that the plant was indeed undernourished in nitrogen, especially considering the small pot size and the heavy demand during mid-flower. The flush earlier this week resulted in a clean runoff with a stable pH of ~6.4, so pH-related lockout seems unlikely at this point. That makes me think the issue was not the medium itself, but rather a nutrient imbalance or simply too little Grow for this stage, even though she’s already well into bloom. Adding Revive may also have helped her recover faster, especially for micronutrients and stress repair. Newer leaves look healthier, and the plant overall seems less “tired” than before. Whether the improvement came mainly from the higher Grow dosage, the flush resetting the medium, or the Revive supporting recovery — probably a combination of all three 😅.

Greenhouse_Project Bloom Week 7 This week was all about stabilizing the girl after the stressful phase earlier in bloom. While the visual damage from previous issues is still clearly visible (and gives her a rather "interesting" look 😅), she has definitely settled into a more consistent rhythm now. The buds have started stacking up nicely and are showing a noticeable increase in volume — not just fluff anymore. Trichome coverage continues to build, and pistils are still pushing strong, which means she’s not done yet. The combination of Grow + Alg-A-Mic seems to have helped with resilience, giving her that green push without triggering nitrogen toxicity. No new signs of stress or yellowing, and the structure remains solid. At this point, it’s less about aesthetics and more about finishing strong. As long as the buds keep swelling and the trichomes stay healthy, she’ll deliver. 💪🌸

Greenhouse_Project The day has finally arrived — she is ready for harvest. 👑💜 After a final inspection with the microscope, I decided it was time to bring this grow to an end. The trichomes are right where I want them, showing mostly cloudy heads with enough maturity to deliver the effect I'm looking for. This grow has definitely been one of the most unusual and challenging runs I've had. From early deficiencies and unexpected yellowing to a surprisingly fast flowering cycle, the Purple Queen kept me guessing every single week. Despite all the ups and downs, she managed to finish with beautiful, resin-covered flowers. My biggest focus now is the drying process. Hopefully I can maintain a stable environment and achieve a slow, gentle dry to preserve as much aroma and quality as possible. Harvest Plan: ✂️ Only a rough trim before drying 🌿 Buds will be placed into DryFerm bags 🕸️ Bags will be laid out on drying nets under stable conditions 🌡️ Monitoring temperature and humidity closely throughout the drying phase One particular bud really stands out to me. Despite all the struggles during flowering, it developed incredible resin coverage and a beautiful structure. It's a reminder that even when a grow doesn't go exactly as planned, the plant can still surprise you in the end. Now begins the final chapter: Drying, curing, and finding out what this Purple Chaos is truly capable of. 🔥💨 Final Thoughts Before Drying: This Purple Queen may not have been the easiest plant I've grown, but she was certainly one of the most memorable. She taught me a lot about nutrient management, patience, and not giving up when things start looking rough. Time to hang up the scissors, let nature do the rest, and wait for the jars to tell the final story. 🍯🌿👑
