McBubatz Hey, so I'm finally in the final pot, Bubble's Blueberry is really taking off and seems to be super eager. I'm also using BioTabs and Advanced Nutrients mix for this grow. To start, according to the instructions, I'm adding the BioTabs components, one tablet of Voodoo Juice Plus (for all 4 in the tent), and a bit of Great White to the pot or watering can. McBubatz 2nd week. Bubble's Blueberry is doing well, growing nicely for her age and looks healthy and lively so far. She's getting about 1 liter of water every 3-4 days, currently just with the OG Organics Ancient Earth. Towards the end of the week, I'll add OG Organics Iguana Juice Grow for the first time. McBubatz 4th week, Bubble's Blueberry is really thriving, she completely ignored topping and is just growing through it. She received LST a few days ago and was "topped up" again today and had a bit of foliage removed. For the next few days, she'll only get plain water since she has a slight nutrient burn, as Blueberry is known to be a bit sensitive in that regard. McBubatz 5. Week. With the Blueberry, I continue to use the tactic of regular, light defoliation at intervals of a few days. Today, there was also a thorough manicure of the lower levels to optimize air circulation and direct the energy upwards. The Voodoo Juice Plus Tabs ensure excellent root activity, and the addition of B-52 perfectly supports the Blueberry in instantly converting the stress of manicuring into new, vigorous growth. Iguana Juice Grow and Ancient Earth nicely complete the Organic mix, and the plant looks very good, with beautiful, juicy green leaves. McBubatz 6th week, the last week of Veg. Blueberry is going strong, she's growing very vigorously and nicely wide, has strong shoots and already smells powerful. The good one is regularly defoliated and just before the switch to 12/12, she needs to lose some leaves again. During the next watering, I'll give her some Iguana Juice Bloom and Tasty Terpenes for a good foundation for the switch. 6th week, 2nd day. Today, a bit more defoliation was done and in 2 days it's going to 12/12. 6th week, 4th day, you can't see any defoliation anymore 😅, but it doesn't matter, today it was switched to 12/12. McBubatz 7th week, 1st week of flowering. The tent is getting fuller 😅. A few days ago, I switched to 12/12 and today I added 2 Deep Red strips. The nutrients were the same program as the previous days, plus Bud Ignitor to speed up the flowering phase a bit. Otherwise, the Blueberry is very lively and is still growing wide rather than tall. McBubatz 8th week, 2nd week of flowering. Bubble’s Blueberry has gained the least height, but the inner shoots have exploded, extremely dense growth, so lollipopping is going to be quite the job 😅. Bud Ignitor is also showing its effects, and a good amount of pistils are already appearing. McBubatz 9th week, 3rd flowering week. Hey guys! Quick update from the basement: The ladies are on absolute luxury food and shining in the finest deep green. No burnt tips, no blockages – the Mars Hydro is blasting (now with 4 Deepred ADDlite strips) and the plants love it! ☀️ Focus this week: The stretch is slowly heading into the final stretch and the first white pom-poms are exploding everywhere. Time to serve the girls the absolute luxury menu to ignite the resin and terpene production completely right now! 🔥 Since I'm running Big Bud and Bio PK simultaneously, I've opted for a controlled hybrid strategy: The Bio PK is given as a targeted one-time dose with a smooth 3 ml/L instead of the full blast of 10 ml/L. This way, I'm perfectly feeding the soil life without making the soil "too hot." The nutrient cocktail (per liter): -Iguana Juice Bloom: 2 ml/L (The organic foundation) -Ancient Earth: 2 ml/L (So the roots can perfectly absorb every drop) -Big Bud (Organic): 1 ml/L (Started relaxed with 50%) -Bio PK (BioTabs): 3 ml/L (The secret upgrade ingredient for the big flower push) -Bud Candy: 2 ml/L (Sugar/carbohydrates for sticky buds and fit microorganisms) -Bud Factor X: 2 ml/L (The absolute resin and trichome turbo) -Tasty Terpenes: 2 ml/L (Amino acids for stable shoots) -B-52: 2 ml/L (Vitamin shot against any stress) Next stop: Keep an eye on the leaf tips and sharpen the scissors. McBubatz Week 10, BW 4. The Blueberry now stands as an absolute powerhouse in the center of the tent on an adjustable platform, making the most of the PPFD hotspot from Mars Hydro. Thanks to the earlier LST (stakes), it is extremely wide and forms a homogeneous carpet of healthy shoots on one level. Tactically, a bit more leaf mass was left during defoliation to compensate for the yield loss of the Cherry Crisp. It is bursting with energy 💪. Smell / Terpenes: Very complex, classic profile. A distinct sweet berry note pairs with the typical hearty, musky old-school aroma ("Dank/Sweat") and classic grass scent. ➡️ Watering amount: A full 2 liters daily (gobbled up eagerly, absolutely dry in the saucer) ➡️ Nutrient schedule: Base mix as last week, organic PK discontinued, instead increased Big Bud to 2 ml/L (100%) to meet the increased demand for the countless tops. ➡️ Climate: Humidity stable at 50–53%. With its new, freestanding position in the center of the tent, it is perfectly surrounded 360°. Temperature peaks up to 30 °C are well tolerated due to increased transpiration. McBubatz 11th week, 5th flowering week. The absolute workhorse and yield guarantee in the tent. Unlike the other strains, the pistils (hairs) here are still almost completely bright white and vibrantly stretched. The Blueberry is still fully in "pure mass generation" mode and isn't thinking about ripening yet. The buds are already forming into very compact, dense "golf balls," and the resin production is now ramping up strongly from the inside out. Classic, hefty Indica growth. The plant is extremely bushy, has fleshy, deep green fan leaves, and optimally fills its space in the tent. The foliage is flawlessly healthy, showing no burnt tips. Nutrient uptake is running like clockwork. Despite the enormous leaf density, there are no signs of heat stress. ➡️ Watering amount: 1.5 liters (optimally dialed in) ➡️ Fertilizer: Unchanged from the previous week (nutrient level stable) ➡️ Climate: Completely unaffected by the 31 °C in the tent. McBubatz 12 weeks, 6th flowering week. The Blueberry shows impressive vitality and a very uniform flower structure. While we have to juggle nutrients with other plants, it runs steadily through. As can be seen, the flowers have developed evenly, and the plant has a very healthy, dark leaf color, indicating efficient nutrient uptake. Since it shows no signs of deficiency, we will stick to the current routine. McBubatz 13th week, 7th flowering week. The Blueberry is still doing well but is slowly showing that the nutrient mix isn't quite right for her anymore. She's showing signs of potassium deficiency similar to the Slurricane, and I've also given her a bit of Cal/Mag to support potassium uptake. Additionally, she's showing signs of nitrogen surplus (clawing leaves), so she's now getting less Iguana Juice. Ah damn, I noticed similar signs in the Blueberry as with the Slurricane (K Lockout) and thought a bit of Cal-Mag would help, but I forgot that it contains a good amount of N and that kind of shot the plant down a bit 😅 right now I have an N surplus and K issues, so I gave a very diluted nutrient solution and have to see if it can recover, if necessary I’ll do a little flush in the next few days and then see if it gets back on track 🙈. ➡️​Watering: 1-1.5 liters daily. ➡️Nutrients -OG Organics Ancient Earth 2ml/l -B-52 1ml/l -Bud Candy 1ml/l -Bud Factor X 1ml/l -OG Organics Big Bud 1ml/l -Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra 1ml/l ➡️Climate: 45% RH Keep your fingers crossed for it to pull through 🤞.
