My guess is the spots are nutrient burn from the leaf either touching the soil for a prolonged duration or getting splashed during feeding

I've removed a couple lower leaves that seed very unhealthy. I know this is risky with autos but I think it was causing more stress to support the leaves for the plant.
Light LST has been used to spread the plant out more.
