Hey, after two weeks of flushing she turned purple and looks awesome! Rock hard buds coverd with milky trichomes. What a beautiful strain! To reduce the ph i add a little vinegar. I chop her next friday 10.4.... Ribeye with Chimichurri Sauce Recipe Ingredients _*for the chimichurri sauce: *_1 quart parsley, chopped (optional: 8 cannabis fan leaves, finely chopped) 1/3–1/2 cup fresh garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon red chili flakes 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon kosher salt 2 cups canola or other neutral oil 2 cups olive oil _*for the ribeye: *_2 bone-in ribeye steaks kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. 2 tablespoons kief-infused butter (optional) 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons olive oil Directions 1. For the chimichurri sauce, mix parsley, cannabis leaves (if using), garlic, red chili flakes, oregano, red wine vinegar, salt, and oils in a large bowl. 2. Rub the steaks with generous amount of salt and pepper. Let rest in fridge uncovered for ten hours or overnight. Take out of fridge two hours before cooking and allow to come to room temp. 3. In a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, warm the regular olive oil. Working with one ribeye at a time, cook, flipping once, until well browned and cooked to desired doneness. The timing will depend on the thickness of the steak; a steak 3/4 inch thick will take 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare, or 135F on an instant-read thermometer. Transfer ribeye to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining steak. 4. Cut steaks against the grain into slices about 1/2 inch thick and transfer to individual plates. Serve topped with infused butter, if desired, and accompanied by the chimichurri. See you next week with the harvest.

Grow Questions

She is turning yellow from the buttom up. Ph is perfect and i feed her the right amount of fertilizer. Magnesium deficiency? I vegged her for 2 month, maybe there is to much salt from the fertilizer left at the buttom of the pot? This is a Strawberry Haze not the Bubblegum.

Hey there, So my first thought was N but you're adding that in...but with that interveinal coloring that feels more like mag. If you arent using a calmag supplement id come through with a nice flush to break up any salts and then add a final watering with all necessary nutrients if theyre available. Have you checked your runoff ph? I know you said your ph is perfect..but sometimes I do a double check and check my runoff just in case. Happy flowering ✌️

Never heard of this strain but I do like her look. She almost looks like the greens in my kale/lettuce garden. So leafy and green you may want to keep an eye out for little bunny rabbits like me :)

Hey, I was looking at a couple weeks and noticed in the photos from week 7, the 1st flowering week all the new growth sites were very bright...any chance there might be an iron connection...which would fit with your worry over the possible magnesium deficiency.

@@ShotGunBob, no no. No waste of time, i forgot about the mention of the different strains.✌️ My outdoors had really bright new growths too...and they always grew out into a nice healthy green like this diaries has. So maybe there isn't a connection to iron...just bright leaves.😊

@Experimentgreen, i used this diary to ask a question for another plant. The diary is bubblegum and the problem has the Strawberry Haze wich has no diary. I mentiont that in my grow question. Sry if you wasted your time.

I've learned that going to 18 hours light helps with stress from training your plants, especially topping. I also spray the plants when they're in the dark with water ph'd to 6.8 with added organic kelp. I just posted day 21 on my plants and they show little to no stress from topping. Hope this helps. Happy Growing🤙
