miasmatic end of week 2. appears robust - light was slowly increased over 2 days - cautious watering every 2 days as needed. I would like to slowly transition to LST in the next 5-10 days - never done it before ^^ little test lady : addendum : end of the week. light is at 75% and will remain until flowering. watering will be slowly adjusted according to condition.

miasmatic watered more - every 2 days - fertilizer was increased. height currently at 19cm. still very bushy :) it's new for me. this is only the third grow - I'm a beginner ^^ Mexican Airlines has behaved differently. I'm still learning - but I'm quite satisfied with the little effort :) oh and there's a very light scent - like it
update: stretch and mass are now constant. very cozy lady 23cm👍

miasmatic starting in week 4. she's getting thirstier and since the apartment is very warm right now and the humidity is a bit low. I’ll keep an eye on her in the next few days
midweek: it’s super warm everywhere - I’ve raised the humidity a bit she says: It’s warm, I’m a little chubby, I’d like some water – and now excuse me, I need to grow a few new shoots 😅
end of the week: I’ll probably defoliate in the next day - to learn that too. so far a very relaxed lady and don’t be put off by the height. it looks like some pretty nice side colas ^^ we’ll see. love to you all and good luck 👊🙌💪💪🙏

miasmatic heatwave hits hard..well..let's go ^^ it's going to be exciting.
next time I need a humidifier - well, I think it will be fine anyway. did a little light defoliation at the bottom now and then - when it's sensible. I'm looking forward to my new mechanical pipette :)
.: I'll take out 2-3 leaves in 2 days - photos help :)

miasmatic Melissa continues to develop very evenly. The side colas are growing nicely, and the buds are forming many fresh, white pistils. The height has hardly changed, sitting at about 50–51 cm – the stretch seems to be over.
I've adjusted the nutrients a bit and will now observe how she reacts. I only removed one completely yellowed leaf from the bottom; otherwise, nothing else has been defoliated.
There was some very light surface mold forming under the saucer. The likely cause was some spilled organic nutrient solution (Fish-Mix, etc.) that had run under the plate. The saucer has been cleaned, and everything is back to normal. There's nothing unusual to see in the substrate itself.
The roots visible through the drainage holes are bright white and healthy – the 10-liter pot is now completely root-bound. This might also explain why the height increase is practically finished now.
The aroma is developing very nicely as well: spicy, aromatic, and with a pleasant lemony note. Overall, I'm really very satisfied with her condition at the beginning of the sixth week of flowering. 🌱
end of the week: sudden nitrogen deficiency - I've changed the feeding schedule to bio grow, and I need to keep an eye on that. Removed yellow and dry leaves. I probably should have reacted earlier ://

miasmatic Well, the lady won't last much longer... what a shame.. I hope for 1-2 more weeks. Unfortunately, there's not much more I can do. But at least the buds are still growing. A second heatwave is coming too... I'm doing my best, but I'm not expecting anything anymore :/
July 15th, I'm a simple person and just testing a bit... left the tent open and so on ^^ does it help, and if so, how much? Unfortunately, way too few measurement points. But please take a look :) that's why I'm here - to gain knowledge and share knowledge 👍😱😨😰😕😞😂😅😅 much love 🙏 yes, it was also watered a bit xD😇
July 18th, I'm doing my best and have defoliated Melissa - everything that could be easily removed by hand was dead material anyway. As you can see, I'm trying to push the humidity up or at least maintain it. The trays are cleaned - the smell of the buds is great :D right now, I'm feeling rather positive about the future - unfortunately, there's not much more I can do for now. Great fun tbh :)

miasmatic Finally, the lady is more stable.. the colas are forming clearly again - the turgor is definitely more relaxed - let's go Melissa :) Oh, I tried to stabilize the humidity - so far, the bucket has worked. I'll measure for over 72 hours - just out of curiosity - why the measuring tape? I'm too lazy and just measure in cm - everything can be derived from that :D so cheers ^^
bunch of new pictures added

miasmatic trichomes are slowly becoming milky. still way too clear. let's see how it looks at the end of the week - unfortunately no trichome pictures.. don't have a cool magnifying glass :/
July 29: calyx stacking is really noticeable. very good and very direct shot from melli regarding the nutrients. yeah, the remnants are just not pretty.. but that's not what it's about. she's really pumping again. maybe.... a little bit my achievement too - メリッサ、私たちはいいチームだね! love :)
very intense stacking again just before the end ^^ wow :O

miasmatic I'm only watering now - no nutrients ^^ she's stacking like crazy.. definitely ripe.. maybe just a few more days. after all the stress...
and now there's this deep red, heavily laden little monster still stacking away :D 😬👽
the last days are here.. getting a little bit paranoid xD 😵😭😰😅
tomorrow is the day ^^
@Argos, yes I know thank you :) it was actually just a balcony test..that didn't fit..weather you know. last time I had 15L fabric pots and that made a difference. thank you and yes you are absolutely right :) much love
Oh nice, I see you are growing Milky Way as well. Don't worry, she'll hold until proper harvest. F1 hybrids are resilient. My Big Bang AUTO looked like that since W2 of flower and still got nice tasty buds from it.
Did you find the cause for the fan leaves dying out?
@bananomet, yeah I think I’ve managed to clarify the circumstances: very low humidity plus the sudden shift into flowering. That cost her quite a bit of strength. But she’s back on track :) Unfortunately, I can’t say for sure. She’s recovered - smells really good - great feeling. Today I defoliated a bit. Melissa is a fine lady you can rely on :) thanks for your message :)
Are you still planning to repot? It'll work in 10l pots but in my experience you're limiting height somewhat which will impact yield potential. On the other hand, I've cut myself short on multiple occasions when repotting autos. Never again - now mine all start in at least 19L fabric pots.
@DomForester, no, I won't be repotting, I don't want to stress the ladies. This is just a small side project anyway. I had soil and nutrients left over from the last grow, and the seeds were free. Yes, 10L is a bit small, I agree with you on that. In my last grow, I used 15L fabric pots and got a yield of 80-100g per plant - that's enough for me personally 😊
@miasmatic, what strain was that? looking fantastic and what a result!! im doing a couple photos this season next to my autos hoping for numbers like those.
@Springtime, thanks for the feedback :) unfortunately, my balcony just can't handle it.. even though it was actually planned as a balcony project... but I have to be realistic as well. The lady has been very relaxed so far. She's consistently doing both mass and stretch - I find that very interesting. I also want to put as little active stress on her as possible to gather my experiences. Let's see how the week goes :)👍👽
I got a free one of these from RQS last season and enjoyed it a lot! Decent yield despite mistakes, pretty strong high and great flavor. Will follow your grow and look forward to seeing how it turns out!
Wow, she's really put on some weight and still has new white hairs! She just won't stop! Keeping my fingers crossed that nothing molds with how dense the buds look.
