First day of week 4 ..
Preflowers showed this weekend, I'm counting it from the day seedling got above the soil :
Jack XL TWINS - day 16
Fruit 1 - day 17
Fruit 2 - day 16
Mutant Jack picked up and started to grow normally (no preflowers yet), dont know if I'll let it finish in the small pot or repot once again .. but if it'll give me at least 2-3gs in the end I'll be more then happy (and it will pay for itself :D ), because I was expecting it to die...
They are also starting to smell, in the tent it's really, really strong, but carbon filter is doing its work so there is no smell in the living room at all.
Newbie Jack trying to catch up that "lost" week :)
They are really thirsty this week, I'm watering every two days now .. They're getting full veg nutes (+soilbooster every second watering) and yesterday they got root juice for the last time... Also, I'm changing the placement for them every watering, so every two days they are getting light from a slightly different angle ...
This week was 10degrees more then it's on average at this time of a year, so I'm getting 31 C for like two-three hours (1pm-3(4)pm) every day now and I'm unable to lower it .. Rest of the day is ok .. Im getting 31,2 max 22 min but about 90% of the time it's at 27C. Next week everything should get to normal, so I think it's not a big deal ..
Yesterday I also did a "big cleaning", I cleaned the whole inside of the tent as well as the trays under the pots. I'm used to do it like this from my previous "grower life" in big grow rooms 12 y ago, And I'll continue with this little tent as well because CLEAN ROOM/TENT = HEALTHY PLANTS !!
Because of the preflowers, I'm thinking about last week under MH and I'll switch to HPS for the next week. I'll give them two more veg nutes, 3rd watering will be enzymes only and then I'll switch to bloom nutes. Next week I'll change the diary to flower...
@Wachsemilian, ah now I see that You were commenting week 12 not that J47 harvest ;) then yeah that Fruit is def huge :D :D thx and sry ;) that will get down in like one more week ;)
@Wachsemilian, hi there and thx man .. But its def not that huge, the picture is making it look bigger ;) check tomorrow update, the second one of the twins have the main cola twice the size and Ill update some more pics tomorrow after harvest .. ;)
@Sweet_Seeds, thx Apolo J47XL is def quite amazing strain and even that I got some seeds issues(mutant;twins..), I think that all of them came out nicely in the end :) And that smoke is already incredible and that was quick dried, no curing, not exactly finished small bud ;)
I'll def run that last seed I'm still having again in the next run (january) ;)
@Sweet_Seeds,
thanks :) I think that most of the issues are finally solved so hopefully it will come out nicely in the second half of their life .. I just had to get rid of "big room grow thinking" and started to think on a smaller scale .. I find it less "trouble proof" in the small tent :D :D especially those fkn temperatures .. I'm also breeding freshwater shrimps as a hobby and with Aquariums I find it the same .. smaller tank, more problems..
But actually Im so happy with the "TWINS" Jacks right now.. they are def able to live in harmony in one relatively small pot.. I just feed em lil bit more and they grow the same as single plants ..
@Sweet_Seeds,
Hi thx for the comment and interest :) and little update .. both Jacks are as of today above the cube and so every seedling for this round is already planted in the final pot under 250w MH ..
edit: I just found out, that the last Jack47 is sprouting 2 seedlings out of one seed ! I've never experienced that before, but it def looks cute :) ... will upload pic tomorrow .
Congratulations! 👏
A delicious harvest! 😍
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 10 out of 10!! 👏😍❤️
We hope you enjoy the harvest 👌
Sweet smokes!

hi mate ! :) although you’re doing a good job on your diary I would suggest one small and simple but yet crucial thing- and that is when to start count your days.
Basically want to give them a few days to get their shit together before the first real counting, you dont want to start counting as soon as seeds brake the surface
This will also give you a better guideline on feeding ..
@Ganjaholickz,i got you mate and you are also right..thing shouldn’t always go “by the rules” ..neither this is my rule but i think it gives us a better perception how old she is for growing standards.. ;) cheers
@@@@@flowerboy,
Hi there thx for advice and for checking my diary ... I thought about that at the start .. But as Iˇm updating at the beginning of the week instead in the end (as the vast majority of growers here) I just think that It's like whatever and if anyone wants to, its so easy to just count it as -6/7 days for yourself ... :) And seed banks are saying : from seed to harvest" so thats another reason why I decided to try how real their timings are .. ;)
Actually I think that it's still better then what I see sometimes over here .. they say week 1 but it's obviously week 3 and that diary is more inaccurate (IMHO) then if I'm counting it from the very start ,,, .But I def get Your point ..
TBH I don't even give a sht about age in "real world" and I just "read the plants", it's not like I'll say to myself hmmm week 3 so I should start doing this because everyone is doing that at week 3 .. and as Im reading this again now
I should wait at least 3 more days even by my standards, You're def. on point there ... :) Next time I'll start it at day 3/4 to be more accurate ..
little edit : as I'm reading this again .. sry for my english .. It's not my first language ;) and unfortunately for the past like 6 years I'm using EN twice a month at best .. :)
Бро, я купил 5 таких семян. Хотел 1 в индоре вырастить, а 4 в аутдоре. Интересно, они все склонны к мутациям?А так, отличная работа, интересный репорт получился, удачи! 👍🏻
@Ydarnik87, as i got a mutant in my second run but from different breeder it just seems to be "a thing" that will go with me every grow then the breeders fault ;-)
