Hey,
I think she stoped stretching. Alot of buds develop nicely. She is losing some leaves at the button but I think thats ok.

I have a friend (65years old)
that was a pioneer here in Switzerland inthe 2000s when weed was legal, he propagate cuttings with 24h/24 light wich seems crazy but it works, my opinion is that until the flowering stage you can give as much light u want anyway more than 16h but never tried to compare same plant in different tent with differ light hours for see what is the best
