My guess is the spots are nutrient burn from the leaf either touching the soil for a prolonged duration or getting splashed during feeding

This plants shown some explosive growth.
I've been watering less and less and it seems to be doing the plant good!
I've been letting the plant be this week as it hasn't needed much attention. More lst as been applied as this plant gets larger
