She's looking happy! The joints are called nodes. You will know she's starting to flower when you see little white hairs called pistils emerging from the nodes. Make sure if you force flower by putting the plant in darkness that you are consistent with the time and there are no light leaks. If you are not consistent/there are leaks your plant will "re-veg" which will halt the development of the buds and make them grow oddly. You could use a card board box, a cupboard, a plastic bin or small grow tent is not too expensive. I recommend training the plant to a flat canopy / topping before flower to get best yeild for a small space. CFL bulb will not have much penetration so you want the plant as short as possible. You could also consider "lollipoping" where you cut off all the lower growth and just focus on the top bud. Always happy to help :)
