I had a similar problem. I grew with ph around 6.4 - 6.5. Then i adjust and hold PH on 5.8 - 6.0 and the plants get better soon.

You are watering at 6.5ph ? in coco it is advised to water at 5.9ph, this could solve everything. I would flush out and continue watering with adjusted ph levels, if no change try increasing the grow nute. ๐ฑ๐
