Today I transplanted my baby to a Propot 15L growbag. I am using a organic super soil, rich in nutrients. I will not use bottled nutrients in the coming weeks, just water.
I also started my main-lining. At the moment, she seems to be starving ... but should improve in the coming days. We'll see!
We continue only with water, nutrient-rich organic soil. This week I keep changing the strings as the ends of the branches grow. I like to let the plant grow several new branches before making the last apical pruning at the ends of the branches. I don't like to interfere much with growth, just watch.
I traveled for two weeks and could not update the diary. A friend watered the plant while I was traveling. Now that I'm back, I've done a defoliation and started a scrog (this is my first scrog). The plant is really beautiful.
We are flowering! Well, as I said before ... I'm using very nutrient rich soil. All I have done is just water it and watch the plant grow on SCROG. As the flowering stage began this week, I only fed the soil with Top Crop Micro Vita to keep the soil alive.
We only continue with water, nothing more! It is beautiful and strong, today we start the second week of flowering. We have already seen some pistils and I can already imagine that the harvest will be of high yield.
We have entered the third week of flowering and we can already see many flowers blooming. It is summer in my country and it has been very hot, I have to water almost every day. Once a week I water the plant with enzymes to keep the soil clean. This week I fed her once with Big Bud and Bud Candy, to boost my harvest.
We started the fourth week of flowering and everything is fine. This genetics from Barney's Farm is actually very easy to grow. This week I fed again with Big Bud and Bud Candy, but this time I added B-52 to the solution. In addition, I will water only with enzymes. And another irrigation only with Micro Vita and Alg-A-Mic, so I will keep my soil alive and fed. I also did a defoliation to improve air circulation.
We arrived halfway through our journey, I'm looking forward to the harvest. I noticed the tips of the leaves a little golden, so I will decrease the dosage of stimulants this week. Only one watering will be done with the fertilizers. As I joined the fifth week, I switch from Big Bud to Overdrive. I only have 1ml more of Overdrive. In the sixth week I will replace it with Atami B'Cuzz Blossom Builder, it will be the first time I use this brand ... I want to test it.
We are almost there! In the last week we faced a small magnesium deficiency. At first I thought it was an overfert ... the tips of the leaves started to turn yellow. I stopped feeding her for a few days and as it progressed I realized that it was actually hunger. After watering with Bud Candy the problem was solved and has not progressed further.
We're doing great. As we are in the final stretch, I started to reduce the watering with fertilizers to avoid an unpleasant result. This is why planting is turning yellow, but it is nothing to worry about ... since we are close to harvest!
The final week!!! I can't believe we're close to harvest, I've been waiting for this for five months. This week there is nothing else to do, just watch and admire. I made a flush on the plant with Flawless Finish and from now on I will water only with water until the harvest, which will be next week :)
This strain is really incredible. I cultivated it once in the past, it was winter and the weather was more favorable to cultivate it. This time I cultivated in the middle of summer in my country and it was not easy to control the high temperatures and high humidity caused by the rains. Even so, I had no major problems growing it. In the middle of the season I had a small magnesium deficiency, but I think it was caused by the high humidity that week, which made it difficult to absorb nutrients. With luck, I was able to correct the deficiency easily before it caused any damage to my harvest. It is certainly very resistant to mold, as the humidity and heat were really high in my country. I took great care to ensure enough air circulation. I am very happy with the result and looking forward to tasting after the cure. But, some popcorn are already being tasted.
