Rqs stress killer&cheese

I haven 't been taking care of the plants so much this week which has lead to inconvénient conséquences. Thé stress killer looks really bad. Burnt by nutrients I would say. And the cheese still has curling down leaves. I realised the water ph is à little high (7 tout 7.1) so I decided to flush it and that s when I realised that the water ph is even higher (7.9). I double checked my ph meter and he is perfectly calibered so I am gonna get solution to control my ph and will take extra care, but I am dreading it s to late.
