Hey casso, so basically the plant is ready when (at minimum!) 100% of the trichomes are cloudy , clear trichomes means they are "empty" so no interesting molecules inside them. Amber means they are oxydised that means they are degraded (still interesting properties though!) . It's really not a good idea to look at the pistils for this , anyway all the pistils turn brown when you chop. Same for choosing day 80 : this is totally arbitrary it's best to go with the right data for this and of course the moon's effect (which I do believe is significant) is less important to your plants since they are indoors. You really need to look at the trichomes nothing else. I grew this strain before and what I can tell you is that it's a slow maturing plant, mine took 15 weeks if I remember correctly and they were 100% cloudy no Ambers. You can start the flush now anyway : in soil with autos the best thing is a 3 week plain water "flush" with no run off anyway. Apart from that these really don't look close to ready, six shooter gets fat right at the end, the difference in yield if you wait the correct amount of time will be pretty huge, but it's up to you to be patient growmie ! Hope this helps ! 🚀
