Fast buds 420 grow

Sweetspot88 So this has been an awful long time coming after loosing my last grow to Covid lockdown I’m finally back at it. This time I’m going from the very beginning start to finish so this is the first week germination phase don’t normally document this part, but for all you growers who especially followed my last this one is for all of you. Hope you are all well and managing to keep the ball rolling with all this lockdown carry on

Sweetspot88 Looks like 1 failed to open so I’ve replaced it with another strain. Zkittlez auto also from the same breeder other than that there’s nothing to do but watch these grow for the next 2 weeks Quick update so only 1 of the west coast are away I now have 2 additional zskittlez autos too. I’m germinating direct in the soil which is a new method to me always used the paper towel method. After losing one the sprouts a few days ago I now have the tent back up

Sweetspot88 So not much going on really just I’ve replaced 2 fails with the zkittlez autos I have a west coast OG that is gonna be a week ahead or so but that’s fine. The zkittlez I replaced first has popped its head out the soil and I should see something from the other pot in the next day or so. Hope you enjoy this diary, I’m glad I’ve put in germination phase this time so any beginners like myself too can see how it works from start to finish Just an update, I’ve added more air movement now all seeds have popped. I’ll add photos on the weekly update. Now there all open I’ll change my light the lumii 630 cmh but with only 1 grow bulb switched on

Sweetspot88 Gave a little bit feed today first time with a bit root juice and bio heaven. I’ve also changed the light to cmh now everything is open. Temps are up a tiny bit at the minute so I’ll be adding a silica into the mix soon while it’s warm 27 at plant hight and 29C where I expect to be the finished hight UPDATE LST has commenced on the west coast OG. Also in the tent it’s a little bit too n the warm side for my own personal liking it’s not above 30C but 27C is the average lights on temp again it’s ok but I like to stay on a nice 25 and 22 when lights out this is my first time above ground so I think led is the future and soon I should be set up for that but for now the tent doors are being left open as the rooms blacked out anyway.

Sweetspot88 Lower growth is starting to get better since then lst. I’ve moved the once more and added a little fish mix in only for the west coast OG though. The 2 zkittlez had the same as last weeks root juice and bio heaven. Next watering I might give them a little watering with the batch of fish mix at a watered down ratio. Temps are between 25-28c lights out 23.5C. Quick update after last nights training and feed just an over head shot of the 3 plants really happy growing at the minute some exciting new stuff coming soon stay tuned for that. Sweetspot88 So I’m calling this week 1 flower pistols are appearing on the west coast og and beginning to see first signs on the zkittlez. I’m now topping the micro life up with some great white. Also starting to see a mg deficiency which I kind of knew I would at this point more on the zkittlez so come oldtimer mg will be added and also a small dose of agl-a-mic hoping these 2 zkittlez are gonna stretch nice over the next 2 weeks I could used them being a little bigger at this point but never mind everything is health and looking good so I’m happy

Sweetspot88 Not a bad week this week I’m gonna back off on the nitrogen next watering but other than a little bit too much on the west coast mg deficiency has pulled through and the stretch is on. Sweetspot88 So not a great deal to comment on this week they all doing great. Although the grow is still in I haven’t added any this week I think the leaves are still quite dark so lowered that for a new waterings for now. Bud formation is well under way now I’m hoping that’s it for the stretch now one of the zkittlez is now growing straight up after breaking its tie. Sorry for the late update I’ve been away camping with my family since we are stuck in our country. Happy growing! UPDATE Day later photos since last were a bit droopy from watering

Sweetspot88 Things are looking better this week. I completely removed the bio grow for the week I might still add some plain water feeding this week but I’ll take each day as it comes there’s a little tip burn appeared after some plain water from the nitrogen abundance that they had. Don’t really need a lot of grow in the mix so that’s been a learning curve. Plants are getting bigger now though starting to stack buds I hope there worth it. Never been big on autos so hope they can change my view

Sweetspot88 Back in this week with some nutrition after a little bit of a water week from abundance of nitrogen. It wasn’t till I started with the water that the tips burnt in places which I was a bit of a pain but never mind. Here we are another week on.

Sweetspot88 Started finishing up one more week then chop

Sweetspot88 Flushed out. Another 2 days and lights out. The zkittlez has finished the strongest by a mile. The west coast og has been a bit iffy not the strongest I’ve seen of this strain I did lose 2 of them which is why the zkittlez were opened. I’ve liked using bio bizz as Fertilizer next time there’s a few other things I’d like to add to the soil first. See you next week for harvest

Sweetspot88 This grow was great wanted more magnesium than the west coast but this was expected after my first grow being gorilla zkittlez. So similar structures and needs. I can now day I’ve tied auto flowers. What can I say about then I’m still not sold on them they are good but for the bang for buck. I’m still photos
