Day 28 is today 2/21/18
Growing a little slowly, one is ahead of the other by a bit as it was transplanted this week into a 3 gal smart pot. Still using blumat drip system but will likely switch to autopots next run which will start in about a week week and a half depending on when the autopots come in. I expect a surge outta these two this week tho after adding a root supplement.
Ripped the blumats out after consistent flooding, they are terrible for my set up just got some autopots in the mail yesterday for next run. Hand watering now atleast until a solid root system develops
Growing nicely very bushy and sturdy. Added some tnb naturals bottled co2, I think it ran out of juice after the first week tho I don't have a meter yet but have noticed some massive fan leaves. Going into flower right now.
Getting bushy as hell
Veg pics are boring and with the fan leaves cut in half don't look as pretty but I think they will have some good bloomage coming up
First one just started lowering ppms and is my favorite or the 2 and the 2nd one is in flush mode. They smell fruity but slightly different than the lsd or BlackBerry. Was surprised at how big the first one has gotten very impressed with this pheno.
Just feeding her anything with organic/veganic supplement other than the terpinator but that's limited. This one held up nice throughout and is fading smoothly. The second one is going to be harvested tmm or the next day and also faded nicely. They both have a fruity buttery berry smell to them although they are not the same pheno.
Chopped the smaller one earlier in the week it's been hung to dry. The big one is just about done, ppm of run off is at 32. Realizing it's better to start feeding plain water or water with the flushing/finishing agent earlier (about a week and a half before plan on chop) than doing 2 or 3 heavy flushes. The coco still has nutrient value in it before the flush so instead of flushing it all out in one or 2 shots the plant can feed of it while its finishing and it allows for a smoother fade in my opinion. This strain treated me well both plants were beautiful and have great dense buds with a potent fruity aroma covered in trichs. Very happy with the outcome til this point.
This is a pretty cool purple strain, finished up pretty quick the first one around 9 weeks second around 11 depending on when you prefer to harvest and your flush technique. I was surprised at the yields the big one 148g before samples and the small one 79g before samples. Neither one was trained other than defoliation for the most part. Again the bud structure isnt reslly my cup of tea it's hard to explain but the colors are cool. The head nugs are dense but have a natural crispyness to them. Smells fruity and berry like and really taste like berries too. Not very potent I had my buddy smoke a j with me who gets stoned mad easy and even he was just relaxed but functional. I gave it a 7/10 cuz it does have appealing qualities and traits but there are strains I would much rather prefer from the fb line up and beyond as I'm just looking for a more potent smoke, otherwise I would reccomend giving it a shot and drawing your own conclusions. Thanks for following folks any questions about anything I may have left out feel free to ask
Smoke it whenever, it's not too strong so wont hold you back from doin your shit. Positives are smell, taste, bag appeal and speed negatives are potency, bud structure and consistency imo
Hope all is well , I lost power because of Riley( north easter )
Which plants were in dark for 28hours,thankfully it was not a cold one, I hope you made out as well up in foxboro.
