My guess is the spots are nutrient burn from the leaf either touching the soil for a prolonged duration or getting splashed during feeding

After this plants crazy stretch, it hasn't gained anymore height. Energy's been now directed towards the buds.
The buds are starting to gain more mass and more Pistils are popping up. Some of the Pistils have started turning and I think that's from the stress of being underwatered too often.
Other then the underwatering, the plants been super healthy!
