This one is called geeked up because I'm so fuckin excited to see how slurricane come out, AND I need the red flowers from the Red Mandarine. I can't find any info on Punch 3.0, guessing it's a purple punch cross but we'll see Planted Monday 3/9. Punch 3.0 sprouted first, on Friday the 13th, Red Mandarine and Slurricane came throughout Friday. GDP came on 3/14. I normally get sprouts in 4-5 days goin straight in the dirt.

Cold most of the week. I ran lights 24hrs last few days so temps wouldn't dip below 60. Punch 3.0 may be showing a little stress from all of it. Looking good so far. Video is from Saturday - I normally use the vipar alone for veg, I added the UFO for heat for a couple of days. I expected it to be too much light for seedlings but they are taking it fine so far. I will see if I see a difference in growth from blue to red side.

All looking good. Red Mandarine and Slurricane looking the healthiest you can say. Red Mandarine is on the blue light side, slurricane red light side, punch 3.0 in the middle and GDP on blue side. GDP was not happy on red side so switched to blue and it perked up in a hr or two. Punch 3.0 made the biggest improvement this week, I was scratching my head on it a week ago, can't wait to see how it turn out now. Been running some experiments with light cycles for a while; 24/0, 20/4, 18/6. My plants always look happier and grow faster on 18/6.

I'm watering every 3 days with a couple drops of rapid start. I use fox farms soil so they have food for now. I decided to keep second light for heat, raised it up to about 24 in. Temps get around 77 during day hours and the plants love it. Red Mandarine is the fastest growing so far. Looks very healthy with no issues. Slurricane in 2nd, has been doing some serious praying the last couple days. You can definitely see the purple punch influence in the Slurricane leaves. Punch 3.0 is the most interesting looking plant of the bunch. I can't tell how much is user error and what's genetics. She is a little stunted, I think soil was too compact or I waited too long to water (or both), but stem turned red and she didn't grow for a couple days. You can see some of that leaf shape in the Slurricane (purple punch x do si dos). GDP has some issues from the start but has recovered nicely. Looking forward to see what it does this week.

Great week of veg! Red Mandarine and Slurricane were looking very healthy so decided to f that up. Took off a top fan leaf on both of them to see how they would react. I saw more growth from lower stems of red Mandarine, no difference with the Slurricane. Red Mandarine is still beasting. I took opposite fan leaf because of how well it responded to first. I will see if it evens itself out so will not top for a while. Slurricane did not like defoliation much, still looks healthy but slower growth for a couple days. I will let her start growing again and top in about a week. GDP is looking good, I held off on defoliation for now. Will start tucking some leaves this week. Punch 3.0 is still a challenge but it is showing growth. I've been making sure ph stays stabilized. **Beast mode activated for GDP! Looks like she grew an inch last night, now taller than Red Mandarine and has a thick stem. Red Mandarine still has more side branching at this point.

Spent these last two weeks figuring out problems with everybody except GDP. I now know my pH pen needs to be recalibrated. Before I knew this I went around fucking my plants up with low ph. Here's how that went.. Punch 3.0 started to grow more deformed leaves and looked to stop growing altogether last week. This is the only one that low ph didn't seem to be the problem. I eventually came to soil being too compact. I let it dry all the way out then watered with plain water yesterday and it looks to be improving. I gave this one a stem rub and it smells sooo good. Straight gas with a little bit of punch. This is the only one giving off this much of a smell so far. Slurricane and Red Mandarine stopped growing and showed calmag deficiency symptoms. Flushed both of them and they look to be growing again. GDP has stayed strong through it all. I went ahead and topped it to keep height closer to the others. GDP is a reg with a thick stem and loose node spacing. I'm wondering if I have a male, I need one.

Everybody is now on different watering schedule, Punch 3.0 on different feeding schedule smh..but we moving! Slurricane was the first to pot up because it's showing signs of root stress. When I transplanted I found the drain holes were a little clogged and the bottom half I'm of soil was very wet and smelled like bad and gas. I put in new pot and watered with superthrive and rapidstart. Haven't seen improvement yet but I think will recover soon. Punch 3.0 will be transplanted next. I watered with plain water for a couple weeks to use up all nutrients and start fresh. When bottom leaves started to yellow I added garden tone organic nutes and blood meal. You can see the color coming back in now. Man this one still smells so f'in good while others have no smell yet. Red Mandarine and GDP uneventful this week, in a good way. I expect them to really take off when transplanted. I will try to sex GDP before transplant *I was about to take pics of the GDP with my phone and knocked over my camera 😫. High shit! It seems to be ok though. Anyway pics of GDP coming soon.

All of the plants growing well. I decided to scrap the salts for all of them and stick with organic ferts during veg. Slurricane showing signs of improvement. Did some low stress training on her. Punch 3.0 is getting alot better. Had to bend her over a little bit. I want to see more side branching from her this week. **Update**Her stem is much stiffer than the others at this point so LST not going well. 🤙🏽 GDP looking more and more like a male but no preflowers yet 😫 Red Mandarine is very healthy, will start looking for clones by the end of the week.

Great week..or two. Prepping them for flower at this point. Punch 3.0 and Red Mandarine are in final pots. I saw first pistils as I was taking pics for this. I found them on the GDP, who I was hoping was male, also the only reg. I mean I was slightly disappointed that GDP was not a male but she is going to be a fucking beast! Punch 3.0..im kind of annoyed with her at this point. I haven't given her the best grow, but she has been sick the whole damn time. I think she will be some real fire but not taking clones of this one. She will probably get the second spot in flower tent so Slurricane and Red Mandarine can develop a little more. Slurricane is looking great. Had to recover from soggy roots but has really bounced back nice the last couple of days. I made a mistake and super cropped her trying to tie her down, interested to see how it works. Red Mandarine bounced back from transplant shock yesterday. Plenty of space for the roots to play, I expect a strong week from her. I thought GDP was a male but now I have pistils. Will be putting her in a 5 gal bucket soon. A very strong plant, I can't wait to get this one in the flower tent! **Update - Punch 3.0 first day flower 5/18 14.5 inches tall. I tried to lst her for at least a week, release her and she straightens up in one night..stubborn b!@$%

Been battling the dreaded root aphids in the flower room 😣. It's always something right. Took me forever to figure out what was going on but now I have a couple guns for this gunfight instead of a knife. I will give a tea in a few days to take out the rest of them. Seriously, going through this has made me learn much more about deficiencies, pests and the flowering cycle. Sucks for my pics but great learning for the long run. Red Mandarine and punch 3.0 are in flower at this point, Slurricane and GDP on deck! Red Mandarine is going into flower on 5/26 at 16 inches tall. She is becoming pretty bushy but I'm expecting a big stretch. I will be deleafing her and taking alot of clones this next week. She has been very impressive in veg, now let's see how she flowers. GDP, I'm waiting on one of her clones to root b4 she goes into flower. They were very woody so it's taking a while. I wanted to do some training on her but stems wayyyyy to stiff. Other than that showing a little nute excess. Flushing her and fighting bugs this week. Punch 3.0 finally looking happy. Another one with very stiff stems. I'm kind of tempted to take a cut just for the hell of it. I haven't decided yet but gotta make decision tonight. I can't wait to see how she flowers. Not a good veg but expecting great flower. Slurricane is looking great. Transplanted into final bucket tonight. I could definitely tell aphids have slowed root progression. I will focus on building roots in her new home so she will definitely have a great flower.

So much to say, I will continue to update throughout the day. It's funny how they all have a very similar height even though I wasn't aiming for a canopy with them. All trained differently. I used tomato tone and neem seed meal top dressings. Water in terpinator and big bud this week. They are all around 16 inches from lights. Punch 3.0 day 19 of flower (6/6). She's the farthest along. Red Mandarine - 6/6 is 11 days since the flip and the pistils are poppin. 25 inches tall Slurricane - 6/6 is 9 days into flower, looks beautiful, some pistils but not poppin yet. 25 inches tall GDP is 9 days into flower, looks good, smaller root base and still battling root aphids with her. I have been using an extra fan on her to dry the soil quicker. 25 inches tall.

Yea..I think I can safely say, shit may get a little out of hand. I've been out of town (and the garden) for three days. I was expecting to open the tent and see mold and dead shit everywhere given the period 🔴😡 that mother nature's been on lately; but, I was pleasantly surprised. .. Slurricane seriously stretched 5 inches in those three days. She's 37 inches/day 17 flower, she and Red Mandarine were the same height when I left. I got back opened the tent and I'm like W..T..F. Kinda in a good way but I didn't want to pack too tight with the heat and humidity we're getting right now..and she definitely got a little bigger than I was expecting. Not tightly stacked, looks very good. Red Mandarine is 32 inches, day 19 flower. She stretched alot like I thought she would, a bushy beast she is. Looks like a skunky pheno. Didn't purple from the start like I see on some other journals but anything can happen. GDP dried out for the first good time while I was gone and that seemed to help. She is right around 32 inches/day 17 flower also, but no where near as bushy as Red Mandarine. Very strong looking with stiff stems. I'm thinking two 1ft+ colas from her. Punch 3.0 is doing pretty good, I'm going to ph the runoff next water, I think she may be low. She is week 4 flower, pretty blah at this point but maybe a strong finish. Looks like she will be a longer flower as well. ..And yes I know I need to defoliate a little more **6/15 - Punch 3.0 starting to frost up. I keep looking at it to make sure not mold. It's not mold, it looks like very hairy (immature trichomes maybe) pistils make it look almost fuzzy 🤤🤤 ***6/17 Man Slurricane has an extra gear in flower. Started at 16 inches and now 40 inches with a very sexy stack. Once again, I'm Geeked!

GDP is day 28 of flower, she's gorgeous. Looks exactly like GDP should. I'm only worried she will take 10wks to flower, but definitely looks worth it. Slurricane is day 28. Amazing plant, starting to pack on frost. Smooth flower thus far, I can see her being a 9 weeker. Red Mandarine is 30 days. Everything going good with her. I let nutes run low on her but new feeding has kicked in and you can see the recovery. Looks to be an 8 weeker with vigorous growth. Gotta keep those around. Punch 3.0 is flower day 38. Nice, flowering quicker than expected. Looks like she will go 2 more weeks. Won't yield much off of this one but looking forward to popping another with flower time this fast.

Yo!!! Crazy week (or 2). Heat wave has been making my life hell and showing no sign of letting up. I thought it would be one, maybe two weeks of this then cool off so I was still using baby dehumidifier. Well, it got worse and stayed there, and overpowered the baby 'fier. I had to pull 3 plants, including the Punch 3.0 😥😔. On the bright side, that was enough to make me spring for the big boy dehumidifier. I guess I'm almost a real grower now. Punch 3.0 is actually a very fast flower. I had to pull around 6 weeks and it wasn't that far from a full finish. I was estimating 7-8 week range, and she got nice and frosty. I will run the second seed and hit her with a durable male. Red Mandarine is doing great, looks to be on schedule with 8 week flower. I let her get kind of hungry before I fed her this week. Slight K deficiency but I'll feed her well this week. GDP is so f'in beautiful but does look to be 11 week flower. Frosty and smells sooooo good. I will be chucking some pollen at a couple lowers tomorrow. I let the nutes run a little low on her too. Top dressed and hit with some bottle nutes to bring them back. Slurricane is amazing as well, very strong all around and looks like she may be a decent yielder. I would love to see the frost go into overdrive soon I must say. She shows less nute deficiency than the other two but feeding her well this week also. **7/5 - Red Mandarine starting to pack on some weight. She's getting green again, slowly but surely. Slurricane bulking and frosting up as well. ***7/6 Red Mandarine showing some color finally. Night temps are 80😔. I know it's lame but maybe a sign of a nice fade. Just hit 6 weeks so it's about fade time Instagram: growin_strong

Man it's getting hot in here but we're still growing strong 🌱💪🏾. Great week for all, increased the nutes. You can see them bulking up nicely. Red Mandarine is pretty far ahead of the other two. Did alot of bulking up this week. Still drinking so she has more to go. I can't pick her smell out yet, but the tent is packed right now. Some of the leaves are showing purple so I'm thinking there will be a nice fade, even with night temps in the 80s 😔. Day 57 when pics taken Slurricane... Man I expected her to be frosty, but the she's also LOUD🔊❕Smells like pine and fuel. Buds look like they will be very dense, but just looks. You can see some purps on some of her leaf edges too but I think she has a while before the fade starts. Day 55 when pics were taken. GDP is frosty, amazing, loud..sheesh. I am worried about the yield out of her. I did let her run low on calcium but I have corrected it. She put on some weight the last couple days so I will add some koolbloom and see if we can get more out of her. Looks to be an 11 weeker so hopefully I'm just impatient. Day 55

Trucking right along. Temps and humidity finally came down so it's a little less of a headache..but I still wake up at 6 to close my tent every morning. So very hot temps through most of this grow and I still have a nice amount of color. It's genetics, but also I have pots sitting on cement floor which stays cool, so roots stay pretty cool. I was walking around no shoes and was amazed how cold the floor was when it's hot af in my garage. Gdp - flower day 54, finally did some bulking up in week 7. I guess I was expecting a 8-9 weeker and got an 11 weeker. Everything going fine, not extremely picky on nutes since I corrected early deficiencies. Hopefully we'll cruise thru these last 4 weeks. Slurricane - trichs getting cloudy, getting really frosty and a beautiful fade. This plants keeps on impressing me. Smells like dosidos and pine. Seen alot of the color come in the last 3 days. I gave last feed last night, a bloom tea. Will be flushing for the next two weeks with cool/cold water to try to bring some frost and color out. Day 54 Red Mandarine - flower day 56. This plant looks good, great yielder. It started flowering very fast then stalled out this last week or so. Looks to finish at the same time or after Slurricane, so 10 weeks. I love the yield but I think I will pop another seed and keep hunting this one. Great yield, can't wait to taste her.

Almost at the finish line 🏁💨! Distilled water only this week for a nice smooth taste. Slurricane has 8-9 more days. 7/27 was day 60, I don't see many amber trichs on her yet. The pistils on the lower buds are all red but the tops are still shooting new ones. I am waiting for a decent amount of amber trichs and two other plants to dry before I chop her. Red Mandarine will be chopped in 4-5 days. Most of pistils turned orange the last 4 days and trichs are fattening and getting cloudier so you can see them better. No change in bud size or structure this last week. Supposed to be an 8 week strain but it is on day 63 and needs a few more. GDP looks to be maturing at this point, pistils are turning orange and buds getting more shapely. Did some fattening up a week ago but I haven't noticed much this week. **Red Mandarine photoshoot on 8/1. She will be chopped tomorrow. Finished nice!!🤙🏽

I thought I would be cutting GDP this week and Slurricane a week ago. They are in day 75 and can both keep going. I will be chopping Slurricane today and GDP in a week. I think the heat has delayed flower process some. They both smell amazing. Harvest pics will be nice!

Taste 5/5 - The smoothest strain I've ever grown with earthy diesel aftertaste . Smell 5/5 - Pungent piney gas on the nose 🗣️. Wins most blind smell tests Potency 4/5 High 5/5 - Everyone loves it, but not getting as many comments on potency. It's weird, with how smooth it is and being a creeper, its hard to tell. First hit, you notice the taste and get a slight brain slap that works it's way down. Keep smoking, 5 mins later as soon as you start to think "hmm..am I high" you get hit with the "I'm high af". Sits you down for a few mins then levels out to a relaxing sativa high.

Great genetics, vigorous throughout the grow with no nutrient issues. Above average stretch, pulled at 10 weeks and I would say that was about right. Keeper. Will cross with in house genetics cherry breeze if i get a male

I don't know what to say about this one. Had me scratching my head at points during the grow because of the lack of frost. It ended up being a sub par product. I let it cure for at least 3 weeks before I did the review to give it a chance, but it didn't come around. Biggest turnoff was menthol taste and harshness..with only a slight buzz for your trouble. I think I may have gotten a ruderalis dominant pheno or temps too high. Other plants in tent at same time turned out great though. You definitely get a mandarine smell when grinding it up but that's about all the goodness I got from this one. I have a few clones running for redemption but they are the same. I'll pop another seed one day
