Jan 18 at 3am: :( Snapped the largest top doing LST. Taped her together, immediately.
Jan 19th 11:40pm Update: She does not look affected. :D
- added a cheap YGROW 100w/35W power draw to my 36" x 20" x 62" tent
I love her structure and massive leaves. Quite a bit diff than my first Amnesia grow.
My first Amnesia grow by Dinafem was at low PH values. Another difference is that this grow is not in a squat pot and the medium it is growing within is different.. This journal of Amnesia is mainly wiggle worm castings, perlite, some coco coir and Gaia Green slow release nutrients. (see week one for percentages of medium materials) My 1st Amnesia grow was mainly coco coir medium. I also juiced up nutrients in my second Amnesia grow.
After I split the main stalk, she seems to be doing fine. What a pleasant surprise. :D So hearty and versatile.
Day 33/Feb 1, 2019: Tilled top soil and added 12 tablespoons of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Bloom and 8 tablespoons of 4-4-4 Veg slow release nutrients. More tilling to come. I till before and 2-3 times after nutrient application to top soil. If the surface becomes crusted, from nutrients hardening, water does not distribute throughout the pot and runs off to the sides of the pot. Not a bad trade off to till top soil amendments, especially considering that I only feed slow release nutrients once a month.
She is a beauty! XXL! :) I love her structure, and strength after I split her main stalk.
Vegetative LED lights are turned off for most pictures.
She seems to be a late bloomer compared to my first Amnesia XXL grow in coco coir. Her trichomes show me that she has at least 2-3 weeks to go. Lots of them are still developing heads
Day 91: Trimmed and jarred 79.1 grams (partial harvest)
Day 97: Trimmed and jarred 35grams (final harvest)
Total: 114.10 grams / 4.025 ounces
I must have smoked at least 5 grams that was not included in my final count :)
