Second week, as I told that one seed stopped germinating I tried another seed that also stopped germinating after I placed it into an "eazy plug" and I don´t know why. Always using the same technique and normally I have no problems with that. Maybe they got to warm or cold during transport. So I placed a 4th seed that is now germinating and as it seems it will come out tomorrow.
Hopefully that plant will be very fast so I can do the planned ScroG.
One day later the seed opened up and I finally habe a second plant for this grow.
No problems so far, but always those twisted leaves in early vegetation.
I have no idea why this alwasy shows up.
Third week and yes, she grows.
But also got some problems on the second pair of leaves. Will check the drain tomorrow as there should be no problem using the Greenhouse Bio Feeding.
Also started some training and I topped her.
Topped them once again to get 4 main colas.
Beginning to get dome deficiencies as i gave them half dose of nutrition for about 4 weeks. Maybe I´ll give them a little dose next time watering when switching to flower.
Finally flower kicked in.
If you wonder, they got water after the photo shoot.
As grow nutrition was added loast week I only have to give some water and some Enhancer every two weeks from now on.
Nothing to complain that week, flower goes on.
As flowering time is up to 65 days I wonder if I should add 1g/L Bio-Bloom in week 3 for flower time over 8 weeks.
Did some defoliation in the lower region.
This week I almost forgot to water them, they lost some lower leaves because of that.
But after adding some water they rehydrated quickly and now it´s all good again.
It is week 4 of flowering and the buds are getting bigger and denser, it seems they are in week 6 instead of week 4.
The bio enhancer seems to do a good job, I add this booster every 2 weeks and they really get a nice little buds boost after application.
In this week they turned yellow fast.
Due to week 6 of flowering, this is a little bit too fast for me, so I added some bloom nutrition for the last 4 weeks.
After six weeks of flowering it seems the sugar leaves got a nice brownish trichome color. The buds could need two more weeks until harvest, they start to get cloudy ones.
Week 7 done. Now it´s time to get ready for harvest, one more week to go.
Smell intensifies, buds get bigger every day and the leaves show signs of harvest time.
Week 8 is over now and they are ready for harvest.
Unfortunately I got some light bud-rot on one main bud, I had to cut it out and so I lost about 50g wet bud.
Just cut them off, now hanging in the tent with the two Runts from my other grow and put in a dehumidifier that is programmed to 50% humidity to prevent further rot.
This strain was not the easiest one to grow but also it was not too hard to keep them alive and healthy. Unfortunately I didn´t found the best way to treat them right for better results.
But as I am still a beginner with this strain I am happy with the result. About 100g out of 2 Plants is more than I expected to get. Will do another grow with this strain and give them a better training, I am sure there is much more potential when everything is done right.
The smell is really great, a nice combination of fruity smell with gasoline undertone. Great to smoke after 6 weeks of curing.
The trim and sugar leaves got me a good amount to work with for making some bubble bag hash.
This seems to be a really nice strain for hybrid-lovers who want to smoke a gassy and fruity strain for daytime and nighttime use.
Harvest was a sticky mess, so much trichomes everywhere. Had to cut out lots of sugar leaves, that will give some nice bubble hash.
So this took some time until it was done but the result was worth the work. All buds are thight, firm and sticky. Smell is great.
Bud / leaf ratio was ok, not too much work when manicuring the harvest.
Not to easy with those strong branches to o training........My banana krumble is so sturdy its nearly impossible to do anything, without snapping branches.......but if iam very cncentrated and soft..... it will work
happy trails with your Ladies
@MarcXL, Yes, I'm still thinking about the Zamnesia Cup ;-) Because in one tent the aero system is still there and should actually remain. Unfortunately, I cannot switch the growth tent to flower because the mothers are in there 😂 I will :-) I have now started the GHSC diary if you feel like it :-)
@MadeInGermany, the more of the same strain, the easier to grow in one tent. You get better height control. My other tent get the seeds from the zamnesia contest, i hope for the runtz strain.
@MarcXL, Hi then we speak the same language 😅👍 but should stay here with English, which everyone can read with me :-) I'm not yet sure if I put one, three or 5 in :-)
@Mrs_Larimar, I think some roots belonging to this stem had contact to concentrated nutrition in the coco medium. Maybe I did not mix it enough so they got heavily burnt.
