Hi all, the novice grower in me shined through this week. In my first feeding week, I overfed the plants. I fed each plant what i should have been feeding all. They have only had 2 feedings. It was definitely my mistake and not the nutrients. Learn as you go I suppose. Both were of Tiger Farm big bloom and Cal Mag. I did also treat the plants with a neem oil spray from bonide (I am doing once a week) Don’t believe this caused any of the damage. Although in the pictures, White Widow #3 is the only that you can really notice the burn, I have two other plants (not shown in this journal because they are different strains) that both showed signs of the burn. I flushed and backed off on any feeding. Only minor damage to 1 maybe 2 leaves on the plant. I plan to see how the plants continue to bounce back and will decide on feeding mid week. I will definitely do it as instructed lol. Please any advice is appreciated! Topping will be in the back of my mind in weeks to come as well.

Sorry 1st grow. Are my plants flowering too early? (2 months old and sunlight is still 13hrs) Is this what preflowers look like? Any recommendations on things i should make sure i do during the flowering phase? Do you agree I’m approximately a month in a half from harvest?

Looks like I can see some pre-flowers but you still have some time before flowering begins.. The solstice just happened for me here in cali. So preflower and flower is starting soon for me with the outdoor. Been told a seaweed foliar spray can help them not stretch so much during flowering (normally 2-3 times their preflower size) Wife is trying it out on our outdoor this year! Other than that man looks great.. keep growing! 👊

I have been growing for a few years outdoors and the best herb has come from the plant I disturbed the least. I have tried other techniques, but I think someone already said that outdoors is a different game because of the intensity of sunlight. I have achieved colas just as dense from the side branches outdoors...the difference is the main cola is just longer imo.
