Shogun v Plagron DWC - BDK - BESTVA

This thing is flying, ive decided to do 24 on until they get bigger then goto 20/4 to see if that speeds up the growing time. In my DWC ( Kevspecial) - i have added nutrients already as by the time it got into the reservoir it was neccessary - growing at 16000 Lux under BESTVA 800 ( 150 watt draw) This auto is absolutely loving 24 hr sun, Very shortly i will make the ruler guide for the BESTVA 800 watt - so you all can use the same distances i do ,and really see the difference. !! People are asking me do you like HPS or LED more. They both have their advantages, but for me a little hobby grower the choice is LED. If you wanted big yields you cant beat HPS but you use more juice, more nutrients more water, etc,etc. Happy growing all Ok i added the ruler, i made a piece of wood,but there are the distances for you ...please note :- all readings are in the middle ( the strongest part) also on advice from someone i know he says that if you add the Mammoth microbes ONLY in the first 17 days then you will get bigger yields.... I KNOW they say lux doesnt matter but i just want you to see for yourselves. Also I just found the germination pictures , I'm not rewriting the diary , so I want you to understand that day 1 of the diary was when I put them under the led 🌱 If you want start of seed in propagator that was 4 days earlier with 2 days on the window sill to get some stretch .

SO we have a test Plaigron v Shogun plot twist im not telling you which one is A or B :) i have been sent complete feed for both - I will go into exactly what im feeding at alater date when i have more time, but its the basic nutrients... Plaigron went in at +1.1 EC Shogun +1.0 EC

One of them is absolutely SPANKING IT .... i am using ONLY the recommended grow chart useage and both are very good for holding ph at required levels. BUT ONE of these is absolutely spanking the other, the are on flower nutrients at the exact measurement from the WEBSITE of the related supplier. I would love to throw some bud explosion in now, but i cant for science reasons. I also cant believe how good the roots look on that same one.

B is taller, than A - it will be interesting to see if that has an effect on yield.

getting frosty ,one is short and stocky the other taller and wider, Each plant has its own Bestva. Smell is amazing but very strong

Upon advice from Auto Seeds i am lowering the light to 16 hrs. THEY ARE GETTING FROSTY....!!! notice the new pictures are more Insta/GD/Fb friendly now...... enjoy...

nearly there still just RO water, smell is AMAZING.. cant wait to try it. I should say , i have not used any Green Sensation on this grow, as i didnt have any :) Update 22/4/18 added new microscope pics , I have got hol£ of a WiFi microscope camera gizmo , this was freehand lol , still not quite there 😜

I had to harvest plant A - Plagron 23/4/18 I will harvest plant B later , she is going the distance , this one had an 11 day flush .This is the top bud , pics to follow .Enjoy the vid people I’m starting to use technology 😜

loved this one... :) I am now running Shogun nutrients , the plants loved them ,they were ph stable , the boost creates the best froth I have ever seen , that is ideal for nutrient uptake , the flavour and colour of the finished product is exceptional , and the katana roots is fantastic , I have never seen roots so white . The plagron was ok as a base nutrient but as you can see , they need a cal mag additive .
