Lots of defoliation all the time. Airflow, light penetration...say it again. And again. Experienced our first nutrient burn on #1 using the Fox Farm trio. The Advanced Nutrients one looks slightly better in that regard, though the Fox Farm one still seems to have a slight edge in color and fullness.
For purposes of comparison, #1 on the right gets the Fox Farm trio, and #2 on the left gets the Advanced Nutrients PH Perfect line-up. Both at at 50-75% strength based on manufacturer recommendations. Waterings are generally about 2 liters each plant every day. 3 liters results in more runoff than I like.

That little, huh? I don't think I've ever come close to going full-strength, but it would be interesting to do a side-by-side. It would sure save on final cost to go so lightly.
