Aug 25 - 22 - She's growing nicely, bottom few leafs curling down and spots are getting a little more apparent. - 3 gallons 6.33 PH 160 PPM water -Flushed to runoff, need to see whats going on with the PH before i proceed to fix the issue, 1st runoff 6.54 PH 820 PPM , 2nd runoff 6.34 PH 490 PPM. Will see how she does tomorrow
Aug 26 - 23 - Medium still damp, another flush for PH tomorrow then starting nutes again. Really starting to grow now
Aug 27 - 24 - 1 Gallon 6.01 PH 172 PPM water with hydroguard - 1st runoff 6.66 PH 374 PPM, need to get this runoff much lower. 1 Gallon 5.68 PH 174 PPM water with hydroguard - 2nd runoff 6.48 PH 348 PPM.
Need to continue to lower PH as i'm sure that's where the spots was coming from. Bottom branches pushing up much more now, might have to LST a little soon.
Aug 28 - 25 - Have to raise lights a little bit, bent some branches around to help the lower parts bush out. Roots are poking out of the bottom sides of the fabric a little. Nute feeding tomorrow
Aug 29 - 26 - lighter feed than last times nutes, 1 gallon 5.95 PH 725 PPM - Runoff 6.69 PH 245 PPM, showing small signs of def on top leaf tips but that should clear up. Feed again tomorrow and see how she does.
Aug 30 - 27 - 5.75PH 720PPM 1 gallon, runoff 6.49PH 298PPM, another topping soon. See you next week

Damn fine grow so far!! I grew out a moby a few months back and holy crap did she make tons of leaves. I defoil 15 leaves and she grew back 45 in defiance 😆. Glad to see another HLG grow get some love. I just put to qb288 rspec in my 4x2 and cant wait to finish. Great job and cant wait to read your harvest entry.
Great plant! Moby dick is a great strain too... maybe the best out there for effect. IMO.
You've left them to dry with leafs? tell me how that proceed...
@Psilocubensis, yes i left some leafs on because i was worried i could not keep humidity up during hang drying and they would dry out too fast so i left like 40% to help with that and make trimming a little easier when dry since wet trim is a pain for me. It all worked out in the end and she dried pretty slowly i could of went another 1-2 days hanging which i honestly should of did
Awesome grow, very informative!!!
1) Did you manage to eventually weigh your harvest?
2) I've seen people let their plants dry out (yellowish leaves) in the soil after the flowering stage is finished. Just before cutting it to dry.
Is this something you recommend, why (not) ?
