Big Buds Hydroponic Method 1

Hey 👋 Welcome to my diary 📔 In this serious of diaries ill try to show you a method works great for me in terms of results and yielding quantity. (read more below grow environment) Grow Environment: 🏕️ Tent Size: 4 X 4 💡 Veg: Cali Solar Xtreme 250 Flower: Cali Solar Xtreme 250 + 500 🌊 Hydroponic Growth 🍯 5 GL Pots 💨 3-4 Air pumps each pot 🌪️ Viparspectra Carbon Filter + 3 different size fans (exhaust, intake, etc) ⏲️ Light Schedule 22/2 at the beginning. Each week I take off 30 minutes in steps till 19/5 at flowering. The Change: 🎁 Instead of putting the seeds in hay (or w/e this thingy called) and then put it in a net with some hydrotones I will do this: - I put my seeds in this "Grow anything" Kit by AeroGarden, then I drill a hole in the pot and put it straight in. I found that when using net the root system would waste extra (wasted) effort to grow those big thick healthy roots and push them outside towards the water. When using this plastic pods your plant will waste less energy on rooting with more potency. Or in other words: Faster, Bigger, Denser Yield ! Growing fast as usual, I expect nothing but great from dinafem - my preferred breeder. Will explain more when there is new to explain - so far were vegging and having fun 😆

👋 Minor changes this week: - Replaced water to begin feed blooming nutrition - Day 21 moved from 1 gallon reservoir to a 5 one Getting ready for flowering and real action :)

😃 So this autoflower grows super fast so far so good. 🔪 Defoliated some leaves, decided do not top this one. Will begin LST shortly :) See you next week

Hello again: - Added advanced nutrients for bloom stage - Maintaining 5.8 PH water level - Added One more double air pump (4 total) - Fooling move of the week: adding some BT speaker to my tent playing relaxing music @ 540Hz. (It made me laughed even more the time I watered my plants with Evian water 😂) Defoliated a bit more (just about 10%). I will let her recover for a couple of days and being some lollipoping with LST. 😎 Weekly Update: The plant has growth to 70cm height at day 36 :) 🔪 Most of defoliation and lollipoping has been done - trying not to stress the auto too much. 🌹 LST Update: I do branch a day - so I began 5 branches training by now. Weekly thought 💭 : I think I do not know much about auto's - considering to do some HST, the upper leaves are really big, watery and makes a lot of shade. I took very little off. Do you think its ok to remove them all? 😮 Day 38 Update: She has grown 10cm / 4" in 48 hours. I hope she’s done stretching because I have no power left to lift my lights every other day 😷 Day 36: 69Cm/27.1" ---> Day 38: 79.5 Cm/31.3" 💥 🥊 First cloning attempt ever seem to be a success :) P.s She drinks almost a gallon per day - never seen anything like that before. Luckily I am using DWC otherwise I would never dare to water one gallon every day. See you next week - Stay tuned 💥 😝

Weekly Update: - See strains comparison, planted same day, got the same attention and love. On the left my method (see week 1 explanation and description) 85CM, on the right the normal method - 65CM, buds on the left way bigger. - Decided to just defoliate this week due to not topped. Main cola is very high and it wont be proportional at all if I will bend the other branches. - Lets see if we can get around 5oz dry from this one :) - First time I am growing autoflower and feel like 5 gallon reservoir is not enough. 😮

📶 Week 8 Updates: 💨 🌬️ Added more fans to maximize Co2 💡 Secondary lights added (solar extreme 250 in addition to main sx 500) 🛠️DIY Dehumidifier - advanced blooming means time to decrease humidity down. Grab a container, any kind you like. Better to use mostly rock salt, but you can use also sea salt and rice. I placed 3 dishes in the tent, it took humidity down from 55-60% to 40-45% within 2 Hours. Great hack. ♨️ As you can see comparison of my growth method vs "regular" one. Left plant my method, right one reg method. Same strains, planted same day and got the same love and care as well as nutritions. Left one - 15 CM higher, bigger buds, looks healthier 😍 ✅ Stay tuned for end of W8 updates and W9 :)

Week 9 - looking great 👍 - Began to flush with ph water 💦 💧 I prefer to decrease the PPM a bit each time and flush by giving her 30L of ph water in total - about 2.5L each day. - The size and especially the dense looks awesome. - The other seed, planted in "regular" or common method is still behind in terms of size, buds, dense etc' 😎 Stay tuned for weekend updates. From day 58 Ill try to keep daily updates till harvest :) 💪

Week 10 updates: 👍 Day 64 - Flushing progress: so far gave 16L of ph water. The reservoir is 20L total, I assume she will get around 30L of ph'd water by harvest day. 💨 Humidity levels decreased: 30-40%. Temperature levels decreased: Night 18-20 - Day 23-24. I believe she need 7-10 days more before harvest, around 40-50% turned cloudy - amber. Although its an auto the flowering time is lot more like fem - 8 weeks (ish) Stay tuned 📻 🌱

😎 Welcome to W11 Updates: As you can see not much to tell, counting the days to harvest. Trichomes check suggest it will be ready within 4-6 days. First time I didnt replaced the entire water, flushed ph water for 15 days by now. Water reservoir is 20 L (5G), so far she had 30L of fresh water and no major yellowing seems so far 🤔 Any ideas about this one? 💦 💨 Humidity decreased even slightly lower to maximum of 40%. Throwing some ph'd ice cubes I prepared ahead into the reservoir to maintain water temperature in 17-18c as much as possible. 💡 I never tried 2 days darkness before, is it any good or just a myth? 📷 Stay tuned for my upcoming Harvesting Party Event in Zoom app. I will leave meeting details and zoom id's in Thursday, April 9th. 💥 👊 See you all, Hans

I will share with you results of past 3 harvests and how I increased yield over 15% each time with the method I developed 😆 Stay Medicated ✌️

♨️Chopped about 30% of the girls at the end of W7 to flowering. Decided to go a bit deeper and longer. 🔪 I would like to give her a few more days and test the flavor and effects after curing. Although I flushed for 22 days by now, yellowing just appeared two days ago :o So far I chopped 140g wet which turned to be 55g after 8 days at drying. Hope to get 50g from those. This is also something I wanted to test - if i will continue for an other week or two it would become fattened.

Day 85 (63 into flowering) Updates: 🔪 Chopped about half in the past 10 days. Chopped diary so far: Wet: 454g Fully Dry: 40g Still Drying: 90g (I assume they will end at 50-60 dry) 🏺 40g dries moves to cure process Nothing new under conditions. Its getting hotter though and Im trying to keep the tent below 25c which is slightly hard. 🌱 I want to give her a few more days and test differences between 3 harvests. (Day 50 flowering, day 58 and the upcoming one) See you next week when she’s all harvested ✌️

Pretty happy with my growing. Enjoyed dinafem seems as always. I extremely like their seeds and they produce the most for me.
