Hello My friend. It depends what kind of Defoliation you are doing really. If you are just tidying the plant up. Ie removing fan leaves freeing up light spread. That can be done at any time with minimal stress to the plant. She will shed the smaller leaves herself she knows what she needs and what she doesnt. Though if you want to trim up lower branches I would not suggest doing this past 2-3 weeks of flower as then you are running a risk of stressing the girls to much when in peak hermie time. Personally I wait untill week 7 to do any defoliation which is rare for me as I grow clones at the moment which means not alot of bushy growth anyway :) You can defoliate in any week just keep in mind the amount of stress your causing them. If you have an ec meter and you can tune the nutes more specifically then maybe you could do it around the 4-5 weeks but as i say all the time on this site there is no "correct" way to do any of this and it comes down to your own preference and experience. What will work for one person might not for the other you know we all do it differently and we all respect each others opinions and styles of growing. End of the day your plants are looking great alot of growers tend to be bored at home especially at the moment try to fight the temptation of going in there just to waste time. We have all done it. Bottom line is your set up is looking great your plants are looking very healthy why stress them for no reason ? I mean if you have a level canopy and light is not getting to some bud sites then yes move the buds if you can but personally i would only cut anything of my plant if it was blocking light and even then I use it as a last resort if you use mutiple nets you can move the plants around alot more rather than having to cut them :) Hope it helps don't forget to choose one of as an answer if yourr waiting for more opinions fair play stay safe and keep on growing :)
