Like Kevin Hart would say:
-"oh no, oh no no nononono, noooooooo."
Why do i say this? Harbinger already gave you a good answer, however i'm just gonna add that you should not have any fan blowing direct wind on your plants, its best to avoid wind stress. But if you are having high humidity issues, wich you are not, then you could use it just as a prevention for mold an rot.
Ideally you are going to want the fan blowing into the growlights slightly pointing up, but in such a way that when the air hits the sides of the tent, some of the air goes down into the plants, but most of the air going up.
Cumpz growmie.
