Ok so for my second grow ever it went as expected. This is my first known genetics and I'm excited for my first auto flower. 420 F.B. seeds popped over night. Grew fast and strong. Good first week. I have a brand new Mars Hydro TS 1000 due to arrive tomorrow or Tuesday. Once I get that I will transplant to my final pot.
Was topping week. Topped main colas. Then topped again for 6 colas. Canopy is nice and even. Just going to feed and light defoil. Now it's all on her. Grow baby grow.
Well ended tossing here into flowering. Just growing pasta.
Slowly adding nutes @ 1/4 suggested dose rate. Added to my homemade CalMag.
Ok so as week 4 draws to a close everything's on track. She's growing fast. Great genetics.
It's not that common but it happens , it happened 3 or 4 time furing the last 3 years for me. The last time was with a Cream cookies from fast buds which grown like if I have toped her twice. Take advantage of that genetic trait to apply some LST method or to do it easier
Started out rough but she's pulling through. Started making tri's. Now to relax and let her heal. Couple more days and I'll start the tiger bloom at 1/3 dosage.
End of the week. She's happy and stacking on the flower. Trichome production in full swing on my spaghetti farm.
Ok as you can tell I had a nute fuck up. I gave her a half gallon flush and had to remove the brittle fan leaves. So is there anything else I need to do except let her breath and just water?
So the week is ending and nothing strange to report. Feed & forget. Wish I had more soil and a bigger pot bit I used what I had. Next time I have 5 gallon cloth bags. She's root bound now. As tall as she is in only 2 gallons of dirt is pretty good.
So not nitrogen deficiency. It's light burn. Being that my lights at the highest it can be I am starting to let it have some rest at night. 20/4 now. Already the leaves are less brittle. Ph is balancing. Buds are fattening up nicely.
So day 50 and I decided to do a final trim. Cut out the small inside buds and trimmed leaves that were damaged.
Day 52 noticeable change in stigma colors. Starting to change to Orange. Harvest is coming. Pretty excited. 1-2 more weeks. Fat bottomed bitches rule!
Day 54 noticeable amber Trichomes. Roughly 3-7%. Harvesting at around 20%. It's already a hard hitting Indica. No need to amplify the couch lock. Should be within a 10-14 day window to harvest.
Day 56. Week 8 ends. So by the Trichomes color I'll be flushing today. We are close. The buds started packing on that final phase "fatness". Not long now.
Trichomes: so my sugar leaves are showing a bunch of Amber's. Buds are almost 100% cloudy. I'm only at like 55 days from germination. I'd love to let the buds fatten up as much as I can. My question is "How fast do the Trichomes go from cloudy to amber?" Close to harvest??
hey there, trichomes take about 2 weeks to go from clear to cloudy, but from cloudy to amber is a question of the degradation of the outer membrane of the trichome , so that can happen quickly even before it's milky or in the right conditions never happen at all . Main determinants are air flow, heat, contact, and humidity . the moment there are no more clear trichomes that's when you're at maximum potency in terms of THC. Hope this helps ! 🚀
Day 57. Flushed her today.
Day 58 she's 99.99% done. Nuther day or two maybe. Gave her a pretrim. Just the yellow dead tips. I'm guessing dry weight around 1.67 oz. Lol
She took off from the start and no matter how hard I tried to kill her she put on some fat buds. VERY high resin. Sticky as hell. The smell is insane! Trimming her up but I left 2 nodes with lower buds to fatten more. I'll post wet weights tonight when my friend stops by.
Wet weight: 3.81 oz of TRIMMED wet bud.
After drying I'm at 1.42 oz. Smoke is smooth but flavors mild right now as it still needs cured. Can taste the sweetness though.

@@Athos, that's the plan. My first time. So just did what made sense. Ran plain water through it to flush out. Pruned back the damaged fan leaves. Letting her be.
@RussianGrower,she's a grower. I'll only do a light defoilage on her as she goes but that's it. This Mars TS1000 has a ton of light for one plant. It's pretty sick.
Day 26 pics. Grew almost an inch in a day! Wow! She's strong. Definitely in the stretch now. Pulled up 5 clicks on the ratchet straps. She's reaching for it. Still tight nodes.

@Fast_Buds, Ok I'm kind of giddy! Please look at my daily pictures. How is she growing THIS fast? I've compared her to at least 40 Diaries...same breeder and strain...and none have grown this fast. I'm like at their 3 week pictures on day 9. I TOPPED THE 4TH NODE TODAY!
@GYOweed, I'm going to use it next cycle. Got a fan coming. Without keeping it cool my light tossed out to much heat. Also keep it 3-5" off the ground. Without airflow you'll most likely get mold
Was worried. Since she started out so fast I double topped her. Fingers crossed I didn't stunt her growth to badly. She coming out of the second topping and is starting to grow FAST again. Let's see!
Ok removed the ballast for now. Some heat coming from these lights. Gonna let it go for a bit n check the temp. Don't want to burn her. So may not be able to keep it there. Will try and make it work.
