Fastbuds FBT30 (wedding cheesecake)

This is the second one of my tester seeds from fastbuds. The only knowledge I have on this one is it’s “mostly sativa”. Figuring on it wanting to stretch I offset the plant to the corner of the pot so I have a little more room to grow when training. I won’t be topping any of these testers. I figure it’s prolly best to not stress strains I have no guidelines on growing. We will see how she goes. She germinated quickly and shot out of the soil quickly. Seems like she’s really ready to go!

Growing good and growing fast. Started some training this week. This is supposed to be the mostly sativa strain. So we will see how the growth comes on here soon. So far everything is looking pretty good on her.

Not much going on this past week. Little bit of lst adjustments, but that’s about it. Looking healthy, growing steady. That’s about that for this week.

This week hasn’t brought a whole lot of change. She’s getting bigger and filling out some. I’m still trying to keep her down as low as I can. Remembering this is a sativa dominate strain and I have only so much room to work with, keeping her low and compact is priority especially with the Pineapple Express trying to take over my entire tent. So far everything seems to be going pretty much as planned on her. Flowering can’t be far behind

Not a whole lot to report this week. Growing as it should. Gaining some size. Flowering should be starting anytime. So far, this has been a really easy friendly strain to grow.

Did some final defoliation this week. Had a little mess up on the main stem and broke the tip slightly. I taped it up and it’s still growing, so I’m not really too concerned about that. Other than that, a pretty uneventful week just waiting for flowering to start and make this one really explode. Should be any time now I’d assume. L no

Gave this one a good flush between veg and flowering this week. Switching from the FoxFarm line up to the GHE maxibloom for flowering. It’s doing so well with my Pineapple Express and FBT29 it just makes sense. This week has produced some stretch. Everything is looking pretty good so far. I’ve done some light defoliation. A few bigger fan leaves here and there, but nothing major. Just really letting her start to take her own shape right now and will adjust accordingly.

Business as usual with this one. She’s starting to stretch and take form. I prolly need to do some defoliation this week. I’m gonna let her go a few more days and see how she looks though. A little bit of lst this week, but nothing major. Just trying to keep it all flat and even. That’s about all to report on this one. See you next week

I did some light defoliation this week. The stretch is still on. She’s reaching up, but not too bad so far. I’m using the little spiderfarmer sf1000 on this one now that the bubble gum has finished up. It did a really good job on that one, so I think it’ll finish out this tester just fine. Other than that, it’s business as usual. She’s looking healthy, growing good, smells are starting to come out, and the colors are looking pretty.

She’s starting to fill out nicely finally. It’s really hard to get a read on her smell. She’s in the same tent as 29 and GG so they’re both overwhelming everything. Everything seems to be going as I’ve planned so far. So can’t complain too much.

Trichomes are slowly popping up everywhere. The buds are filling out slowly but surely. It’s getting a nice smell to it, but it’s hard to really get a read on it, as the other plants that are further along are drowning it out. But I’m liking the way this is shaping up. Looking like it’s going to be a pretty dense bud producer. This one won’t be huge, but I’m sure it’s one we’re going to run again in the near future.

This week has just been watching the buds form and trichomes pile on. It’s really surprising how many there are this early on. However, it’s a good problem to have. I won’t complain. Her smells are coming out nicely, yet still hard to place. I think she’s about done with the stretch now, so hopefully she’s going to start putting on some good weight here soon.

This beauty just keeps on shining. The trichome are piling on more and more by the day. The smell is becoming really strong. Almost a sweet smell mixed with nice skunk at this point. Just did a little lst and opened her up a bit with the extra space in the tent now. So, we will see what next week bring.

Another week down. She’s just chugging along as expected still. The trichomes just keep on piling on more and more though. She’s pretty for sure. The smells are just the same as last week, STRONG. Lol. That’s about that for this week. Just timing and waiting to start flushing in the next week or so.

Trichomes are all milky and looking nice. So I started the flush this week. She’s covered with frost. A really pretty plant that smells great. Not much to report this week, just letting her do her thing.

Well, didn’t do much but give pH water. Still just waiting for her to finish up. The vibrant colors are coming out naturally and the trichomes are barely showing amber. Timing seems to be about perfect so far. I can’t wait for this one to finish up. She’s gorgeous, smells delicious, and just a nice plant to grow. Couldn’t ask for much more.

She’s getting beautiful. Just about finished. I’m gonna put her in dark tonight for a couple days then it’ll be harvest. She smells wonderful, and is just gorgeous. Covered everywhere in trichomes. I can’t wait to try this. We will get some harvest pictures of it too. This one might have the best color fade we’ve done yet.

Harvest time is upon us. This one turned out pretty decent. I could have done it better. In hindsight I almost wish I would have grown this one straight up. However, plenty of bud coverage and a decent yield when dry I assume. With that said, this thing is gorgeous. So many colors came out here at the end. The trichomes are everywhere. Layers on layers of them. She smells on the sweeter side of things right now with the smell of fresh cut weed. Another 10 days or so and we will give it a try. This girl did real well the whole way through. It got a little tricky keeping her tied down. But she did and everything worked. Another good genetic from fastbuds. Can’t wait to taste!
