5-30: Nutes on EarlyGrowth2 @50% @ ~3” plants are getting ~12k lux on them. Will probably start to work on creeping that up soon One of the Bubbas Gift seems to be a bit leggier than everyone else, otherwise pretty good uniformity so far 6-1: bought the lux up by ~2k, making it ~14-15k at plants. Daily incremental increases starting

6-6: Doing another week of EarlyGrowth2 @ 50% on nutes ~22-24 lux at plant level Getting a little worried about the heat Topped them all preparing for some LST 6-10: broke a branch off on the rear Bubbas Gift trying to LST it. Just pulled the ties back off and I’m going to just let it grow. I’ll probably still LST the Bubba Kush though 6-11: added the chiller, set to 66* (66-68)

6-12: Nutes on LateGrowth3 @50%. Added ~5k lux to just max the dial and have ~33-35k lux coming down on the plants Topped them all again. 4way initial topping plus this topping on each bringing 8 main colas per plant (minus the Bubbas Gift I broke the branch on, thats 6) 6-14: threw some half-ass LST on the Bubba Kushs just to spread them out a little 6-15: dropped the scrog net in

6-20: Nutes staying on LateGrowth3 @50% Last week the plants seemed to enjoy ~800ppm, we’ll see if I get the same reactions this week (ph dropping) or if the chiller and bennies just took a week in their battle against whatever those 78* res temps were brewing Lights still max on the dial. Pulled the scrog out. Plants getting ~36-40k lux on them @9” tall 6-21: trimmed off some of the bottom fans to open them up for airflow better. Took off a few lower branches, pretty much lowest set on each of the 8 mains. 6-24: trimmed off some inner fans 6-24: trimmed off some lower and inner fans. Looks good to be going into flower (less inner fan trimming on Bubbas Gift, more on Bubba Kush).

6-27: Nutes on Transition4 @50%. Flipping lights to 12/12. Plants ~12” tall, 24” more to the light, ~40k lux +/- on the tops. Again last week they seemed to like ~800ppm better than what the week started at. Not as heavy eaters as I expected. 6-29: final(?) trimming off of lower and inner fan leaves. Trying to keep the air circulation good and open up the center for light to any center branches while doing as little trimming as possible

7-4: Nutes on EarlyBloom5 @50%. Plants ~16” tall, getting ~50k lux on them (~40k for the front Bubbas Gift Of the 2 Bubbas Gift, one clearly looks exactly like its parental Bubba Kush. The rear could pass as a 3rd Bubba Kush whi,e the front one is noticeable shorter, bushier, and leaves look “ruffled” around the edges. The Bubba Kush has gotten slightly more trimming than the Bubbas Gift was getting, I recently did a little more trimming on the rear “Bubbas Gift” to take off more lowers similar to how the 2 left Bubba Kush are 7-5: pretty serious defoliation of lower (and in a lot of cases, not the best looking) fan leaves. The bottom is now opened up enough that I’m turning on the fan at the air intake port

7-10: Raised the lights to 41” over the bucket lids. 21” plants, kept the previous weeks 20” between the plant and the light by raising it. Nutes on EarlyBloom6 @ 50% Continuous pulling on lower branches and trimming inner and lower fan leaves has been constant despite me trying to keep it to a minimum, they’re just so bushy and full with such big fans. 7-13: supercropped some of the rear “Bubbas Gift” to even out the canopy (at least 3 of 4 are even, that other Bubbas Gift is tiny)

7-18: Nutes on MidBloom7 @ 50% Raised the light again (to the top) @ 45” (has been at 36, 41, @ 45” above the bucket lids) The rear Bubbas Gift was the first to flower but both Bubba Kushs caught up quick. Front Bubba Kush prob my favorite, structure wise. Most branches made it up to a nice even canopy level. Rear Bubba Kush had a low spot in the middle, it’s seemed to fill out a little bit i bet I’ll get a bunch of smaller buds from this one. Rear Bubbas Gift stretched up nicely with some nice internodel spacing, getting nice light penetration on this one. It’s been the tallest at times, and the very tops of a few branches may be at their light limit Front Bubbas Gift is a mutant. Looks nothing like the rear, isn’t flowering, has a bunch of leaves growing out of the middle of leaves. Short, crazy bushy thick. I feel like this might’ve been what the Chem Cookies from last round might’ve looked like if it were in the fornt row and I could see it. Gave them all a nice round of plucking off lower bud sites, and a few inner leave 7-21: took the carabiners off and stole my emergency ~4” above the light. Light @ ~49” above the bucket lids. Accurate plant and plant-to-light distances will be updated in next weeks entry. Plants currently coming in @ ~32”, and another ~17” to the light. Finding a fuckton of hermies on the rear Bubbas Gift. Plucked them all off hoping she can be salvaged because I’m pretty sure the front one is going to be a disappointment so the rear is my best hope for one to make it to harvest.

7-25: Nutes on MidBloom8 @ 50% Flowering kicking off nicely Light has been raised (mid last week) as high as possible, carabiners removed and its at 49” above the bucket lids. With ~34” plants that’s ~15” left to the light

8-1: Nutes on MidBloom9 @ 50% They’ve been surprisingly light eaters. Fattening up, looking good. Both Bubba Kush look great. The rear Bubbas Gift looks alright, although buds on the smaller side compared to the Bubba Kush. Haven’t seen any more hermies on her, maybe I got them all, maybe I’ve missed some and that’s why she’s got small buds and is making seeds. Front Bubbas Gift is just a mutant. Short super-bush with extra leaves and a few buds popping up in the middle of some fans.

8-8: Nutes on LateBloom10 @ 50% The Bubba Kush have started to fatten up. Look great. The rear Bubbas Gift has nice coloring on the leaves but the buds are on the smaller side. Pistils already turning amber. Front Bubbas Gift is a mutant. Staying short and weird.

8-16: Nutes on Ripen11 @ 50% One? Two? weeks left? 950gph main pump failed today, swapped in the reserve 700gph while I figure out what’s going on with the bigger one

8-22: Repeating Ripen11 @ 50% just to bring them home. Top buds maybe 5% amber, quickly going to 0 a few inches down. Won’t be long but not quite yet 8-26: straight water started

Solid plant. Need to trim up the bottoms better in the future, other than that would run again. Ate far less than I expected for a Kush though. Stayed short

Out of 2 plants one stayed short and just went straight mutant on me. Next to zero buds, but the fan leaves decided to throw some buds. The other plant got marble sized buds that never bulked up. Hope they’re good because their size isnt impressing anyone.
