I got about 10 days more of flushing to do. she spent all of flower in the woods by all means this was an outdoor grow . .. I'm not an experienced outdoor guy and this grow shows it. I'm reluctant due to legality issue but next spring I've decided to go hard ! may consequences fall where they may. My time on parole from the case I caught due to growing weed is nearing it's end anyways 🤷‍♂️ At the end of the day I'm not doing any harm to anyone. My conscious is clear and the only one who can truly judge me is God and I think he'd be pissed if we didn't enjoy this wonderful gift he left us in the form of this plant. A big storm is expected tonight so I decided to rescue her and finish her off at home. not the fattest or densest buds but she is pretty sparkly and smelly

Hi Bro, these holes are made by crichets not grasshoppers. I'm an outdoor grower and a war against grasshoppers/crickets is a lost war. Apart from covering them with a mosquito net you can't do anything else, these bastards don't give a damn about pesticides. Unless your plants encounter a monstrous swarm they should have no survival problems. At my expense, I learned that they eat leaves and not buds. I enjoy hunting with a snap of my fingers, or I catch them because my cat loves them 😋.

I thought it would be interesting documenting this grow since I had never seen a seedling like this. First the cotelydons appeared. Then the first two started leaves appeared but they were practically round (that's not the weird part tho) then for 4 or 5 days nothing happened. Usually u see the next set of leaves to come up (not here). You'd look and see NOTHING. For days! Then I started seeing something and thought everything was going to be normal. Except no.. The next set of leaves came up inverted. Meaning the bottom of the leaves were upwards towards the light instead of the other way around (but that's not the weird part either) That was quickly corrected by the plant after a day or two. Here comes the weird part... As you know cannabis plants are apical dominant plant. They have 1 main stem. Except this seedling shot up TWO stems. Making this mutant seedling BIPICAL (that's probably not a word,) dominant. So I'm thinking Im going to train it liked a mainline/manifold cannabis plant without having too lose all that time when you cut 4th, 5th and 6th nodes. I'll just start the "T" shape at second node using only LST. I mean....It's practically begging me to mainline her. So I'll oblige and Grant get her wish. No need to snip this baby until way after the "t" shape is well established. Stressing her much less AND having shorter veg time in the process. In theory it makes sense, let's see in practice if it will work. Also this plant started off with 14 hours of light with the light working at half potency. Gradually it went up to 20 hours per day. 14 of led at half potency and another 6 of sunlight (most of which isn't even under direct sunlight.

@DaSofaSurfer, Hi man, thanks for the reply, really great to see your thoughts and wish you best of luck with the contest. Amsterdam is a really really wonderful city and I hope you will have the chance to visit! The strategy with covering the stronger one to permit the weaker one to recover is clearly the way to go, cool idea, I have seen it in other plant growing techniques, not in cannabis, but...makes sense and it will be interesting to watch how it turns out. But I wouldn't get too stress either, even if you'd leave it eventually it will pick up and develop well, depending on how long you plan on vegetating. I had in the past few "mutants" with 2 or 3 heads naturally, helps with the manifolding design after, of course 😄 I usually do feminized seeds, the autos that I have are purely for time keeping and usually I don't do much to them, minor defoliation and LSTs. Their life cycle from seed to harvest of ruderalis is around 3 months +/-, also this 3 months is my vegetative period for the feminized ones, so once the autos are done, light goes 12/12 and the feminized go flowering. (I am also restricted by space and have to make the most of my setup) Greenhouse Seed Company are really great, highly reputable. Never grew any of their flowers (yet) I usually do Dutch Passion seeds and always looking for new colorful strains. Have my eye on some red ones from SweetSeeds 😆 I do some macro photography, that's the main reason I like this flower, go check it out on instagram @@occultgreen420 Grower's love & good vibes!🙏

@@occultgreen420, thanks for taking the time and for your well wishes my grow bro. Unfortunately I'm not a breeder. The space I have in my pad that can be dedicated to grow life is very small. I live in an expensive city with high rents. I can only afford a very tiny space. Believe me when I tell u sacrifices where made just so I could have a 3x3 foot area dedicated to my passion of growing this beautiful plant. Yeah I've has plenty of mutants along the years. Mostly "tripods" tho. as I call them. Ya know the ones with 3 leafs on each node instead of the usual two. I had never seen one quite like this. Have u ever had a seedling with these characteristics? I've just posted an update with a few pics. (In case u are interested) I'm actually depriving the bigger, more developed stem as well as the tiny fan leaf on that side (as u know it's that fan leaf that powers that stem) from light. Providing only half the plant with light. I've done this by tiying her down and putting thing to BLOCK light (never thought I'd be BLOCKING light lol) My idea is giving the smaller stem a chance to catch up and give her a certain simetry for the manifolding plans I have for her. It has become my pet project. I thought I'd have to scrap a few plants. Especially now that the fine folks at Greenhouse Seed Company have chose me (amount many more users if this site) to send seeds as well as their fertilizers for a contest. Best diary wins trip to Amsterdam for 2 ppl. I'd love to take the Mrs to Amsterdam but even if that doesn't happen it was certainly cool of them to send us these products (still haven't received them but got an email confirming I will). As stoked as I am about that GHS Company project I've grown so find of this mutant (photoperiodic mind u) that there's no way I'm getting rid of her. I'm seeing her through. THEN I'll fully dedicate myself to the GHS project. Sorry for writing so much. Hope I'm not boring u. It's the quarantine life. Also I've sent u a private message in the chat. A question I'm hopping u can help me with. Also hope u don't mind but I'll be following your grow. Cheers man. have A good one Growers' love.

@DaSofaSurfer, a small mutant, this ones are very important and desired by breeders. From this specimens usually you'd create new strains due to their unusual appearance. Good luck with it!

@Ferenc, yeah. outdoor in England is no cakewalk. I stayed there a while and know what the weather is like. I respect your hustle tho. in that regard Im easier off than u. here weather is pretty mild. btw a fellow grower who is more accustomed to outdoor told me twas criket bites. not grasshoppers. the more u know.

It turned out great! You got some really pretty colors with this one. My outdoors usually get the best colors compared with the indoor. You should see the color of the blueberry cookie plant right now since the cold weather came, much more than I expected. My outdoor legality is a bit questionable too.☹️ It bothers me...its just another plant for goodness sake! It should be allowed to use mother nature, not just lights all the time.
