Hello there. Orange bud, not pistils? Let's talk about it. Firstly, plants look great and you're coming up to the finish line here. Great job๐Ÿ‘. There's not a picture of the orange bud you mentioned but I do believe I know what you're talking about. If you were able to add a photo of what you're seeing, that may help us question answers a tad more, but let's just talk on what we know and your current environment. A bud starting to turn orange may very well be a localized anomaly of the plant. If this is the only area you saw the dis-coloration, then I would not panic one bit. Some of our plants can act funny near the end and in no way, shape or form (according to the environmental numbers) do I believe this is bud rot you're looking at. I believe this is a simple phenotype and/or random mutation/anomaly. You didn't do anything wrong by chopping her (you were taking a precaution) but it may have been nothing at all. Your temperature and relative humidity readings are on PAR and these conditions should not start a bud rot scenario ( SHOULD NOT! lol). You're running 25 degrees and 40%, that is optimal. Once we go into the 26+ and 60%+ RH territory should bud rot become a possible issue. If you're concerned with this dis-coloration/issue and your gut tells you something is off (possible bud rot starting), I simply suggest dropping your temp and RH (23 degrees and 25-35% RH). At this stage of flower, the lower 25% humidity should not hurt them at all๐Ÿ‘ Lastly, air circulation is key. Adding additional fans for air flow will help keep any standing moisture from establishing itself and/or effecting your plants. Things look great, I don't think you're in bud rot territory and I genuinely feel this may be a simple, localized issue with a simple top. If you can add pictures in the update, that would be great! Until then, I hope this helped, don't panic and all will be well. Drop me a PM if you'd like to speak further. I'll be kicking around๐Ÿ˜‰โœŠ

@TheUk420Show, Anytime you wanna talk cannabis, I'll be here, so no problem! And you're looking good man. You took the right approach to this issue and everything's going to be A OK. So close to finish line and the smoke already looks mouthwatering. Keep it up my friend and happy trails ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‰. You got this.

@JinksyGrows, I defenatly am now I can see the widows turning brown :) I cannot wait not to have to shell out my own money for smoke I am very excited but also I am patient around 2 weeks and 2 days left so I can't be too optimistic yet until around a week from now when I start to deefoliate for the lonng awaited harvest :) I decided to stick with this while I noticed the NPK of overdrive does actually have some nitrogen in it and its only effected 2 of my ladies I just know to adjust my formula for the next one. So happy these have turned out well as my last hermed out and had to tear them down prematurely which left me with well no other word but around 3 ounces of Mexican ditch weed :P so a whole new tent and a massive hunt for liight leaks and it seems to have paid off along with a deep clean of all equipment. If I notice the lack of nitrogen I may purchase some extra powder just to be sure :) thanks for all your advice jinks could not of got this far without you.
