My seedlings are usually pretty slow. Something I'm trying to work on. Definitely skunk, this tiny plant already has an aroma. She's gonna be stinky.

i wouldnt stop feeding, i'd lower the amount of nutrients to 30 or 50%. i think it's the overwatering, that made the nutrient problem. maybe the roots got damaged, they will need some to recover. when you give water, just give a spoon or 2 every day, until your soil becomes dryer. the stem looks healthy, but the leaves are yellowish now and i can see some spots. hope you have enough time for the roots to recover

They want more Nitrogen.

@Smokwiri, ah ok, i'd still give them a bit of N, and then stop watering and just water when it's like 90% dry, the lift and feel how light the pot trick is :D It's so easy to overwater... :D

@Ayahuasca, TiwistedT thinks the intake of nutrients isn't optimal (caused by overwatering), the nutrient problem, in this case nitrogen could be too much too (i know it's hard too believe), if the roots maybe got damaged then they will have to recover. I hope it recovers fast. We'll be waiting for next week to see what happened.
