My guess is the spots are nutrient burn from the leaf either touching the soil for a prolonged duration or getting splashed during feeding

Last week before harvest! The trichomes are beginning to turn amber.
The plants been having issues with dying leaves. Most of this is due to light stress or underwatering.
Not all the Pistils have turned but the trichomes look ripe.
