Nope, looks like it could possibly be a dud to me. I’ve had a two of these in a couple of recent grows and my advice is to let it go a little longer... but if she stays extremely small and keeps spitting out that weird, curly, abnormal growth- it’s probably an unfixable genetic issue. Toss her out at that point and try again! I’ve left my duds for up to a month just to make sure they wouldn’t grow out of it but after that, you’re just wasting space and energy in your garden. From week 1 and 2 i thought betty was going to be a non starter but at week 6 she is 2/3 her ideal indoor height, 1m, and looking strong, healthy and green.
Betty is in week 2 of flower, before flowering, so in the last week of veg, i gave her a good flush until clear water came out bottom, she got fed 2 and a 1/2 times, so 17ml of grow feed, she has got a touch nutrient burn but nothing to worry about very little, she got 2-3 liters of water a week for 6 weeks, she likes to be dry than wet, week 2 of flowering, she is starting to grow hairs and strech so i fed her 1/2 bloom nutrients, so 3.5ml, she might get another half bloom nutrients in the future, she is looking well and healthy, betty has about 7 weeks left in flower and then a week to dry and 2 weeks to cure in glass jar. Will keep you updated in a couple of weeks to see betty grow her flowers.
Week 5 of flower, betty is i think growing well she is turning yellow i dont know if this is ok or not, i cant see it being a nutrient deficiency, after veg flush she has had 2 full nutrients and a half dose, so 17.5 milligrams in total, she gets water every sunday and Wednesday about 3 litres, so anywere from 5 to 6 a week and she gets fed on sundays. She has lots of white hairs and crystals are plentyfull smells good and she is nice and sticky not to much of a smell yet, i would love to know if she is on track or if she needs anything extra like nutrients, heat, water, any advice would be great as i feel betty is to good to get damaged at this point in her cycle, she has about 4 weeks left of flower, but as i let her grow extra in veg she might need a couple of extra weeks to compensate for the extra height, let me know what you think and any advice would be great, cheers chris
Betty is in the 4th week of flower, i hope she has stretched to her full height. Her flowers are really starting to develop and grow, let me know if you guys think she is doing well, she has about max 6 weeks left of flower,as betty is my first indoor plant i may have let her go a couple of weeks extra in the veg stage as i didnt realise she would strech as much as she has.she is looking healthy i think and still a strong plant, she has been fed twice on bloom nutrients so 14ml in total I'll let her continue for another three to four weeks before her final flush then no nutrients for final 2 to 3 weeks, as i said let me know what you think in the comments cheers chris
