I fed her some molasses last weekend. Personally I never really notice much difference after feeding molasses but I still try feeding it 2 weeks before harvest anyway. I have beed giving her just water since then. Going to flush real good this weekend, then let her dry out til the following weekend when I am going to harvest her. That should put the harvest date right around 1/27/18, which would be a full 3 months of growth - seed to harvest.
The Blue Mammoth has been just a great plant to grow so far. I did not do anything to her except some defoliation. No bending, training, topping, etc... And she looks awesome in my opinion. She's bigger than the Girl Scout Cookies I harvested a few weeks ago, which yielded 2.6 oz.
Looking forward to harvest, cure and smoke๐
@weed_gastro, The Blue Mammoth only got defoliation when the fan leaves got too big and bushy. I donโt remember how many leaves specifically, but remember when I looked down the pile of plucked leaves was bigger than I expected. Probably 15-20 leaves.
As far as yield under CFL, Iโm really not sure, but Iโd assume a smaller yield.
Hi my friend. Your plants are looking great. I have a problem and I need comments from friends with experiences.
I'm feeling that my buds are so small, maybe they're not but I think like that. The feathers have started to turn into.brown and I think the harvest time will come after 15 days.
Will the buds continue growing up at that time? For the last, can you say anything abou the harvest time? I have added a video to my diary today.
Best regards. ๐ค๐
@hiciste, thanks! I checked your diary and commented there. Your plants look great to me, but I think they might be getting too many nutrients, which can slow down growth. Maybe try smaller doses of nutrients
I think 3 days in the tent may have been a little too much. I'm still curing, but the buds did not sweat in the jars as I expected them too. The smaller buds are still kind of crispy. The larger buds are dried but not quite as crisp. I don't think the Boveda pack has added back any moisture/humidity yet.
