Hello Diary. After the first Farm has been successfully completed, it's time for the second. Past farm was with two different strains, this time the decision fell to one, Royal Haze Automatic. As a lover of sativa, I want a daily, cheerful smoke and Royal Haze's description fits that perfectly. Also, I wanted to do another grow with automatic before starting with feminized plants. So, this is my set-up: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Fan - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Ventilation - 2X Monkey Fan 20W Oscillating Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix AirPot - 12.5 lit. Seed - Royal Queen Seed In the last grow, what I noticed was that I could improve the watering, I think the root could have developed better. So this time I decided to put Mykoriza. I bought root fertilizer and mykoriza from a new producer from Slovenia - Organics Nutrients. Big Start is a root growth promoting product, and mycorrhiza is also their product. 26/10/2019. I mixed 6g of Mykorize with 12lit BioBizz Light-Mix soil, and put in an airpot. I soaked each pot with 1.5 lit. of water (I regulated the ph with BioBizz ph -), made 3 cm holes and laid the seeds in the holes. 30/10/2019. Plants sprouted after 4 days. In the meantime, I sprayed twice a little with water on top of each pot. 31/10/2019. Day 1. The first day of Royal Haze's life. 01/11/2019. Day 2. Watering. I have BioBizz fertilizers from the last grow, and it turned out great so I decided to continue with it. I watered each plant with 1.5 liters of water into which I put 2ml/L BioBizz Acti-Vera and 2ml/L BioBizz Bio-Heaven. I also put on 2ml/L Big Start from Organics Nutrients. 02/11/2019. Day 3. What bothers me initially is the humidity of the box. During the first 5 days it was moving around 40%, the reason being the start of heating in the apartment which is drying out the air. Since the kitchen is close, I boiled a large pot of water and the evaporation has raised the humidity to 55% and since then I have managed to maintain it at about 50%. 05/11/2019. Day 6. Watering. I re-watered the plants with the same fertilizer ratios, only now I watered with less water. Each plant received about 0.7 lit. 06/11/2019. Day 7. So far everything looks good. I love watching them progress every day. Royal Haze Auto # 1 - 9cm Royal Haze Auto # 2 - 6cm Royal Haze Auto # 3 - 7cm That's it for this week. I am looking forward to the new diary and hope everything goes well.

Do you have any watering tips? No way to find out what is the best way. Do I initially water with less water but more often or soak the whole pot? Someone who has experience with airpots?

Hi iam using Airpots for around 18 months now.Its alitle tricky in the begnning until you are used to handle them. in the beginning just small amounts around the plant...Dont need to saturate the whole soil... if the plant is really big and needs big amounts of water.. you have to be patientwith the watering. If you have to give your plant 1l then do it in small steps. And dont let dry out the airpots to much , then its vry difficult to water them. I do it like this ( big plant) i water daily... and one time in the week i take the airpot, put it into my bathtub and give her slowly big amounts of lukewarm water , until all soil is saturated. Then let them stand for 1-2 hours and take them back to growroom. Use apot under the airpot too, so you are fine and dont mess to much water. Its akinda training but after the grow you are used to. Airpots are just great. They are doing the" aircut" on the roots... roots want to grow out of the holes, then they notice ... oh here is no way,,, they turn around and webbing in the pot.. so in the end your airpot is full of a nice rootsystem very webbed.. you know more roots more fruits......hope i answered if more questions to come just ask

Hello Diary. The second week is behind us. The Haze's are growing nicely, although at first they seemed to be slow progressing, but in the last week has gone wild. 09/11/2019. Day 10. Watering. This week I started adding 2ml / L BioGrow from BioBizz and I was still adding Big Start this week for root development. Each plant received about 1.5 liters of water. Air humidity is the only thing I have to regulate a bit. For the time being, I manage with boiled water but it is much drier air than in summer. 11/11/2019. Day 12. Watering. Plants received the same dose of supplementation at each watering this week. I also watered each plant with 1.5 lit. of water. 13/11/2019. Day 14. They are much more concrete today and I enjoyed taking pictures. Although this phase is not interesting to many, it is still fascinating to me every day. Royal Haze # 1 - 19cm - I noticed on the two leaves of the plant a lighter stain, these are older leaves but it may show signs of adding too much fertilizer. Royal Haze # 2 - 16cm - this Haze, I think it's a different phenotype, we'll see. The leaves are somehow brighter and face down. Royal Haze # 3 - 15cm - I have burnt spots on the two lower large leaves. There were drops from one watering and the light made those spots in those places. It's interesting how much a drop of water enhances the brightness, like a magnifying glass. This week I also won first place for the Newbie of the month, with the Royal Dwarf diary. This is a good motivation for keeping a diary even better. Hopefully it will help other growers and motivate them. That's it for this week.

Hello Diary. A very interesting week is behind us. After day 21, the three Haze's look like three different strains. I cannot explain this given that they all had identical conditions from the beginning. Haze # 1 has grown twice the size of Haze # 3. But let's start with the week from the beginning: 14/11/2019. Day 15. Watering. I stopped giving Big Start from Organic Nutrients and only continued with BioBizz. Each plant received about 1.5 lit. 17/11/2019. Day 18. Watering. This time I watered the plants with only water. I did not add any additives except regulate the water at ph 6.3 with BioBizz ph-. Each plant receive 2 lit. I also made photos. There is already a big difference in the height of the plants. They began to slowly enter into flowering. 20/11/2019. Day 21. Watering. After regulating the water at ph 6.3 I added BioBizz: Bio Heaven, Bio Grow and Acti-Vera 2ml / l. I also took photos before that. On Haze # 2 you can see a slight twist of the tips on some leaves. I don't know exactly why? I also straightened her up a bit, she started to grow not straight. Royal Haze # 1 - 50cm - the entire plant was very stretch out, with large spacing between branches. She looks lean and tall. She is literally twice as tall as Haze # 3. Royal Haze # 2 - 34cm - I pulled her a little and straightened her out because she started to grow crooked. She began to slowly streching and reach Haze # 1. Its branches are much bushy and I will probably need to make my first defoliation through next week. Royal Haze # 3 - 25cm - he is the smallest but that's why he is my favorite. He really is like a real little bush. They are very bushy branches and intertwined around each other. He certainly needs defoliation already. I find it very interesting that they are all different, I look forward to seeing what the coming days bring. We enter the flowering phase and switch the light mode to 20/4. That's it for this week, see you soon.

Hello Diary. We have come to the first week of flowering. The more interesting part of the whole cycle begins. My Haze's are developing well, each in its own way :). The only thing that bothers me is the flowers, which look kinda dry and the leaves thin and rounded. I do not know if it is due to lack of humidity in the air or insufficient watering. Although I think I am watering more, I obviously need more. I also made my first little defoliation this week, but let's start from the beginning. 21/11/2019. Day 22. I changed the light mode, 20 hours light, 4 hours dark. 23/11/2019. Day 24. Watering. I started adding Bio-Bloom, Top-Max and Alg-a-Mic from BioBizz, 1 ml / L. Each plant received about 2l of water. 24/11/2019. Day 25. I photographed plants, I love when the day of photography comes. After that I made the first Defoliation on Haze # 2 and # 3. I didn't dare to do too much, I probably should have, but I did like this so I'll see what happens. Other times I'll do better. I also measured the height of the plants. Royal Haze # 1 - 62cm Royal Haze # 2 - 44cm Royal Haze # 3 - 30cm 25/11/2019. Day 26. Watering. I added the full range of BioBizz as I did two days earlier. Also, each plant received about 2l of water. 27/11/2019. Day 28. Photographing and Watering. This time I only watered with water, with no nutrients added. I regulate water every time with BioBizz Ph-. The pH of the water I water with is always 6.3 or 6.2. The initial value before lowering the PH is about 8. Royal Haze # 1 - 71cm - Although it is the leanest and tallest, it develops nicely and I hope it does not grow too tall. At the top of the plant, I also see that the leaves are somehow curved and thin? I do not believe it is due to the light being too bright. Royal Haze # 2 - 54cm - He woke up a bit. It seemed to me to grow much slower than Haze # 1. But its branches are much denser, so I made defoliation on it, but only removed the lowest leaves. Royal Haze # 3 - 37cm - I can definitely say that defoliation helped him. It was almost impossible to water how thick the branches were at the bottom of the plant. So I removed the same leaves at the bottom of the plant. But it still looks like a bush. I don't have the experience yet enough for better defoliation. I will simply learn from my own actions. The conclusion at the end of the week is that for now everything is going well. I need to water the plants more often, literally every other day. I'll have to look a little better at those flowers and see what causes the leaves to rotate on the flowers. See you next week.

Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is behind us, the farm has become bushy. Although I did my first defoliation last week, this week I repeated defoliation and did a better job this time. After that the plants came to life, RH # 2 almost reached the height of RH # 1. It's a little lower humidity in the air than I would like. I try to maintain above 40% but sometimes it drops to 33%. Plants began to look for more and more frequent watering. Every third watering I only give water with regulated pH at 6.3. Otherwise the plants are developing beautifully, the flowers are filling up nicely and I look forward to the coming weeks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 29/11/2019. Day 30. Watering. They got their dose of food from BioBizz. 01/12/2019. Day 32. After photographing the plants I decided to do defoliation. They needed a good clean so they could breathe full lungs. They also received their nutrition portion from BioBizz. I picked up the pot with RH # 3 to be closer to the light. The Monkey fan from Secret Jardin stopped working. I have one left. They are of very poor quality. Royal Haze # 1 - 79cm Royal Haze # 2 - 67cm Royal Haze # 3 - 46cm 03/12/2019. Day 34. Watering. This time they only got water with regulated pH at 6.3. I watered the plants in the morning even though I usually water in the evening. 04/12/2019. Day 35. Taking pictures and watering. They received a portion of BioBizz scheduled for Week 5. On RH # 1 I noticed some yellow spots on the leaves, I still couldn't figure out what might bother them. But generally he seems pleased. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Royal Haze Auto #1 - 84cm - I hope it will not grow anymore because my light is raised to maximum. It seemed kinda thin to me before, but now it's just starting to fill up nicely. There are a couple of yellow spots on a few leaves, hopefully nothing scary considering only a few leaves are affected. Royal Haze Auto #2 - 75cm -because I made defoliation, everything went live. It almost reached RH # 1 in height. It also develops beautifully and the flowers are bigger every day. Royal Haze Auto #3 - 51cm - my favorite, after defoliation he was just as happy, although he is still much busier than RH # 1 and RH # 2. I lifted the whole pot by 15 cm so it's closer to light now. All in all, this week has been an interesting one, for now everything seems ok, now I have to continue to give them the best I can and watch them thank me. See you next week.

Hello Diary. I'm a little late with the post this time, but it's the end of the year and I'm wrapping up my last jobs this year. The third week of flowering is behind us and the first problems have appeared on the plants. What I suspect is a lack of CalMag or I have added too many nutrients from BioBizz. Bright yellowish spots first appeared on the leaves, which eventually turned brown. And it is most affected by the leaves around the flowers themselves. It can be seen well in the photos. I started looking to buy Epsom salt to start treating them. The plants stopped growing to a height which is great, the height of the lights is at the maximum height that the box dimension allows me to do. Otherwise the flowers are filling well, the smell is getting stronger and stronger. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 06/12/2019. Day 37. Watering. I added the dose of BioBizz scheduled for week 5. 08/12/2019. Day 39. Watering and taking photos. I only gave water them this time with pH 6.4 regulated water. No BioBizz. After taking the photo, I first noticed a serious problem with the leaves and started purchasing Epsom salt. I also measured the height of the plants. RH # 1 - 86 cm RH # 2 - 80 cm RH # 3 - 53 cm 10/12/2019. Day 41. Watering. I added a dose of BioBizz scheduled for Week 6. 11/12/2019. Day 42. Taking photos and measuring plant height. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Royal Haze Auto # 1 - 86cm - she is most affected by the lack of CalMag. More than the other two have yellowish leaves, and around the flowers there are a couple of brown leaves. Royal Haze Auto # 2 - 81cm - the leaves are generally yellower on this plant, hopefully it will stop before it develops into something worse. Royal Haze # 3 - 53cm - my favorite plant, its condition is actually the best, it has not grown like its two sisters but it develops nicely The week behind us was interesting but also worrying. I will start giving Epsom salt and see what happens. If anyone has another organic way to solve this problem, I am open to suggestions. See you soon :).

Hello Diary. A pretty stressful week is behind us. It is now clear that the plants do not respond well. I suspect the lack of Cal-Mag. It's also possible that I put in too much BioBizz. Royal Haze # 1 is the most affected, I get Epsom salt and start watering them with only water and epsom salt. I am sad that this is what is happening right now, I hope to be able to recover them before the cycle is over. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12/12/2019. Day 43. Watering. After adjusting the pH to 6.3, I added epsom salt. One tablespoon per 3.5 liters of water. I usually water the plants in the evening, but today I watered them in the morning. 13/12/2019. Day 44. Watering. This time I watered in the evening, less than 48 hours since the last watering. I did the same thing as the day before. 15/12/2019. Day 46. Watering and taking photos. Today I watered the same as the two previous times. Adjust pH to 6.3 with BioBizz pH- and add epsom salt. I also measured the height of the plants and they may have grown 1 cm. 17/12/2019. Day 48. Watering. Today I only watered with pH regulated water. For now I don't see any changes to recover, I plan to go to a grow shop for some advice. 18/12/2019. Day 49. Photography. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All three plants have grown differently but they grow beautifully, the smell is strong, the flowers are filling well. I have to put them back in balance and everything will be great. Since Christmas is approaching and Grow Diaries has released a video contest, I have decided to celebrate my first grow diaries Christmas and made a video. I hope you will like it. Merry Christmas everyone.

Hello Diary! Merry Christmas everyone. This week has been a tough one. I was really worried about the plants, the leaves turned yellowish with those brown, burnt parts all over the leaf itself. So I went to a grow shop for advice. They gave me Flora Kleen from GHE because I probably used to overdo it with BioBizz. Since these are the last weeks of flowering, I later added only Alg-A-Mic at one watering. But let's see how it's been going all week. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19/12/2019. Watering. I didn't have Epsom salt anymore so I gave them water with regulated p.H at 6.3 as always. 20/12/2019. I went to the grow shop where I shop. I showed photos there and they suspect too much of BioBizz so I bought FloraKleen from GHE to wash the soil. 21/12/2019. Watering. I added 2ml / L of Flora Kleen and I hope it helps them. 22/12/2019. Photography. My favorite part. 24/12/2019. Watering. They received water with 4ml / L Alg-A-Mic and regulated p.H 6.3 25/12/2019. Merry Christmas. Taking pictures as always on the last day of the current week. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Royal Haze # 1 - 87cm - the color difference is most noticeable on its leaves. But it has the most mature and largest buds. Royal Haze # 2 - 82cm - her leaves are all kind of yellowish. It is very branched and the buds look like balls. I think it will take a little longer than Royal Haze # 1. Royal Haze # 3 - 55cm - my favorite Haze. It looks the most beautiful, although it is much smaller. I'm thinking of removing excess leaves, but I'm afraid I'm not causing her some stress. We will see how the next days develop. Going into the finals, I think it will take another two, maybe three weeks. If anyone has any advice regarding the condition of the plants, feel free to write, I'll be grateful. See you soon.

Hello Diary! We are entering the final. Another week and finally a harvest. The plants themselves show that they are coming to an end but I will let them go for another week. I no longer add any nutrients to watering, just water with regulated p.H. at 6.3 The lower flowers have not developed enough, especially on RH # 2, I hope they fill up a little more in the last week. The smell is wonderful, it smells like citrus aroma, I can't wait to try it. Let's look at how relatively quiet this week has been. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 26/12/2019. Day 57. Watering. As of now, I only water them with regulated p.H water at 6.3. 28/12/2019. Day 59. Watering. Each plant gets between 2 and 3 liters at watering. 29/12/2019. Day 60. Photographing plants 30/12/2019. Watering. 01/01/2020. Day 63. Happy New Year. Taking pictures and watering. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Royal Haze # 1 - She has develop the best. It is the highest and, as far as I can see, the harvest will be the highest. Although the lowest buds are not compact and hard as on the upper branches. Royal Haze # 2 - She grew up really weird. The buds look like balls. The lower branches filled up quite poorly. I think the yield from it will be the lowest. Royal Haze # 3 - My favorite, He is the most beautiful to me even though he is 25-30 cm taller than his sisters. The flowers are hard and snowy and the smell is amazing. I'm starting to prepare things for harvest and I'm thinking about what to plant next, but these are all sweet worries now. We are waiting for next week to see what they will bring us. See you soon.

Hello Diary! And we came to the last week of hanging out with the wonderful Royal Haze's. Obviously ready to harvest, the flowers are sticky and full of citrus-sweet smell. I stopped adding nutrients in week 9, since then, I have been giving them clean water with regulated p.H. at 6.3. On the day 66, I removed the larger leaves to give the flowers on the lower branches a little more light. All in all, a very quiet week when it comes to plant care but with great anticipation for the harvest. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 04/01/2020. Day 66. Last watering, clear water with regulated p.H. at 6.3 with BioBizz ph -. I removed larger leaves before watering to allow the flowers on the lower branches to get more light. Photographing plants. 08/01/2020. Day 70. I first photographed the plants for what they looked like on the last day, and after that - HARVEST! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am excited to see what the result will be but I have no doubt that I will enjoy it. These 70 days have passed relatively quickly, but I am fortunate to have witnessed this, successfully, another life cycle of these beautiful plants. See you soon with the harvest report.

Hello Diary! And that day came, my second harvest. Royal Haze's have met my expectations. As I write this report, I enjoy his smoke even though it's night :). The harvest was on day 70. After that I hung them upside down in a box where they were in the dark for 7 days at a temperature of 21 degrees and a humidity of about 32%. What I did wrong was leave the fan at 80% so that it was constantly drawing in more air and thus speeding up the drying process. What I definitely improved was the watering schedule, so the roots grew much better than on the past grow. This was an organic grow, I used biobizz organic fertilizer and I used epsom salt to supplement CalMag. Grow: This was an interesting cycle. Three different plants have grown. I had some problems with RH # 1 and RH # 2. I was not able to figure out exactly what happened, but it didn't hurt too much with the outcome. These 10 weeks have gone by pretty quickly and I think I did everything in my power to give them the best conditions possible. The humidity in the air throughout the cycle was less than I would like but since it is winter and it is heating up in the flats, the dryness of the air is expected. Harvest outcome: Royal Haze #1 - 69 g Royal Haze #2 - 65 g Royal Haze #3 - 60 g Smell and Bud structure: The Buds are very sticky and smelly, it has a lemonish taste but a bit sweet. Buds are not hard and compact, they are more puffy. Conclusion: My conclusion is that I did not regret choosing Royal Haze for this grow. He fulfilled my expectations and I can enjoy his smoke all day :). After smoking, it stays positive, relaxing and creative high, which allows me to fulfill all my daily obligations. Through their growth, I have also been learning how to overcome potential problems. The next grow I say goodbye to autoflower and say hello to feminized plants. At the end of the story, I would like to thank everyone who helped and supported me. My beautiful woman, who is with me at every stage and participates in everything, even though she is not a consumer :). @James from RQS, @flowerboy, @Mrs_Larimar, @Wachsemilian, on tips and support and the whole grow diaries community. See you soon folks.
