After only a couple of days curing, it's a surprisingly smooth smoke. Sweet and creamy in the vaporizer - very unique and delicious taste. I expect it to evolve as it cures. I'll update on flavour again in a few weeks. Packs a good wallop and dang, as advertised, high is long lasting. Nice heady, high and a little numby below the shoulders too. Fantastic. I think I'd be inclined to add at least another star to my initial rating.

Nutrients

A fine product, but both my plants needed more of it! But that's the growers fault. Both plants suffered calcium deficiencies - this plant less so than the Grandaddy Black in my tent.

GHE

I think nutes were fine but I may try something else next time around

Lights

I really liked this light. Aside from the quality beams it shines down, it produces virtually no resiudaul heat and made a huge difference in keeping my water temperatures optimal.

Genetics
Cream Caramel cannabis strain is a three-way cross between #1 Maple Leaf, BlueBack and White Rhino.

"Cream Caramel marijuana strain is a 90/10 Indica dominant cannabis hybrid. This herb was bred by Sweet Seeds in Spain. Cream Caramel is known for monstrous 24% THC levels and long lasting, up to 4-6 hours high. The marijuana plants grow beautiful dense buds with a good resin coat. As the name suggests, Cream Caramel has a strong sweet aroma with hints of skunk and spices. Breeders recommend growing this bud indoors, plants take 7-8 weeks to finish flowering. Good for evening time use."

Overall I think she was pretty easy to grow despite some issues along the way - PH issues mainly (faulty meter; inexperienced grower). She was very resilient.

I was pretty happy with her yield given I squeezed two buckets into my little tent and I think the upgrades I made with my air pump and lights made big difference to the end result.

Looking forward to the next adventure. Thanks for tuning in!

hello fellow sonoma seeds grower! :) Just wait a couple months till the cure really brings out the taste. I'm still smoking my last little bit from my Sept/19 harvest and let me tell ya, truly a unique creamy / caramel sweet flavor. After about 5 days post harvest, they were ready to be jarred and "snapped" off the stems perfectly with no strings. If you think it's strong now, just wait man...I was pleasantly surprised the longer she ages like a fine wine :)

@stunslush, Just wait :) I remember my first crown I delved into and was some of the most interesting sort of smoke in a long time, mind you this plant was directly under the light and when they got too big, I couldn't rotate them anymore as I had a ScroG setup. The nug shot that is dark purple literally had a spicy smell and taste to it...so a sweet smooth hit, followed by spice...incredibly different and interesting to say the least. I plan to grow this on the norm as the consistency on potency is spot on...very resilient as well from being under fluorescent bulbs for 4 weeks in a makeshift tote grow box, stressed them out quite a bit too and almost lost them, to a tent/LED setup.. and STILL turned out quite the potency. You definitely notice a difference using straight LED from seed all the way through...my sweet tooth is already showing the maturity of a veg plant at 6-7 weeks and we're only on week 5 of veg :)

@CannaScuzzyB, Hello to you fellow Sonoma farmer! You're getting me more excited! Yes, really looking forward to tasting/feeling all that this strain can be after she's cured. My first little sample taste was a quick dried bud but tried another subsequently and after only a few days in the jar the difference in taste is already like night and day - no sign of the woody notes I tasted initially, and that sweet/creamy flavour is starting to reveal itself. Tasty.

Nice haul brother! Didnt realise you were just using just the very basic nutes, maybe try throwing in a PK booster next time, that could of caused some of your deficiencies?

@MrGreenFingers, Thanks buddy! Yes, I kept my nutes very basic and didn't add any kind of boosters. I'm definitely going to add something to the next run. I was also surprised to see after reading the manual for the Mars Hydro light for the first time today (read the manual??) that it mentioned having to maybe run higher calcium and magnesium than normally needed.

Congrats on the harvest! Looks like you got some tasty buds :fire:

@GreenMachine, Thank you sir. It dried much quicker than I would have liked due to the low humidity around here (30-35%), but hoping for a decent cure :crossed_fingers:
