Spliff Seeds Lemon Cream Kush

Happy Sunday friends! Since I was so far out last week, I will probably just keep doing my updates on the last day of the week from here on out. This week went well, I just kept using only water. I did hit her with Mycorrhiza one time though. The plant is clearly still burning at the tips. I am assuming now that my soil must be hot. I have been under the assumption, until now, that hot soil was mainly an issue for younger plants. This does not appear to be true to me anymore. I’m unsure what is going on. I used an organic soil from Home Depot, as shown in the pics. This is a local brand, and I have never used it before. Sadly, nobody carries Dr. Earth soil in my area anymore. That soil was flawless. I miss it. It isn’t a dire situation thankfully, the burns are not spreading. One other possibility is the Pheno. Spliff has said there are two, one mainly indica and the other leaning on the Sativa side. I know Sativa strains aren’t keen on heavy nutes, so maybe my previous feedings have hit her pretty hard if she is indeed on the Sativa spectrum. The leaves are also very green, leading me to believe that it is a nitrogen overdose. All this said, you will think I am a complete idiot when I tell you I dug in a some flowering organic top amendment in today. This is because I decided to flip to 12/12 last night. I figure she has well enough nitrogen and the amendment needs to be broke down by the fungus and microbes so the sooner the better. This product is also in the pics. Normally I would start to adjust to flowering nutes over time and leave the nitrogen for building bud sites and assist the stretch, but clearly she has enough N already. I need to invest in a screen with smaller squares for my next girl. If anyone has any brand suggestions I would love them. Please post in the comments. This is my first SCROG and I just grabbed this screen from Vivosun on Amazon. I now know that smaller squares would be of great benefit. I will keep this screen to support the flowers as they grow however. I can’t seem to find something to buy, many people just make their own. Maybe I should just buy a soccer net and some “S-Hooks?” If you all have been following, I removed the bottom half of the leaves and shoots a couple weeks ago. I will be totally honest, had way too many beers last night and could not be on my knees contorting myself today to remove the top most parts under the screen. I will be doing this tomorrow though. After the hangover is slept off... Uff. Stressful times kick me into heavy drinking mode. The US is absolutely fucking insane shit show right now. See you all next week!
