Cheezy_G Not sure at all to expect with this seed. It's my first ever grow and this was a single seed a friend received as a freebie. I had originally planted 4 other seeds but 1 never hatched so this one got popped into a glass of water.
I've done tonnes of reading up on the other seeds I've planted but this strain I cant find anything hints or tips wise so hopefully it will slot into the tent nicely.
Germinated on my window sill in a 10oz poly cup filled with coco and covered in cling film until it broke the surface.

Cheezy_G Potted up this week into its final pot. Have gone with the dont re pot and risk damaging roots method. 15ltr autopots with a 70/30 mix of coco and perlite.
Placed into gro tent with lights set at 250w and 18 hrs light schedule.
Just giving it a little bit of root enhancer to help them fill the pots.
Looking happy enough.

Cheezy_G Apologies for the lack of decent photography this week but managed to somehow delate the original ones.
Have realised that I didn't switch my light timer on so has been running 24/7 and been causing a few heat and stress issues.
I have had to move the grow somewhere cooler and with the lights running properly and the nutrients added in it will be looking a lot happier by next week I'm hoping.

Cheezy_G Much happier now that the temperature issues have been helped a bit my moving! Was getting temps of 35 and now managing to keep it under 30 but some days are warm!
Shooting up now and really think the silicon is making a difference. Have read to be really gentle with LST but absolutely no worries about snapping here.(so far)
Seems to be thriving with it and keeps pushing on!

Cheezy_G Wow, temperature has been high again this week with the heatwave but it seems to be taking it in its stride. Really bushing out with the LST and starting to flower here there and everywhere. Looks a really lush green when you take it out the tent for pics.
Started to reduce the grow and add in bloom as well as terpinator as have read only good things about it.
Many thanks for looking

Cheezy_G She is coming on great this week sprouting all over the place! Every time I pop my head in for a look she seems to have got bigger.
No real issues, changed my exhaust fan and fitted a more powerful one and used the old one as an intake. Smelling stronger by the day, sweet cut grass kind of smell.
Have added big bud into the grow, not sure if I really need it or not but again after seeing what everyone else is doing I thought it cant do any harm.
Leaves look a bit droopy but she was overdue her daily drink and was perked back up in the morning.
Any comments and advice more than welcome, many thanks for looking.

Cheezy_G Amazing growth this week and the main stem has shot through the roof! Hadn't planned on defoliation as had read that it cant stunt the plant and that's bad for autos.
Just so many bud sights and so many leaves blocking them off.
After reading up mabey some of the buds could be popcorn perhaps caused with the temps soaring in the heatwave? Will make good use of them all the same.
Currently on 3 litres every evening and just seems all round happy with nothing to compare it with and it being my first grow I'm delighted at how it's going.

Cheezy_G Ticking along nicely with the buds starting to fatten up a bit and frosting starting to spread out from the middle of the flowers.
Reduced the nutrients a bit as there were a few yellow tips but they seem to have grown out as the week went on. Think it will be at least 2 weeks before I switch to water only.
Everything seems to be going to plan and a nice dank fruity smell is developing.
Still nipping a couple of leaves off here and there every day.
Really happy camper and as usual if anyone has any advice or it's most welcome. Cheers

Cheezy_G Buds fattening up by the day and she doesn't seem to mind having her fans trimmed to let the light get in to all the little buds below.
No idea when it will be ready with it being a trial strain but I'm guessing at least another couple of weeks.
Have stopped the calmag and silcon, and will stop the big bud this week too.
Starting to smell a bit stronger but nothing obvious just sweet skunky, nice though n really sticky!
Looking forward to having the first harvest on grow diaries from this strain on my very first grow! A definite blind challenge but one I have really enjoyed.
Fingers and toes crossed I make it to the finish line. Cheers👍

Cheezy_G Getting ready to switch to plain water soon, trichs are still clear so just checking them daily.
Seems happy and hasn't suffered from chopping a few leafs every night.
Smell is getting stronger by the day and it hits you in the face when you open the tent! Nothing standing out just a nice skunky reek!
Probably still be here next week I would think.
Cheers for looking in 👍

Cheezy_G Final week for this beautiful girl! Last night was her last feed and tonight I flushed her through with water and a good run off.
Smell is really sweetening up and buds continue to fatten up and are really dense. Trichs are starting to go nice and milky lower down.
Looking like a cracking harvest for this #119
Many thanks for looking in👍

Cheezy_G Well I'm still flushing through with plain water and dont think she is quite there yet.
Apologies for the grow room pics this week but didn't have the room to take her out.
She's got the odd amber trich with a few milky but mostly still clear so will keep a close eye on her. Gave her a good drink tonight so will leave her for a day or two to dry out.
Leaves are all dying back with the top fans crisping up with the light.
Looking good and buds are nice n fat n dense👍cheers for looking in.
All in all this was a really easy plant to grow! It was my first ever grow and apart from a little bit of bud rot in the main cola it was never any problem.
Not sure where I went wrong with the rot but I'll try n learn from it.
Buds were nice n right when harvested and dried no problem. Rubbed a bud over a silk screen as they were drying then tasted the Kiefer and it was like fruit sherbert on the tounge! Lovely smooth fruity tasting smoke now its curing and a good all round stone. I'm not one of these that do a day/night smoke it's just a tasty smoke anytime!

Cheezy_G This seed was given to me by a mate who got it free in with a seed order from Sensi.
It was marked as a research strain and unlike the other 2 strains I had in on my first grow there are no diaries or info on the web. Having said that it was a pleasure to grow. During its growth it had the odd bit of yellow tips when I got a bit heavy handed with the nutrients but apart from that it was a happy healthy bushy plant that flowered like mad!
Nearing harvest and during the flushing I found a bit of rot in the main cola. It was only a small patch but I cut the cola off straight away and cut out the affected area. The rest of the plant was fine so I started it on 48hrs darkness.
My first grow so no clue as to why it rotted? I will have a good read up on it and try n suss out where I went wrong.
Absolutely astounded at the harvest! Over 6 oz of nice tasty smoke will keep me going for ages and along with what came off the other strains I'm spoiled for choice. Wish I'd got my finger out years ago and saved myself an absolute fortune paying top dollar for it!
This is one I would grow again in the future once I've got through the other several hundred strains I want to try!
Really does have a fruity berry smell and when I rubbed a dry bud over a silk screen I bought to try hash making the kief tastes like fruit sherbert.
Thanks to everyone who looked in over the grow👍 thanks to sensi for producing such an easy to grow, good harvesting tasty smoke👍cheers
Wow, great result. Congratulations! As for the bud rot: You probably did nothing wrong, this even happens once and then even for master growers. I also had it on a bud that had perfect conditions whereas others that did not get good airflow and were very dense were not affected. But there is still enough medicine left to make you happy for quite some time 👍
@Efka710, cheers, been an easy one to grow, poor thing had heat stress for its first 2-3 weeks as has still overcame my total inexperience to produce the goods👍
@Buddha2, cheers I'm delighted as the pineapple and kush there were plenty of diary's to pick up hints etc but with this being a research strain I had no idea what to expect! Been a dream to grow so far!
Chopped her down last night as It seemed to have some bud rot in the main cola. Think the rest are ok, had a good look when I was trimming.
Will do the harvest when she's dry👍
