This week has been focused on maintaining consistent moisture levels, encouraging root development, and gradually introducing nutrients as she establishes herself. Feed Schedule June 8 - pH 5.8 - 314 PPM - Cal-Mag - Silica - Root Juice - Terra Grow June 11 - pH 5.8 - 306 PPM - Silica - Cal-Mag - Root Juice - Terra Grow June 13 - pH 5.8 - 313 PPM - Silica - Cal-Mag - Voodoo Juice - Terra Grow Growth Update Melonade K is showing healthy, steady growth with tight node spacing and good leaf development. New growth continues to emerge cleanly, and she appears to be focusing heavily on root expansion while filling out her current container. This week I began tracking pot weights after irrigation to better monitor drybacks and establish a watering strategy while the plants are in smaller pots. The goal is to build a dense, healthy root mass before the final transplant into 3-gallon containers. A big thank you to Kannabia Seed Company for the opportunity to run this unreleased cultivar and to ProMix for providing the Premium Coco that these girls are growing in. FatnastyzBudz End of Week 3 | Melonade K Melonade K wrapped up Week 3 looking healthy and progressing right on schedule. Feedings remained around 300 PPM, runoff numbers continued improving, and growth stayed steady throughout the week. She has maintained a compact structure with tight node spacing and healthy new growth while focusing on building a strong root system. A quick root inspection revealed plenty of bright white roots and confirmed she's entering the transplant window. Healthy roots, steady growth, and no issues to report. Sometimes the best weeks are the uneventful ones. 🌱🔥😻🤘

FatnastyzBudz Week 5 Veg 🍈🌱 Melonade K spent the week settling into her 3-gallon coco home while getting trained and spread out. She’s been handling the heat wave like a champ despite tent temps peaking around 85°F, and she’s really starting to fill back in after each training session. Finished the week with her first full-pot watering: 3L | pH 5.9 | 390 ppm with Silica, Cal/Mag, Grow, and Royal Rush. Runoff came back pH 6.8 | 624 ppm—not bad at all for the first full runoff after transplant. FatnastyzBudz Week 6 Veg 🌱 Mel is absolutely taking off! Training her hard, bending her down, and she just keeps bouncing back bigger. 😂 Runoff pH is still being stubborn, but she clearly didn’t get the memo. Healthy, vigorous, and throwing tops everywhere. 💪🌱

FatnastyzBudz Melonade K has been on a mission this week! 🌱 She officially upgraded herself to daily feedings and has been growing like crazy. After fighting stubborn high runoff for what felt like forever, I finally broke her today—runoff dropped to 6.2 pH! 💪 She also got another defoliation and will get a few days to recover before the flip. If she stretches half as hard as she vegged, it's going to be a fun flower! 🔥

FatnastyzBudz Melonade-K got a good defoliation this week, then after a couple days to recover she was flipped to 12/12. Just 2 days later she's already stretching hard and throwing pistils across every top, making the transition to flower look effortless. Feed stayed the same with the addition of Power Buds and Voodoo Juice to support root development through the transition. She's now drinking daily, and the Ecowitt graph shows a very consistent dry-back, proving she's really ramping up her water use. Healthy, vigorous, and off to a fantastic start to flower. 🍈🔥

FatnastyzBudz Week 2 Flower 🍈🌱 This week the SCROG net went in, and it's officially time for the daily tuck-and-weave routine. Melonade-K is stretching hard, filling the net nicely, and throwing pistils across every top. She's drinking daily and responding really well to the training. I also transitioned her fully to Bloom nutrients, and she's staying healthy with great color and vigorous growth. Looking forward to seeing the stretch finish and the flowers start stacking. 🍈🔥

FatnastyzBudz Week 3 Flower 🌸 Stretch is wrapping up and she's settling into flower beautifully. The canopy is nice and even, runoff has stabilized around 420 ppm, and she's drinking more every day. Feed is holding steady around 340 ppm, and she's responding great with healthy color and stacking bud sites. Tomorrow she'll get her first dose of Green Sensation as we shift into the bulking phase. 💪🌱

FatnastyzBudz 🍈 Melonade K — Week 4 Flower Mel is absolutely cruising. Stretch is wrapping up, flowers are stacking, and the frost is already coming in heavy. ❄️🍈 Started Green Sensation and added UV this week. She’s still pulling an 18–19% daily dryback and her root zone is staying beautifully balanced. Latest: 5.9 / 350 ppm in → 5.7 / 373 ppm out. Now we stack and swell. 🔥

FatnastyzBudz Melonade K — Flower Week 5 🍈🌸 Mel had been cruising, but joined Lung in the root-zone drama this week. Runoff started stacking hard and pH dropped into the 4s. Did a Cal/Mag + SLF-100 reset, dropped the feed strength, and removed the boosters. She’s still drinking well, stacking flowers, and getting frosty while I work on getting the root zone balanced again. Keeping her feed simple and letting her do her thing. ❄️🍈

FatnastyzBudz Melonade K — Weekly Update 🌱 Melonade K has definitely kept me on my toes this week. 😂 We’ve been working through a pretty stubborn root-zone pH drop, so I stripped the feed back to basics and lowered the overall strength to try to get things balanced again. Runoff pH is still lower than I want, but the ppm has been coming down, so we’re moving in the right direction. The funny part is, if you ignored the runoff numbers and just looked at the flowers, you’d probably never know we were fighting anything. 😂 She’s still drinking well, stacking hard, and absolutely dumping frost. The buds are getting noticeably thicker and the trichome coverage has spread way out onto the sugar leaves. She’s also starting to throw more orange pistils while continuing to push plenty of fresh white ones, so there’s still a lot of building left to do. For now I’m keeping things simple, keeping the feed lean, watching the drybacks, and letting her tell me what she wants instead of chasing the numbers too aggressively. Not the smoothest week of the grow, but damn… Mel sure is making the struggle look pretty. ❄️🔥

FatnastyzBudz What a wild week! Ph is still low and its all starting to show clearly now. Bud density is severely effected and stems are now flopping. But despite, she sure is quite frosty! Had to use a bunch of ties for some support.
